Me and my husband came from out of town and decided to find a spot out by our hotel and decided to try them. They were very attentive and the guy who did my toes paid attention to details! In town for a convention and I needed to have my nails done after they were wrecked!!! Severely! I walked in 720pm, they are suppose to close at 8pm...she said she'd be happy to take me. Used to use this shop a lot now prices have increased and increased (several times a year) appointment times are never stuck to, they tell everyone the same time as well as accepting walk ins so even with an appointment there can be waits of half an hour plus after appointment time, sadly it seems they no longer care about service and only care about rushing throu as many as possible double booking and cutting corners. The cash only after 4 years or so is obviously a tax avoidance scam think they would benefit from proper booking times, maybe a loyalty card for existing customers so with the price increase they still feel valued, card payments as we are in 2017 and going bk to how they used to be when it opened more care taken and not a rushed production line with money the priority over service Read Less

I came to this salon for the first and was not happy at all. They are all about money and charge way to much just for a standard pedicure and don't care for satisfying their customers. I paid $50 for a pedicure with gel polish and standard pedi, she messed up my big toe and didn't care just kept telling me it dnt look bad and started rushing me out of the seat. Do not recommend. Every single woman here was sick and coughed all over us. They used the drill to file down my nails and toe nails for a gel mani and regular pedi even though I asked them not to repeatedly. My step mom's nails are ruined from the filing and mine are paper thin. They tried to up-sell us on everything and even argued with me when I didn't want gel on my toe nails. We ended up being there for over 2 hours. I just can't get over the coughing and wish they had worn masks while they worked with us. Read Less

My husband and I were staying at Disney for our anniversary. I chipped a nail and was in need of a quick fix. After seeing Michelle's good work on yelp I phoned the salon and was able to get in within 15 mins of opening. I'm sorry that I don't have a picture to post. Michelle had done such an awesome job with my SNS nails that they lasted a month! My regular nail lady back home commented on her great work. Came here looking for a massage for my husband and I last minute and conveniently found this place. Had such lovely service from all three ladies!  Ended up getting a pedicure and eye lash extensions as well! The massage was perfect pressure and extremely relaxing. She worked out all the kinks that I needed gone. The pedicure felt amazing! French tips look great!! And my lashes are already getting compliments!! Went here based on the great yelp reviews, wasn't blown away but wasn't disappointed either. Based off the recommendations here, I went for the deluxe pedicure. He did rub my feet and legs for a while which was nice but it wasn't massage like rubbing, just someone moving the scrubs up and down. The hot towels on each leg were nice but there was no lotion but on after, like I am typically used to with a pedicure. I also did not seem him open clean tools, he pulled them from his tray with all his other supplies so that was a little bothersome. Lastly, he missed a few things I've gotten in other pedicures like the clear soap or something they put on the toes after the cuticles and cleaning under each toenail. For $35, I'm not sure I'd get this particular pedicure again because it wasn't anything spectacular outside of the rubbing of legs. He did a good job painting as well. I also got my eyebrows done ($8) she did a nice job but I was bothered that they don't put anything down on the table before you lay on it, something I'm also used too from other salons. First, I want to say that the owners are absolutely lovely and very accommodating. My coworker and I are visiting Orlando for a work trip and they're closed on Sundays but made an appointment for us to come in for manicures and pedicures. I got a French tip gel manicure and it's been 4 days since we went in and I've got 4 different nails where they've either chipped or my nail has torn. My gel manicures usually last me 2 weeks (and they should at the price to get them).My coworker's gel manicure has held up but her pedicure has resulted in an infected big toenail. She's in a lot of pain and currently having to figure out if she'll need to see a doctor or other treatment to relieve her pain and swelling. My coworker also decided to get an eyelash extension refill. Her experience with that was that it was very painful getting it done. She kept pulling out her prior eyelashes. Then, when she got them done and looked at them, it looked better than it did before she came in but her extensions are super hard and fake looking. She used a lot of glue and can't even run a brush through them. It's going to effectively cost her to do another full set when she gets home.So, I would give it 5 stars for the friendliness of the owners but my 2 rating is solely based on our experience of the quality of work provided for the mani, pedi and eyelash extensions. Needed a manicure & pedicure badly.  Called for an appointment & drive over from my hotel best chance I could take getting a mani/pedi out of town.  This was hands down one of the best pedicures I have ever had.  $55 for their spa pedicure is well worth it & I highly recommend it.  I would definitely return! Made an appointment today with my fiancé for pedicures and a full set for me because we are getting married in a week.Pedicures: amazing! No complaints.Manicures: really bad. The set didn't go completely down to my nail beds, i showed a picture and only one of my hands looks like the picture, and there was a bunch of residual nail filing under my nail that wasn't cleaned up. Also the way he left my skin after, was like I had been working hard labor. Really bad and I was too embarrassed to ask for a refund because I definitely won't be coming back for a manicure. I am having a great experience here, I am from out of town and wasn't happy with my current nail situation. M Nails took me right away and charged the same prices as back home in Austin. I was afraid since it's a tourist town that the prices would be a lot higher. If I lived here, I would make this my regular nail place. Read Less
