It was absolutely amazing experience, the ladies were very nice and professional. I got a manicure and pink acrylic and came out beautifully. My sister did a pedicure and she loved the gel and the pedicure itself. My niece got a polish change and Lilly took her time and did a really good job. Super clean and great atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone In the area.

My daughter and I have been going here for our nails and pedicures for over 3 years and it is wonderful! So good that I practically fall a sleep when they do my pedi's. They all have magical hands. There nail work is just superb. I remmmend this place to everyone. Just look at the reviews they speak for themselves, this is a five star place. Love, love, love!!!

I have gone there twice and got awful service both times! The first time I received a full set and was under the understanding (by the big balloon out front) that a full set was $15 but somehow at the end I was charged $25...I didn't get anything extra so i'm not quite sure why I was charged extra. When I was signing the receipt the owner was like, "don't forget the tip, we like tippers." I was so infuriated and but decided when I needed a fill to try one more time and it was even worse the first time. I walked in and just stood there with no greeting so after about 5 minutes I Β got someones attention who seemed really annoyed by me. I was taken to a table and the women sanded my nails down, very roughly even made me bleed on three different nails. When she was down she just got up and walked away, a few minutes later I watched her walk by the front window(outside) and get in her car...there was only one other employee there and I asked what was going on and got the response, "will you just be patient? i'm almost done and then i'll be right with you" After about 30 minutes he finally got to me and rushed through my nails, they looked awful but was sick of sitting there so I just left. I was again overcharged, the fill went from teh advertised price of $13 to $20...I again have no clue what the extra $7 was for....I just got a simple fill nothing else. Please don't go here, they are very rude and will scam you!!!! DO NOT waste your time going here!!!

My very first visit, I arrived as a walk-in customer - I was enticed by the large balloon advertisement. Β Immediately, I was greeted and asked what services I would like (mani-pedi of course!) and was shown to a station. Β I was about 2 hours before closing and they weren't very busy on this particular Thursday evening. As I sat there getting my pedi, I decided that I would add eyebrows to my list of services. I was given the price of each service before they started so no surprise there. Everything was completed in a decent time and they were professional. In general, I was happy with the services and prices so I will likely become a regular here (it will still take some time for me to get over my VA tech!)

terrible costumer service! was told to wait a little bit, which turned into 45 min. was told only 5 min more which ended up being another 10-15 min. very disappointed, since i heard such good things about them and had such good prices but i felt like i was not even acknowledged. and drove almost 15 min to get my nails and toes done. will never go back.
