You need more help at this salon!! My sister wasn't able to get her manicure due to their being a massive car accident on her way for her appointment which was not her fault. She was stuck in traffic. You had two very nice, but overworked people and that was it. Two people to cover the front desk, the phone and customers. This is tourist season. People were being turned away because of the long wait time. I won't be going back. Will stay in my Venice salon, but she lives near your salon and is a good and regular customer. She should not have been turned away or given a voucher for a free manicure when it was convenient for her to return. Very disappointed. Read Less
