I have been coming to YOU Nails Salon Spa for quite some time now to have my eyelash extensions with one of their technicians, Tee. I cannot say enough about this place and Tee, in particular. The salon is very clean, bright, and spacious. The staff is always very pleasant, accommodating, and professional. Tee does a fabulous job with my eyelashes! As a provider in the plastic surgery/aesthetic industry, I must admit that I am very particular when it comes to my appearance, as I must always be presentable at work. My lashes always come out perfect every time. They appear so natural that I receive many compliments daily on how lucky I am that I have such luscious, pretty lashes. Tee never rushes through her appointments and takes care to meticulously apply each lash one by one to enhance your eyes. The lashes do not feel heavy and flutter like your natural lashes. It has decreased the amount of time I spend each day doing my make up, and sometimes I don't even feel like I need make up anymore to tackle my day. Stopped in for an acrylic fill when I was in the area and couldn't make it to my other salon. I tried to remember what the nail techs license on the wall said- I think it was something like Kuan Dang Duang- she never introduced herself or asked my name so I'm not sure. In fact she barely spoke a word to me the whole time. Never asked what length or shape I wanted. She might have been the most cold nech tech I've ever met in my life, felt like a robot was doing my nails. I came in with coffin nails and left with something starting to look more like stilettos. There were not enough coats of gel color so you could see through the polish and the sides were barely polished even after I asked for more coverage on the sides especially. My cuticles were bleeding in several spots and nails were too lumpy, or too flat, misshapen and different sizes. For some odd reason she left these weird edges on the sides so in person the nails almost looked like press ons that didn't fit. It's tough to see in the pics. When she applied the alcohol at the end (which removes the tacky layer and creates the shine) she barely touched each nail for a second so they were cloudy and flat color which defeats the purpose of the gel polish upgrade for shine. The salon itself was pretty even though a bit dusty. I'm on the fence about wether or not I would ever go back there. It's convenient for me sometimes but I know I would not see her again. The way I was left standing at the front and then treated like a number even when I walked in at first makes me wonder if the whole place is like that and not just her. I never really do reviews but this one has frustrated me so much. The first time I came here I had the owner do my nails and I was extremely happy. This time I was not at all. I asked for certain colors and designs and the tech assured me she could do it. Long story short she couldn't and i wasn't going to be rude and didn't have the time to get them all changed. I ended up paying $53 for a full set that is chipping off and lifting and it's only been 4 days. Not at all what I asked for. Read Less

I expected a surgery like appointment however everything went so smothly and painless!!!!! Also my pedicure was never ever done so beautifully!!!!!! My husband ( who found the salon for me) and I were impressed with the job that was done! My nails were done few days ago but I still keep staring at them, they are stunning, gorgeous! I regret about not asking for a name of a tech that did the work on my nails. We are on vacation here in Orlando. Visiting from Washington State. In my opinion this is the best Manicure and Pedicure in town. I finally found my dream Spa. Very pleasant, relaxing, clean and modern atmosphere in an upscale location. The air quality was great despite the nails polish chemicals. Restroom was clean and neat.The quality of their staff and ambience are top the line. Sitt who accommodated me twice, in very short notice, did an incredible high quality job, with great gentle caring way, was very patient, kind and polite. Sitt provides me the best experience I ever had in USA, with his impressive positive ZEN kinda ways. He offered drinks and water. Had a pedicure was asked if I wanted to have the file used, said sure as in every where else I go they use it and it was $5 extra, so I said no. Next I wanted a little flower on my two big toes and it was $10 dollars. I have never been charged so much for a design and for such little work on the design. Not to mention my pedicure was friday about noon by Saturday 4 crystals had already fallen off. I will never go back. I have been to every nail salon in Dr Phillips and left with many complaints. This was by far THEE BEST nail salon I have ever been to. My first visit was with Ben and my second visit was with Sitt!! These two gentlemen were amazing! They were funny, talented and very professional. They have me sold, I won't go to another nail salon and I have already recommended 3 people.
