The place was filthy! I got a pedicure and gel manicure; both done in less than an hour. The whole experience was rushed. I never received any lotion, a hand massage or cuticle oil at any point during the manicure. At one point I even asked if she was in a hurry and she still didn't slow down. Terrible customer service-highly disappointed and will never return!

I've been going to this salon for 6yrs. I moved to Tampa but still drive 2 hours to come here and get taken care of. I have gone to more than ten places in Tampa and still can't fine the same treatment or never get the same results. Trish is my person here and I never have to tell her anything because she knows and is always on point. My whole family goes here and I highly recommend this place... Amazing!!!!

Awful. Horrible pedicure, no clean edges and polish looked not even. Had to ask her to do more coats on my manicure for a dark color. You could see my nail. So upset

Labelle was one of the worst salons I've ever been to.... I had a bad customer service experience the first time but decided to give them a second chance just in case they were having a bad day. The second time around they were even ruder to me. They have the most unprofessional staff and owner and a very unhygienic salon ....we will never ever go to that salon and will recommend our friends not to either.

I got my hair and makeup done here for a black tie event and I couldn't have been happier with the final result! Patrice did a wonderful job on my hair. Lisa's makeup looked amazing on the night, and in the photographs! I do apologize to Lisa for the strange reaction I had when finally seeing it all done; I just wasn't used to seeing myself with that much makeup on! Everyone is so lovely from the minute you walk in the door. Will definitely be back.

I never received any lotion, a hand massage or cuticle oil at any point during the manicure. At one point I even asked if she was in a hurry and she still didn't slow down. Terrible customer service-highly disappointed and will never return!

I got my hair and makeup done here for a black tie event and I couldn't have been happier with the final result! Patrice did a wonderful job on my hair. Lisa's makeup looked amazing on the night, and in the photographs! I do apologize to Lisa for the strange reaction I had when finally seeing it all done; I just wasn't used to seeing myself with that much makeup on! Everyone is so lovely from the minute you walk in the door. Will definitely be back.
