My girlfriend has gone here now at least 7-8 times now. 5 out of those the clear coat started peeling off her nails. She goes back in and tells them and try to charge her again for re doing the clear. That’s just not right. On top of that, they’re prices change all the time. One guy will do a full set, color, and clear for $45. Then a lady will charge $55 for some filing and new color on the same set of nails. Their business here just inane professional and or proper. Wonderful owners! Very friendly service. Clean; they took the tools out of a sealed envelope and the tubs had liners. Excellent pedicure, leg massage, hot towels, really nice and relaxing. I have heard SO many people say that Celebrity Nails is the place to go, referral after referral. They always say "you can bring a picture in from Pinterest and they'll do it . I was so excited to make an appointment with me and my daughter. I always look at Pinterest for ideas but never found a place that could do it. For myself, I found a very simple design and my daughter chose an ombré coffin shaped nail. When we got there I showed the lady my picture, she says no problem.... As she is starting on my nails the assortment of colors is brought over, she says "I'm almost done, do you have your color?" No, I didn't have my color. I was trying to find one that best matched the picture I had chosen. I asked her what she thought and I didn't get much help. I pointed to my picture and asked if there was a glitter color like that "what is here is what we have." Needless to say, I did NOT get anything close to what I wanted, nothing even close. I received a plain color on every nail. I was so extremely disappointed as I was really hyped up about this salon. I had only heard such wonderful things! I had expected that when provided with a picture the lady would have taken charge and assisted me. I felt as though I needed to be rushed through for the next person with an appointment. Best Nail Salon!! I have been to so many nail salons throughout my area and couldn't find one that understood what I wanted for my nails...I went to celebrity nail spa and fell in love! Le is very talented and nice. But I never received what I asked for. He always wanted to be creative in his own way, which is great if the paying guest asks for that. If I showed him a picture, my nails never came out like the photo, always different styles and differences colors. This is very disappointing considering it takes 2-3 hours for a fill and cost $45. My nails would look good for 2 days at most and then would start to lift and dull out, also very disappointing. The friends I have referred there have also had this complaint. Went in for a acrylic fill but Le didn't like the set I already had on so he took them off and redid them completely giving me a new, beautiful set only charging me for a fill! This salon is pretty awesome. The staff is always kind, accommodating  and welcoming. The facility is clean and comfortable. After a long day, the lavender pedicure with fabulous massage is just what the doctor ordered. This Salon is defiantly by far the most welcoming and calming salon I have been too. It is brand new, with a hospitalized sanitizing system to keep all their tools and items they use on customers clean! They have disposable plastic pedicure bags that they change in between each client therefore there is no fungus around whatsoever. Everyone is extremely friendly and charming, which will guarantee my stay! They even offer you complimentary wine/beverages! This is a brand spankin new nail Solon right on Tamiami in Osprey. The place is beautiful and family owned. The attention to detail is only one of things that will make my bestie and I go back. Friendly service. Attention paid to keeping everything sanitary are two other reasons we loved this place. The pedicure stations all have plastic covers that are changed after each customer is done. Instead of re-using the foot scrubber as I've witnessed in other solons they give it to you along with nail files to take home. It's the attention to details like this that make this new Solon worth going back. This Is a family run business. The owner, Lee came over and introduced himself, and asked if we would like a beverage, then he asked us to please give him any suggestions, but we couldn't think of anything that was missing.
