I only give 2 stars because prices aren't terrible. Service on the other hand is a different story.. I just went for the 2nd time. (First was just a fill that turned out okay) but they charged for cutting my old nails, the regular polish with matte and for my shape. They were close to being closed but told me to come in anyway being that they chose to close early on this day. When I went in, I was rushed to another tech (my normal tech did not remember me) so I had to remind her. At which she said "I have to do it?" And I said no. But she did it anyway. Being pregnant, I asked for my cuticles to not be cut to prevent bacteria. To which she repeated back to me and then after a few minutes proceeded to use the grinder to cut my cuticles and cut my finger twice making it bleed. She wiped my blood off with her BARE hand. She quickly applied the fake nail (and none of them are fully glued down so I can see and feel the nails is barely hanging on because of the acrylic layer over it. I intended on getting matte nails, but before she painted with the matte top coat I decided on shiny. She laughed and said "oh now you want shiny nail?" And then kept laughing and began speaking in viet with the woman next to her. My nails underneath are all clipped at weird angles, so they have points and are not curved to look natural under the acrylic. My nail polish has bubbles in it. My finger is still bleeding the next day and super painful. And when I attempted a conversation she just shook her head and kept going. So price, sure it's decent. But I would absolutely pay more for quality and a better personal experience. Read Less

Cindy is the one that I got my nails done with. She did perfectly shaped acrylic nails for me with gel and it looked beautiful, especially when I have short and thin nails. She didn't rush because she wanted to make sure they were perfect. Super friendly and will chat with you. Hannah and Amy who were sitting next to her would chat with me too when they didn't have a client. The place feels and looks like a spa. Did I mention it was my first time? Came to this place because I couldn't go to my usual place. I paid $32 for a set of gel powder acrylics with gel top coat and it was a mediocre job. The acrylic layer was not filed down so my nails were bumpy I had to ask the lady to file several of them down. I gave this salon three chances. The first experience I had was great. I visited on a Friday during my lunch break and the salon wasn't busy. The staff was really friendly and the girl who did my pedicure did an awesome job. She was really focused on the details and making me feel comfortable. When it was time for my manicure, I was handed off to someone else who was also friendly -- although a little hasty with flying through my manicure. Nonetheless, the experience was a 4/5. The second time I came for a gel full set and a pedicure and it was a nightmare. There was a woman working there (Michelle, maybe?) who did my full set. During my pedicure, she would come over to the woman working on my toes and stare at my feet, laugh a little and talk loudly about them. Okay, yeah I'm a mom with limited income. I don't get my feet done often and they aren't the prettiest, whatever. I thought it was unprofessional. When it was time to do my full set, she told me the color I chose was ugly. She gave me a full set of chunky, uneven nails with bubbled polish. She also used acryllic powder and a gel top coat, which was cheaper than the "gel" set she charged me for. When I asked about this, she said the gel and the acrylic are essentially the same. I pulled out the menu of services and showed her how it was cheaper to do an acryllic full set and asked why they advertised gel if they don't actually have gel. She said I'm really paying for the gel top coat (which again, was cheaper when you compared the $5 gel top coat charge with an acryllic full set). I promised myself I wouldn't come back to this place after that.. But, I did. One more time. I was desperate for a fill before a work trip and came over on a Friday again. This time i asked for and paid for an acryllic fill-in. The same lady who did my nails during the previous visit rolled her eyes when she saw me. She did my nails but spent the whole time making passive aggressive comments about how I need to get my nails done sooner, about how most people don't chose the shape i do. She was even so kind as to offer an upcharge of $5 to do a coffin shape on short nails. She cut my cuticles TWICE and gave no apology. I was done. As much as I wanted to like this place, I can't get consistently good services from the whole staff. I also can't deal with people who are habitually unfriendly. I went this morning for the first time for a gel manicure, pedicure and a brow wax.  I went there because my daughter had gone and recommended the place.  I had Linda, as my technician.  She was FABULOUS!  The prices are the cheapest around yet the quality is TOP NOTCH!  Everyone was friendly and the place was clean.I live 30 miles away, yet I will be making this my regular nail place!Thank you all for such a great experience! DON'T! I went and got a mani-pedi here because my friend posted a picture and her nails looked cute and I said would let me go check this place out. All I can say is that anybody who goes here on a regular basis has no idea what a real mani pedi is. Cuticles were not done, Instead The Nail Tech was picking at it with her own fingernails. The spillage of nail polish on my finger was then scraped off by a nail file rather than using polish remover acetone. I think I said ouch at least three times. I've been getting acrylic nails for years and recently moved. It was so hard to find a place that did them so that two days later they wouldn't crack or chip because I'm rough on my nails and I found that place. I've visited Hawaii Nails and Spa several times, and I've been pleased with my results every time. This is the only salon I've gone to in East Orlando where my gel and acrylic manicures stay put, they never lift prematurely. The nail techs take their time to make sure your nails look perfect. First time and I would recommend this salon to anyone! I will be going back for sure😀 I got gel manicure (by Nancy) & they even did a paraffin wax treatment & hand massage! Nancy was so nice and sweet. The salon was VERY clean and all the nail instruments were clean too. I walked right in without an appointment and didn't have to wait. I came in to get my nails done with a friend who had recommended and who loves Hawaii Nails and Spa. The service I received was a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish. Linda was my nail tech, and I am so happy with my service. She did an amazing job on shaping my nails and applying the polish. She was also so friendly and welcoming into the establishment, and you can tell how much she cares about all her clients. The service here was great since I moved here to Orlando I been searching for a place that does just a GOOD MANICURE nothing extra just a manicure and I think I finally found it. They are extremely sweet and if you are waiting they make you seat on a massage chair while you wait for the first time I didn't mind waiting over 30 min for a manicure it was worth the wait and the lady did a good job ! The good things is that the nail technician there actually try to have a conversation with you and even the ladies that go are friendly I interacted with a few ladies that are regulars there!
