I went there to get my lip waxed and I noticed the lady kept snatching the wax off too many times. That same day my lip was very swollen and red then the next day I had multiple scars around my lip. I went and talk to the manger and she made it seem like it was my fault and told me to put cream on it. She was extremely rude and unapologetic. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I love going here to get my pedicures. I come every few months, it is very affordable. I would suggest the deluxe pedicure it is $35, but it is worth it. There is 4 scrubs they put on and hot towels. Everyone here is very nice and they are VERY clean. There is new tools every time and bags for the bowls at the pedicure station. Read Less

I had a customer come in to my store and I loved her nails and I asked where she got hers done and she told me. I'm very picky, so it took me some time, but I finally gave Tipsy a chance this Saturday and I fell in love! Love my nails, and my pedicure was ok (for extra $ they'll do more, but my feet look good)! Recently moved here from Tampa. They had pretty good reviews so I gave them a try. Walked in and the wait wasn't long. The tech did an amazing job with my fill-in, coffin shape, and polish. I even walked outside and smashed my pinky in the car door, walked right back in and she fixed it with no problem. Love my nails! This will definitely be my new nail shop! Highly recommended. I got my nails done few days ago at Tipsy Nails. The tech was so nice and friendly. She paid attention to her work and she did an amazing job. I got the pink and white ombré with the dipping powder. My nails came out perfect. I am one of the pickiest customers when it come to my nails. I have tried a lot of the nail salons and none of them made me happy except for this one. I had visited this place about three years ago and the visit was just ok, there was nothing special! About three weeks ago I decided to give this place another chance since it is so close to home, I went to get a gel manicure, while I was there the lady was so nice and friendly. She mentioned that they do dipping powder and that's what she had on her nails, her nails looked fantastic and that it is supposedly healthier for your nails, I left happy and with the idea of coming back for the dipping powder. My gel manicure chipped within two days. I should of known but I was so happy with the friendly service I had received I said I'm going back and it will be better. Boy was I wrong!!! I came in for the dipping powder and they were like scrambling around, they gave me the samples to look at and I fell in love with an ombré that match perfectly with my graduation dress. After I picked what I wanted I sat with the guy next to the window, he began by asking if I wanted something else I said no I did not like what he suggested, that I wanted my nails to look like the sample I saw. Long story short they don't look anything like it, the shape is awful and he cut me in five different fingers one was so deep he apologized like 4 times (that's why they get 2 stars) he is so rough when filling I told him like 3 times it hurt and he is so soft spoken I could not understand what he was saying and I asked to repeat and he wouldn't. I've always gone here for pedicures and they've always done a great job. However, today I took my niece there to get acrylics and they did a horrible job. While my mom and I were getting pedicures, the man by the window did my nieces acrylic nails. She came over to show us and they looked horrible. He also made her nail beds bleed. She told us he was texting on his phone while he was trying to do her nails. If you're wanting to get your nails done, I'd suggest going somewhere else. Read Less

I really enjoy there friendly service and they always find time to fit me in even if it means staying a little late. There always so gentle with my mom as well and when they speak to us they calls by our names that right there shows me they value there customer's.
