New to the area and decided to give them a try. I got my first set done and while one of the nail techs was doing my nails, I asked her if she knew how to do coffin. She told me yes but I was in for a rude awakening. I have naturally long nails that I put acrylic on top, whereas I could get an overlay if I wanted to. I tried asking her to make my nails even because I can see that they weren't. She literally tapped my hand and said that it was because my nails were old! Lol. I have never heard such a thing. I told her from the beginning that these were my nails and I told her again that these were my nails but I get the traditional fill in. Why is it a problem that my nails underneath are long? When I left I noticed my nails were shaped at an angle, uneven paint, and some nails were all different shapes (some square, some narrower) a mess. I come back the next day and again, the same b.s. A new tech tried her best to fix the mistake, but she, too, wouldn't listen. She didn't say but she too felt some kind of way that my nails were long underneath. I tried telling her the lengths of my nails were different and she refused to fix it! I just wanted to get out of there. She added extra coats so the blue I wanted initially is not the same. From this, I can tell they are very inexperienced. It's a complete waste of my time! If you have short nails or want short nail extensions, with little to no minimal input of how you want YOUR nails, I guess this would be the place for you.

The costumer service was good, but the quality was a bit crappy. I got a gel manicure, which is supposed to last 2 weeks, but it barely lasted a week. It looked wayyy too puffy and I walked out with some small parts of my nails not having any polish on them. I also ended up having polish all over my hands and lower arms and it was gel, so it was hard to remove.

I have worked in the plaza that Ave Nails is in and everytime I stop by it's such a calming and relaxing experience!!! Sarah T is such a sweetheart and does such a through job! My nails look AMAZING!!

Place is amazing! Workers are nice, there is free bottled water along with a wide selection of designs. I went in last week and got assisted by a worker named Pam. I couldn't ask for more!

I tried three different places in the immediate UCF area and was never completely satisfied with the results. When I tried Avenue Nails, I was completely happy with the manicure, and I have been going back for nearly 8 months. I always see Jenny when I go and she always meticulously shapes and trims the nails exactly how I want them before she goes in with the color. The staff as a whole is friendly and inviting, and even go as far as to offer their customers water and soda for the time that they are being serviced. I've gotten my roommate and another friend hooked on this place, and it is the only nail salon we go to now. Could not recommend enough.

Really disappointed. I always came here, I loved it here, recommended it to people, and I'd bring my family and groups of friends Last time I was in, they added on so many ridiculous charges (that I wasn't informed of until after having finished) I paid $40 for a full set! They lost several customers today. Sorry.

For whatever reason I never visited this nail salon until today and I'm so glad I did. Â It was relaxing, enjoyable, clean, professional, and efficient. Â Jimmy, I believe that's his name, did a great detail oriented job and clearly took pride in his work. Â Â I enjoyed a pedicure followed by a acrylic fill with gel polish. Â The cost was cheaper than other salons in the area and I thought it was better. Â I will definitely be returning to this place in the future.

I really like this salon. They consistently give one of the best pedicures I've ever had and always take  luxurious amount of time massaging my feet and legs. I typically get gel manicures and they are very good, but do not reach the high level of the pedicures. I've never had any other services there, but I'm considering some waxing services when it gets warmer. The cost is pretty typical, but worth the quality.

I've been going to this nail salon for over a year and a half now. The only person I see is Jimmy so this rating is purely based on his work. I had extremely short nails and started out getting regular gel manicures until my nails grew longer and have been doing acrylic overlays and fills with gel polish ever since. He doesn't over file your nail bed with the drill like some other salons do (but wherever you go you should say something after noticing a light burn from even one nail). My nails are stronger now which I noticed after I removed the acrylic completely for a trial period. I try going to other salons but no one can get my nail in the shape I like or using a light handed but firm technique. Others in the salon are great as well but once again he's the only person I choose to see once or twice a month.

Now this was only a color change so I understand that it's not a full pedicure manicure and the monies not the same however I'm paying you for a service and the new print outs all over the walls boast about how cleanly you are and how you're using liners now but you go and find a used pair of gloves to put them on to protect yourself from what?? While I get these USED gloves? You can take someone else's money because it won't be mine today or ever!!

I came here as a walk in on a busy day and the technicians made sure to accommodate me throughout all the appointments. The young lady who did my pedicure did a great job and was very conversational (which was a nice surprise) and didn't insist on my getting an eyebrow wax (another nice surprise.) Overall I'm very pleased and will go back!

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews here . This is a pretty good place for a strip mall nail salon. They are super friendly and you don't sit long to wait. I've been to other salons and even fancy spas, but this is the only place that my gel nails last without peeling, cracks or chips. I use my hands for my job and have to wash them a lot. I get pedicures here too and have no complaints with that service either. If you want your gel nails to last until they grow out and need to be replaced, try Avenue Nails. It is near UCF in the Publix Plaza.

First and foremost, I came in with my 8 year old excited to have a moment with my diva. We were quickly greeted, and I requested a nail color for her, and gel color for me. Easy. She kept insisting my daughter go in the back to find her color alone, and I had to tell her twice..um no she needs to wait for me. They try sitting us away from each other, facing away from each other.  Failure in anticipating your guest needs. Obviously a small child would want to be near her parent, and obviously I am trying to do this as a bonding experience. My daughter asked her lady if she could make a cherry design on her nail. she quickly responded no, and that her nails was to short for a design. Wrong answer. What happen to finding creative ways of saying yes?  It  is two little dots for crying out loud. So that made my daughter feel bad. She quickly rushed my daughter to dry her nails to the front of the store alone, to take another client. Didn't make her feel good or important. My lady couldn't understand me, I would ask her a question and she wouldn't have a clue. A bit frustrating. She kept filing my nail when I would say, umm that's hurting but nothing. Yes the colors came out nice. Yes they acknowledged all of their regulars by first name,  but what an annoying experience! We won't be back.

Everyone was very friendly, I got a good pedicure, and the technician really took her time when it came to the massage part and I almost fell asleep I felt so relaxed. Their floors however look as though they haven't been swept/mopped in quite some time. The corners of the store have build up of dust to the point where you can't help but notice it as you walk by to get your nails dried in the UV light. If it hadn't been for the fact that the lady doing my nails had taken her tools out of a sanitation cabinet I would've been paranoid the whole time.

Been here a few times, however I do not like their service, as getting my nails done , another customer came in. The guy doing my manicure proceeded to alternate between doing my nails and the other lady. As mine were drying he was doing hers, delaying my manicure. I also had my 4 year old daughter whose patience was wearing thin. I told them not to bother finish mine as I could not wait, and they were not apologetic at all. In all my years of getting manis pedis, I have never experienced such bad service. Â Won't be going back.

New to the area and decided to give them a try. I got my first set done and while one of the nail techs was doing my nails, I asked her if she knew how to do coffin. When I tried Avenue Nails, I was completely happy with the manicure, and I have been going back for nearly 8 months. I really like this salon. They consistently give one of the best pedicures I've ever had and always take  luxurious amount of time massaging my feet and legs. I typically get gel manicures and they are very good, but do not reach the high level of the pedicures. The young lady who did my pedicure did a great job and was very conversational (which was a nice surprise) and didn't insist on my getting an eyebrow wax (another nice surprise.) Yes the colors came out nice. Yes they acknowledged all of their regulars by first name,  but what an annoying experience! We won't be back.

For what it is it's not too shabby. Everyone was very friendly, I got a good pedicure, and the technician really took her time when it came to the massage part and I almost fell asleep I felt so relax...

Everyone was very friendly, I got a good pedicure, and the technician really took her time when it came to the massage part and I almost fell asleep I felt so relaxed. Their floors however look as though they haven't been swept/mopped in quite some time. The corners of the store have build up of dust to the point where you can't help but notice it as you walk by to get your nails dried in the UV light. If it hadn't been for the fact that the lady doing my nails had taken her tools out of a sanitation cabinet I would've been paranoid the whole time.

Been here a few times, however I do not like their service, as getting my nails done , another customer came in. The guy doing my manicure proceeded to alternate between doing my nails and the other lady. As mine were drying he was doing hers, delaying my manicure. I also had my 4 year old daughter whose patience was wearing thin. I told them not to bother finish mine as I could not wait, and they were not apologetic at all. In all my years of getting manis pedis, I have never experienced such bad service. Â Won't be going back.

My great ganddaughter and I had a "princess day" yesterday. The pedicures were simply great and the fill was one of the best ever. She really enjoyed the kiddie pedi chair and the flowers on here nails. Thanks againTom and Nancy and one other tech that I didn't get her hame. JS
