I went for a pedicure and asked if they could do my nails at the same time. They said ‘yes’ which was very nice but unfortunately while the pedicure was fine, the manicure was quite poor. The polish doesn’t go to the cuticle and there are bare spots. By the time I noticed I had to leave for a meeting so I couldn’t wait for them to fix it. Caroline did my nails and I loved every minute of it! She was very detail oriented, did a phenomenal job, and gave me a spa-like experience. Lots of cute colors to choose from too. LOVE THIS SALON. AMAZING JOB. Looked for a place to get my nails & hair done. My friend refer Me to this salon and it turned out to be an amazing experience. My cousin and I Walk-in without appointment, they took us in right away. Our nails looks fabulous, nails done just right, the technicians understand exactly what we were looking for. I had deluxe pedicures; it was so so relaxing and the massage was long. Very nice design on my big toes. As much as I appreciated the kind service and the price, my nails didn't make it a week before they were peeling/chipping and the top coat wasn't applied completely so there was very obvious lines that absolutely ruined the look. If you need your nails to look great for a night or two this will get the job done and you can't beat the price, but I wouldn't recommend for anything over a few days. Came on short notice and they were accommodating and did a great job on my nails. Regular manicure was $15 and she even fixed my broken nail for me. This place is RACIST! I spoke with Mimi, who is the manager, on the phone because because she posted on indeed that she is hiring. She told me what it was that she was looking for and asked me to come in. When I came to meet Mimi for the first time and she immediately looked at my hair. I was professionally dressed, clean, polished, makeup well put and styled my Afro.Being that I had a fro and my skin color was dark she immediately told me that she was fully staffed. Before I jumped to conclusions I went home and had my friend call inquiring about the add posted on indeed. She said that she was hiring and asked could my friend come in and they can discuss a position. Being that I am a licensed cosmetologist and have been for 8 years now she was not interested in any of my skills, knowledge, or talent all because of my skin color. Wonderful service, I made an appointment for 9:30am on a Saturday thinking it would be a packed house but I really didn't need one. I was the first one there even though they opened at 8:30. Wonderful!!! I chose this Spa because of the good reviews. I had a massage by Mary and she is AMAZING!!! She is friendly, she listens, and she's great at her job! She introduced me to hot stones ! I also had my nails dipped and they are so pretty! I don't know if i touched them before they were dry or what but two of them got messed up. I come to Orlando often for work and was staying at a hotel across the street and needed to get my nails done. This salon was very clean and large and they were able to see me right away. The nail technicians were very friendly and thorough and did a fantastic job! I also liked that they made conversation with me even though my Spanish isn't perfect at times. My nails looked fantastic as well as my toes and they also gave me great tips for taking care of my feet in the future. Had an amazing experience here today! Had a late flight so stopped in to get a mani pedi and then added a scalp massage and a foot massage. They were so professional, friendly, and helpful! Advice for customers - Ask pricing prior to nails. Pricing is not clear. The manager is not the most skilled technician nor from responses on 1 star reviews from the spa she lacks in professionalism. She offers to redo an unsatisfied customer but with the money paid why would it require another hour to redo your nails? Who has extra time to redo gel nails in one sitting? I do like my pedicure it was my gel nails that look sloppy. With exception to the manager the rest of the technicians are helpful and hard workers.I expect your unprofessional response. The video should show you how when water spilled out of the foot spa your manager became angry at the technician blaming her for the spill. This is not a deluxe pedicure treatment. Fake review of business - No we truly feel that you don't understand customer satisfaction or the nail service industry. I invite you to come to California so you can see how customers are treated. I wouldnt even give 1star!! Horrible service and over charged us. The work they did on my nails and my friend was horrible we had the same thing done but charged me 20$ extra!!! They were thinking on how much tax they should add. After a long day of training and arriving from California we were robbed here at this unprofessional nail hole in the wall. Was staying at the hotel near orlando airport. Day before our cruise, need to get my nails done, i asked the staff and they recommended this Salon, #TheShillaSpa. Tried their lavender #pedicure and it was fantastic. The foot massage was so relaxing, better then the place back home. They took their time and very detail with their work. Just moved to the Orlando area and I've had a hard time finding a new nail place. It doesn't help that I am super picky though. Came here because of a recommendation from a friend and I am happy I did. I called ahead and requested an appointment with Mimi, because that's who my friend suggested for SNS (dip gel). I don't think you could go wrong with any of the other ladies here though. Mimi took her time on my pedicure and nails. Everything came out perfect. And best of all she was super gentle when she filed my nails. At the other salons I've visited around here, I've ended up with torn bloody cuticles, that hurt for days afterwards. Also, if you are in a rush, don't get SNS. It takes longer than acrylic, and it's a service that you want them to take their time on so its applied properly and you can get the maximum life out of your set. I've gone almost four weeks with no chipping or discoloration. So happy I found this spot and I look forward to my next appointment. Read Less

Checked out nail salons near the area because my nail lady was booked so I check out this salon for SNS. This was the worst nails I've ever had done. The shapes are all messed up, uneven layers just horrible. If your going for SNS DONT COME HERE. Mimi was very friendly but didn't know what she was doing.
