I wish I didn’t have to even give a star I called over the phone to get a price and I was told 30$ for a acrylic gel and gel polish fill. Then I get there and change my mind and decide to get French tip with gel acrylic and was told 25$ but instead they painted the tips on with regular nail polish and then put a top coat of gel polish and then the guy just walked away and left for the NIGHT!!! And snice they used regular polish and then put gel top coat the. White tops are cracked and look like and off white will never go back here!! Do not waste your money they give terrible service!!! Update it’s been 3 days a nail has already broken and 2 tips have chipped off! So this place isn’t even worth spending your money!! They rush and don’t even care if you are happy with it I called and hey wanted to charge me more to fix it you messed it up in the first place!!! Why should I pay you more !?? Read Less

TERRIBLE. I went into Walmart to grab a few items, and I had acrylic tips (applied in another salon). I was sick of having them, and I decided to get them removed. At that time, Regal Nails had no wait, so I went in. I had my acrylics removed, and I had a gel manicure applied to my natural nail. First of all, I told the older Asian man I wanted my nails removed. He nodded at me, and began to cut them down...he was preparing me for a fill in. I had to tell him 3 times, and finally get his co-worker involved before her began soaking my hands! The ENTIRE TIME my hands were soaking, he was filing HIS OWN NAILS with an emory board he took from a drawer in the station. He was also using cutile nips that he took from the station (NOT an autoclave!) He took my hand from the acetone, and he began to grind the acylic off with the drill. He sliced my cutile on 2 fingers with the edge of the drill!!! It was stinging and he put my hand BACK INTO the acetone! OUCH!!! I was so pre-occupied with my cut fingers, I didn't even notice he was trimming my cuticles WITH THE SAME NIPS HE USED ON HIMSELF!!!! By the time I noticed, he was finished. I cannot stop thinking about it, and since he cut my fingers, I am mildly concerned. He applied a gel, and cured it, but after only 6 days it is peeling. Gel typically lasts 2-4 weeks. Great service! Van is wonderful. I been getting my nails done here for over 2 yrs and they never fell off. I have very small fingers and all other nail salons my nails fell off in few days but not here. I even bring my husband to get pampered. Thanks you guys!!!☺ Read Less

Very distracted people . More worried about the quantity of people that they can service with the mess they throw on your fingers .FYI Gel powder doesn't exist extra $5 charge to Rip you off . Gel goes under uv light to cure. They cut you with the drill with no regard an keep going who knows how sanitary anything is in that place. My natural nail has digits an groves now because I made a bad decision. Don't make the same mistake. Read Less

Went to get a full set. The guy rushed through it. Messed up my nail trying to move my stuff to the dryers cause he walked away. Sat at the dryers for over an hour. He never came back. Didn't get my nail fixed and I had to wait to pay someone for about 20 minutes. Will not be going back here.Read Less

Took 15 mins to get to my pedicure even when my feet were already in the water. Then after that I got my brows done and asked for not too thick but not too thin. What I got was almost no eyebrows. Not coming back here again. Read Less

This Nail Salon is horrible!!!! The staff is rude and do sloppy work. I brought my friend in who traveled with the Peace Corps and knew some of their language - apparently they love to ridicule their customers. They should be appreciative of American ladies, after all we are the reason you have a business, for now anyway. Read Less
