This is my 3rd time coming to this salon and I absolutely love it. For years I have gone to many salons between Orlando and Tampa and it has not been one where every thing was in point. (IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD HAD) I went to this place looking for a new nail salon. I went ahead and looked at the reviews and they seemed pretty convincing. I went in for a pedicure and a full set pink and white acrylic. It was a horrible experience. They cut me during my pedicure and the nail polish didn't last very long. When Kevin was doing my full set he cut me several times, my nails started to lift 1 day after he did them and he put acrylic and gel on my cuticles. I was and am very frustrated. The location is dark inside, so all the work looks beautiful but when you step outside and see it in clear light it is horrendous. I will never go back and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Tony is awesome! Very talented I have come here for a long time and my nails last a long time without lifting. He is great at shaping the nails and making sure they are perfect. I made an appointment at the Nail Lounge for SNS nails on the same day I wanted to be seen. They were friendly and let me make an appointment for the same day. When I got to the salon I also added a pedicure, eyebrow waxing & eyebrow tinting. Loan was my tech for all of my services. She was great. The salon was beautiful and inviting. They take their time and make sure that what you want is what you get. Everyone does a good job but my favorite is Loan. She is absolutely wonderful. I was on vacation and stopped in to get a no chip manicure and a pedicure, thinking it was the nail salon my aunt goes to, Uptown Nail Lounge. Google maps took me to Nail Lounge. A gentleman greeted me and ask what we wanted. I said, "A no chip and a pedicure." He seemingly had no idea what a no chip was. So, I tried, "gel polish?" He ran to the back and grabbed a lady, my first instinct was to turn and walk out, because I thought, "How could he not know what a no chip is?" They came back, seated us in the pedicure chairs, proceeded to fill the basin with lukewarm/tepid water. She started on my mom first up to the point of polishing, then began on me about 30 minutes later. All the while, never refreshing my already cool water. She asked what color I wanted. I showed her and she proceeded to paint my toes an entirely different color than I had chosen. She asked if I liked it after she finished, I looked down and said, "No, not really. It's the wrong color." She then asked if it was okay...and moved me to the manicure area. She was rough during the pedicure as well as the manicure, digging up under my nail beds to the point of pain. I winced and told her it hurt and she proceeded to do the same area again. My nail polish is blotchy and thick in areas. My mom mentioned to a female manager that my toes were painted the wrong color, and the technician did not seem to be concerned. She apologized and she promised they would fix it. She spoke to the technician in her native language and the technician said she would fix it. She removed my polish and proceeded to paint two coats of the right color with no base coat or top coat. Very disappointing $50 spent. Read Less

Great experience... this was my first time here. I made an appointment for a pedicure and brow waxing. I got the Nail Studio pedicure for $50... Rose was my tech and she was awesome; she did great with my cuticles and my nail color and she massaged my legs and feet for like 30 minutes. The only drawback was that the "hot towel" wasn't hot, but that may have been because I got there right when they opened... still a bummer bc I love real hot towels. Then Julie, the owner, did my brow waxing... she was awesome too. My brows were completely grown in and very thick. She was so fast and I was amazed when she showed me the result.Both Julie and her husband came over during my pedicure and asked if everything was all right... that was nice that they showed they care. Whenever me and my wife go on vacation we try to spoil ourselves with pedicures, manicures, and waxing.  Sometimes it's difficult to sit thru a pedicure due to my diabetes and nerve pain.  This was a new location for us and I was a little nervous.  We made an appointment and Julia the manager met us at the door and described their services.  My wife described my situation and they made every effort to accommodate me and to make sure I was comfortable the whole time.  I was so impressed with this place that I even let them wax my eyebrows.  We will definitely come back. I found them on Yelp and expected it to be a great place to get my nails and toes done bc of the 5 stars. Well first of all the Manager did my nails and cut my cuticle so bad it was bleeding she wasn't paying attention at all and she couldn't polish the nails.. Second their nail polish is old and it looks so thick and clumpy on my toes.  The manager didn't offer me a discount at all just apologized. I paid full price and didn't get what I paid for. This is the best nail salon I have ever been to!!! The service is stupendous and the nail techs are all very knowledgable and helpful! My eyebrows look fantastic, and my toes and finger nails look like they were exquisite. I am only in town for the week and this place makes me want to take a weekly trip to Orlando just to relax and have these amazing people work on my limbs. They offer complimentary drinks the second you walk in and you can even order a glass of wine with your pedicure. :) all in all this place was awesome, clean, and had great service.
