If you need a mani/pedi, Damaris is fantastic! She always takes great care of me when I visit and leaves my fingers and toes perfectly pampered and polished.Everyone here is really friendly, ready with a complimentary beverage (coffee, tea, water or wine) when you arrive. And there to make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy a break from it all.For the first time this week I also took advantage of their hair styling services and got a cut. I told Julia that my hair has never held a curl and she accepted the challenge. Her flat iron curling technique left my hair with beautiful curls that lasted overnight and through the next day. The atmosphere is nice and clean but I would not recommend a gel manicure here. Please learn from me and save your money on the manicure. Mine last 1-2 days. They were very nice about having me come in no charge to fix them after I called explaining I spent $55 and they didn't last more than a couple days. I went in and got them fixed, and sure enough the next day they were already chipping again! And I didn't do anything that would ruin them and even wore gloves when I washed dishes. Read Less

Diane my nail technician was professional, courteous and did stellar work. I got her card and will be definitely returning for a gel manicure and pedicure in the next few weeks. An absolute pleasure!!I made my apt via yelp. They were responsive and friendly. I went not having any knowledge of the place and the girls blew me away. At 38 weeks pregnant, they accommodated every part of my experience to make sure I was comfortable and having fun. My mom and I got the basic shellac mani/pedi and it was worth every dollar. The chairs are AMAZING. I felt like everyone working, even those not servicing us, were so friendly and helpful. I only get mani-pedi's at Marilyn Monroe spas-Sheleitha  is SO GOOD!  I used to go to the MM spa close to home but my friend told me that her mani's lasted 3 weeks so I decided to try this location again( came here last year).  I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, warmth, and sincerity of everyone from the receptionist to Sheleitha to the staff working in the rest of the salon and even those who were on break!So much positive energy and my nails look fabulous!  ( and I have really crappy nails-ha!) It had been a year since I visited this location and the prior crew was not nearly so top notch.  Kudos to the management and the entire team.  Love it here!  BTW- Marilyn M's spa cleanliness standards are impeccable. No matter which location you choose, you can be sure that your tech is using freshly opened and sanitized tools!  I have been a member of their rewards program for over a year and it really pays to utilize their discount programs if you become a Marilyn regular :-) Read Less

I was dying to try this place out and finally did, but I was very disappointed. The customer service was great, I had Linda, she was friendly and did a good job, even being sure I liked the color I picked before doing all my nails. The disappointing part was the pedicure itself. First of all, the chairs are just regular chairs, NOT massage chairs, which I've come to expect and like when getting a pedicure. Secondly, typically even with a basic pedicure, there is a leg scrub/massage aspect. Not with this pedicure, it was feet only and even then all that was used was a light foot file, no scrub, nothing. The salon is clean, well lit and you get to keep your foot utensils when you're done. But for me that doesn't warrant the price of the pedicure that felt incomplete and unsatisfying. Friendly staff, but I don't recommend unless you want to pay more for a LOT less. Read Less
