So after my experience yesterday I felt like I should leave this review. The ladies in here are SO SWEET, but unfortunately that can't make up for the quality :( I got acrylics done and I left with them all uneven and crooked, even after asking for it to be fixed. I ended up having to go home and shape them myself, even though I know the gel will peel off now, they were just so bad I had to do something. She also used a drill under my nails and tore up the skin under there to where it is still hurting. Regardless of that, my nails were smooth, no lumps, and the lady was really so kind but I can't find myself paying again to have to go home and fix my nails myself and be hurting. Read Less

I would give this salon a negative star but since that is not an option, I was forced to choose a one star rating. The older woman who works here is rude, physically rough and I’ve never had anyone use such hot wax for eyebrow waxing. She proceeded to remove have of my eyebrow . I was very specific and told her I don’t like my eyebrows too thin or too short. Which did no good. I will never go to this salon again and will tell anyone who asks why this is a terrible place. I am left to fill in my brows and have a burn from the wax over my right eye. I have already contacted the Department of Health and the Better Business Bureau. Read Less

Hello,Great job on my nails, very happy. However, just had a Brazilian wax and to my utter shock they double dip the wax which is in no way safe.  Entire Brazilian only one tongue depressor. Be very careful getting waxed. Read Less

I normally don't do reviews but I had to. The technicians were very friendly and polite and the prices were great. And I admit my nails were not in the best shape before arriving but the job done was not that great. The nail tech did not properly shape or measure to make sure nails were the same size or shape or even ask what shape I wanted My nails are supposed to be almond shaped and they were when I arrived, but now instead they are all tilted to one angle. They also did not clean up or put oil around the nails when finished leaving it dry and crusted around the nail. Read Less

Horrible place. They shredded my cuticles and were rude when I asked for a refund. They refused to call the owner because "he doesn't answer the phone sometimes." They finally gave me a 50% refund but then made me wait while a bratty woman worked on someone's nails, rolling her eyes at me. This is not how professionals respond to criticism. Read Less

Despite the bad reviews of this place, I have had a good experience the couple times I have been here. I came in yesterday to get a pedicure + gel manicure. For both it was $45 which is about what most salons charge anyways so it was a fair price. The girl I had did not rush through my pedicure or manicure like some do. Although I was the only one in the place, I really appreciated the extra scrub she gave to my feet, and she even did a nice job removing the dead skin and callous from feet without any additional charge. Most places won't even spend the time scrubbing your feet unless you pay for the callous remover.I wish I knew the girl's name who did both my toes and nails, but I will definitely be looking for her again next time I come. I decided to give this place a try despite the bad reviews (many times people don't post the good ones) but I have to agree. The atmosphere was fine and they were friendly but the quality was amateur at best. I went in for gel acrylic's and she went so fast she burned me and by the time I went to wash my hands I saw how uneven and bumpy they were. I basically had to have her add a second layer, which then made them too thick. I had the american manicure so you can see the errors underneath and one looks cracked. If I could give a negative star I would! I went in for a gel fill / shellac polish & pedicure. They truly don't know what they're doing! They used the powder that's used for acrylics first & when I questioned it they topped it with the gel then. The shellac is clumpy & paint has started coming off the ends when I washed my hands for the first time! They scrubbed so hard on my heals for my pedicure that my heal has now cracked! I'll be returning in the morning for a refund & will now have to waste more time getting this repaired somewhere else! Horrible experience! Read Less

I am from out of town and stopped by this salon by chance. I am completely dissatisfied with my experience. I went in for a pedicure and a fill with my mother-in-law who wanted a shellac manicure. They have minimal choices for nail polish and shellac colors are all dark and dreary. They were busy so I had to wait soaking my feet in freezing cold water for 20 minutes. My pedicure isn't awful but the Polish was thick and she insisted on using it. After my pedicure I sent to another table for a fill. Before applying new acrylic she drilled my nails to make them shorter in which she she made them completely uneven and crooked. After applying the acrylic and filing them I asked her if she could make them even and she rolled her eyes and said they were...  She constantly was burning my skin with the drill also. She then switched technicians who applied the nasty consistency of nail polish to my fingers. My polish looks streaky and nasty. My mothers shellac was done in a minimal time and you can tell. She is pleased with it because she has never been pampered like this before but they don't look great for the price I paid.  They look grown out already and they were just done.
