This place is literally the most relaxing place in town. They have the best customer service. They offer many services and have several different options for each service. Super clean place. They offer refreshments while getting pampered. Even WINE!! The owners and all the techs know me on a first name basis. Always greet me by name when I walk in the door. I love this nail salon, don’t get me wrong. But every time I called AHEAD and make reservations either weeks or days in advance, they always take walk ins before the people who call and reserve an appointment. So I’m always stuck waiting 30min + for an appointment. And then they don’t even apologize or acknowledge you when you walk in. I get you have other paying customers, but you shouldn’t take reservations if you don’t do appointments first. Read Less

I went in with a picture of what I wanted (posted below along with a picture of what I ended up with) and was told that my skin was dark and the picture hand was white so the color wouldn't look good on me. I was honestly so shocked that I said nothing and let her pick the color. In the years of getting my nails done, I have NEVER had anyone say my skin was too dark for a color. It was weird. The picture was navy, I ended up with light grey. The picture also had a metallic strip at the French tip, which she said she could do. Turns out, she did not know how to make the metallic tape stick. I asked her if maybe she needed to put a base down or if anyone could help her. She said no, it didn't work, pulled out a skinny bottle of red and painted a line across my nail. I was like No!! Red on grey?? I did not want that. So she wiped it off, leaving my one nail pinkish grey. Then she did the line in black on each nail, they don't match, the lines look like someone drew with an eyeliner pen or Sharpie across my nail. I was not happy but just wanted to get out of there. She said "I like it! And it's cheaper than what you wanted.". I paid for a manicure, but she didn't even clean under my nails. If you cannot do what I'm asking for, don't tell me you can and then change it as we do my nails. Very unhappy. Will never go back. Read Less

I have been going there for a year or more. I won't go to any other salon. The staff, along with Anthony the owner are very courteous and politebut also very professional. I've never had to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes or go back at another time. My nails have never lifted or split. They use gel on your nails and usually lasts 4 to 6 weeks. I came here based on all of the good reviews. My experience was much less than desirable. First off, there are flies flying all over the salon. It is a bit hard to relax when you are trying to dodge flies every moment. I came in for a fill. I was charged $5 for 3 acrylic tips that needed to be replaced. I might as well had just got a full new set if I knew they'd charge me for that. One of my tips had come off and the nail tech was attempting to rip it off instead of soaking it or properly removing it. I told her she was hurting me and she continued to attempt until it was removed. The length and shape of my nails are not consistent, some longer than the other. There is polish stuck to my cuticles, and uneven polish throughout. She did not get the sides or tips of my nails. The whole process took about an hour as she filed my nails again after they were painted. At the end of my service, she complained that my nails took too long to do. I've had great experiences here until my most recent visit with Veronica or Victoria (can't quite remember her name) at booth #9. She made awful comments the whole time I was there. She embarrassed me in front of many other people during my pedicure telling me I need to see a doctor and giving her opinion on my feet...I have psoriasis....which I told her. I DO see a doctor, her opinions were rude & embarrassing. Then my manicure, she relentlessly pushed the gel polish which I didn't want. I asked her to file my nails gently due to my skin issues & she insisted this was too hard for her to do. At that point I asked her to stop, but she said she couldn't because she already started. I showed her what I wanted at the beginning & when it came time for polish she once again Insisted that she couldn't do it unless I was using the gel polish (which made no sense because all I wanted was a little glitter at the bottom of my nails). She did just fine with the regular polish, but was beyond rude about the whole situation. I still feel uneasy & upset about the whole experience. Please AVOID this woman at all costs! Read Less

This place has such a clean feel to it when you first walk in, and maintains it during your stay. All the workers are nice and positive. I got a Mani-Pedi. The girl who did my nails was talented and didn't even comment or react to my lone "bad" as I have dubbed it-toe nail. She did a beautiful job on my hands, they look loved and groomed haha. My feet look better then what other establishments near me I had visited had done but are still far from how I would prefer. I came here because the nail salon down the street (charming nails) was not cutting it. Literally. Lol. I had a gel manicure and a pedicure done by them and 4 days later my gel was peeling off and 3 toes were already chipped. Very nice place, relaxing and clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. I noticed during my visit that they make it a point to learn and use clients names. They recognized people as they came in and greeted them by name. It was nice to see them taking that initiative to make people feel welcome. I really like the technician that did my nails, Van. I went to Lovely Spa Nails today and was very impressed with the salon. Anthony is the owner and on the recommendation of another Yelp user I requested him. My spa pedicure was great with necessary attention paid to my toenails and heel calloused feet. The cost of $22.00 was well worth it and my tip reflected my total satisfaction with my pedicure. Great service, great prices, and great people!My mother and I usually make appointments to ensure we have time in our busy schedules set aside. It also doesn't hurt to make an appointment since so many people come in, for the excellent service, that the queue can add up on busy days. Typically we get gel French manicures, which always come out great since the nail technicians ask how exactly we'd like them and have us check the quality before committing to the curing process. Our nails always last about a week beyond what we were getting from other places, even with us not being so gentle about our hands or nails. Not to mention, the use of the one-time (just for you) plastic protectors on the manicure tubs lets you know that they are committed to clean and comfortable conditions for your experience.The nail technicians are always polite, ask frequently about our comfort, and have even remembered us enough to use our names when we enter and inquire about topics we spoke about at our last appointments. Lovely Spa Nails is definitely the most relaxing place in town! Went in yesterday for a fill and deluxe pedicure for the first time since they've opened recently and the Owner did such an amazing job!!
