I got a gift card for my mother in law and was so excited to use it, I barely get out of the house because I have a two year old daughter! I walked in and I was literally the only customer there so I was pretty excited thought I'd get awesome service, WRONG!!! The lady was sweet but my nails look awful!!! I've never been so mad in my life spent$60 more than I usually would...told her my heels were really cracked and needed some buffing not sure what she did but I left with them just as cracked as when I came in and my nails are even worse! I made it very clear what I wanted just short square white tips and they are so oddly shaped, I'm almost embarrassed to walk around with them! I have three different nails that are super crooked pointed them out she barely filed them and they are super crooked, these are the worst my nails have ever looked I can't believe how bad they look...will never go here again! I have gone here a few times,  I have never left satisfied.  not once.  I keep going back because they have children's chairs and I can walk in and get fast service, but I am done.  Over it.  Not worth it at all.  1-I never get what I ask for (asked for stiletto nails with hearts once, had a photo and they gave me square nails with a red tip...ask for a "jewel"  on my daughters nails and they painted a flower......both times I have gone with her.  When I argue, they say that what they are doing will be better anyways)2-it is dirty,  they put my daughter and I in a back room with water all over the floor the last time we went.  3-they don't file the surface of your nails to here they are smooth (again, this has been the case every time I have gone)  you can see the growth rings, I can do a better job myself.4-they charge about $10 more then every other place I have gone.  I would recommend Deep nails that charges $10 less on a pedicure and gel combo and does an amazing job. I'm never going to this nail salon ever again. This was supposed to be a treat for myself after giving birth,  but within 5 mins of sitting down,  my left tip of my big toe was already cut off and started bleeding.  My nail technician was totally oblivious to the cut and I kept thinking in my head if she was going to do something about it.  3 mins later,  I couldn't bear the pain anymore so I did a little cry to alert her.  She didn't say anything and just put some mysterious powder on my toe to stop it from bleeding.  You can imagine what it feels like to continue with the pedicure with all the other chemical hitting through cut area.  Absolutely the most unpleasant feeling in the world!  I will not recommend this place at all.
