HORRIBLE. I came here because my regular place was booked up and my back up was booked up. I should have known better because this place was empty. I just needed a fill and it took over an hour. My nail tech was very rude, didn’t understand what I asked for, and told me I messed up my nails (when she was the one who scratched one nail and got polish on my finger) After she shaped my nails, I asked her to fix a few and she told me her filing wasn’t the problem, and my fingers were the problem because my finger “went like this” as she pointed in a different direction. I got my nails done 4 days ago... This is suppose to be gel polish over my real nails. This sucks. I also got my toes polished. They look horrible. My nails were filed after the polish dried. So they are rough at the ends. Its all bad. Read Less

It’s cheap. I pay 45$ plus tip at my usual place, which wasn’t available this time around. For 25$, plus tip, I got what’s pictured. Not completely happy with the experience. And there was a lot of dust. Like a lot of dust. This was also the first time I’ve gotten a gel cured where it burned as it cured. My nails were not cleaned up very well, and there was polish I had to scrape off on my the bottoms of my fingers. I do love the color though. My usual place, my gels last 3 weeks usually without chipping. My last gel manicure lasted a month. Will see how long these last. Editing my review March 5th. It’s been a little over a week since my gel manicure was applied and while it has not chipped, my nail has actually broken slightly on my thumb, and the polish has maintained the nail shape....while the nail is absolutely gone. I’ve amended my review from two stars to three stars because my polish has not chipped at all. Ny cousin took me to get my nails done and as a first time acrylic nail wearer I was nervous to say the least because I have anxiety and trust issues. Well if J could this rating would be a zero, heck it would be in the negatives.First off could barely understand the technician who did my nails. After being there not only five seconds they kept trying to push their other services on me even after I politely and clearly said no. I was nicked by a filing tool and the woman didn't even apologize. My nails are crooked and all different shapes and not as short as i asked for.I asked her to clip them twice after the initial clip I even explained I was a nail biter and i wanted something very short since I am not used to having long nails and was having them done to be presentable since I do work as a receptionist.I should have walked out without paying not even worth the  20 dollars, I shouldn't have even tipped the people. Save yourself aggravation and your money go some place else. I don't know how long my nails will last bit I am not counting on it being long.UPDATE 07/19/2017: Now almost a week in and I am not abusive to my nails for the record but the polish has worn in areas, Rough spots and Sharpness are coming to the edges of already mis-shaped nails. I took my cousin to get our nails done and it was her first time, our nails are both crooked and not the same length the acrylic is not filled in properly and missing chunks, the nail polish is smudged and gross and to top it off they were cutting my nails with scissors and sliced my pinky finger open! We went to Modern Nails and Spa and we met Elizabeth one of the nail technicians there and she is super fantastic you need to go ahead and see her l did manicure and pedicure and she did a fantastic l usually like to have regular nails but this time l wanted to do something little different and Elizabeth just far more than l expected. My nails look like a 10 year old slapped clay on them. I have a thick layer of acrylic all over my cuticles. Worst experience. Terrible customer service. The person at the front desk is half asleep, mumbles and doesn't even bother to look at you. Do not waste your time. They will ask you 20 times if you want a pedicure. Stop asking. No is no. I give this place a 0.00% I never leave reviews, but this place deserves 5 minutes of my time. The wait was not an issue. The guy that started seemed to have no clue what he was doing. After sitting through the longest take off process and putting the tips on another lady called and sent him to take care of someone else. My immediate thought was she wants to take care of her customers, but my goodness was I wrong. This woman claimed she's been in the nail business for 31 years. I have no idea how she is still working as a nail tech. Her acrylic job was disgustingly sloppy. She has No clue what squared nails should look like and finally gel top coat -___- it a blob of gel over gel, over gel and more gel. I have never in my life after many years of getting my nails done argued with a nail tech. This woman was belligerent rude and did not want to fix her mess. All sides of my nails were missing gloss, she refused to turn on her lamp- I had to point at the lamp and ask her 4 times to turn it on. Not even after seeing the sloppiness did she correct anything. Legitimately don't want to even give one star. - nail polish all over my toes- didn't remove previous polish before new polish-felt VERY rushed...- added a no polish manicure, and I am left with hanging cuticles and nail snags- I haven't had a pedicure since I had my son two months ago, so I know my feet weren't perfect looking, but the manicurist next to me kept looking over, pointing and making comments.I have a headache and wanted to go to relax and breathe... This place was an absolute DUMP! Me and my sister went to get get our acrylics done and the shape, filing, and color was absolutely a disgrace! Horrible, Horrible, Job! This is my first review I'm ever writing and just to tell u its just sad! The black korean messed up my nails so bad! ( I'll put in a picture) She cut me and put nail polish all over my hands! and me being a 14 year and she took advantage of me. since it was my first time there she showed me some gel nail polish and me being the little kid i am i thought it was normal nail polish cause i didn't see the racks of normal nail polish. so later on she says $35 dollars but my mom heard $25 so we were like oh okay cool thats really good for a full set. turns out it was being more cause i didn't know it was gel so i got fooled! i needed up paying $35 with my own money like what if i didn't have the money for the nails what would have i done?! Only gave one because you can't choose zero. I went with my husband for his first pedicure on Friday because our wedding was Saturday. While trimming my toe nail the lady cut me so bad the foot bath was FILLED WITH BLOOD. I tried not to get upset because my fiancé gets embarrassed easily. Then the women painted my toenails from the front to the back. I have never seen anyone paint nails like this and it was horrible and lumpy. When the manager walked by she grabbed a huge wad of cotton balls and took all the polish all off and did it herself. Then I had to wait almost 2 hours to get my gel manicure which was horrible! And chipped within three hours at my rehearsal dinner. I came in at 10:30 AM and did not leave until almost 2pm. My fiancé left because it was taking so long. Paid over $100 for bloodily pedicure and a chipped gel mani. Had to go on my WEDDING MORNING to island nails in oakleaf to get a whole new gel manicure. DO NOT GO HERE!! Read Less

Walked in and waited 45 minutes to get a full set. They make you sign a waiver before you even get service! RED FLAG.  They are under staffed. The lady who did my nails was not as experienced as someone doing this job should be. She kept trying to get me to but more of their services like eyebrows and gel manicures. I refused and said I was just here for a full set of white tip acrylics. Later, she begins having a conversation with another stylist. The conversation went on for 30 minutes as I just sat there debating on leaving. However I didn't. Then she answers her phone! And she puts it on speaker! In my head I'm thinking she could have excused herself and been polite. I go to wash my hands and the sinks are disgusting. There's a bowl with some type of "sanitizer" with a nail brush next to it. And two used wash cloth rags to make due for not having paper towels. But wait. There's more. She finally gets my nails finished but forgets  to put a coat on one of them so she slops on the polish and leaves me there. The polish was old and chunky so it dried bumpy. Not to mention there is hair and dust in the acrylic. They also cut my sisters finger. Save yourself the trouble and don't even come here. They're a waste of money and time. Read Less

The older gentleman who gave me a pedicure and a gel manicure was super delightful. However, he gave me a bottle of water that was open....I don't think he knew it...you know when you open a water and it "clicks" ...yeah...no click...looked like it was refilled. I politely returned the water. As for my nails, This was one of the worst gel manicures ...only because they gentleman providing the service was like an "old school tech" where he used his thumb to clean off any excess polish as opposed to a brush with remover. this made a poor finish. Horrific place. A guy volunteered to do my nails, he sat me at a table with no cosmetology license present. The entire time he is doing my nails, he is looking around and not focused. He proceeds to cut two of my fingers. One is bleeding and he never sanitized my wounds. I go home and my finger is in deep pain. My cheetah print design looked like blobs of paint. This place was ridiculous. First off it was busy which is expected on a Friday afternoon at the mall. All the nail technicians were full but some were nearing the end of their sessions. So they told us about 10 minutes. 10 minutes come and go and I'm getting annoyed. People have come in and sat down before my friend and I (four to be exact) and we're still waiting. Then 20 minutes come and go and the man with his table in the far corner by itself asks my friend to sit. We specifically told them that we had wanted to sit together. We asked "can we sit together?" He laughed. He patted each leg of his and said "one here and one here". How unprofessional and perverted! I was absolutely disgusted! My friend and I are 18 and this man is probably 35-40. I almost threw up. Anyhow he told us it would be another 5 minutes. 10 more minutes come along and a very rude gentleman escorts us back to our station. He has me go first with her sitting next to me and then switch. There are technicians sitting next to us not doing anything... He was very aggressive with my fingers and kept yanking my hand across the table. I was actually in pain for a few brief moments. When my fiend was finished he told us to go sit under the light and didn't bother to pick up our stuff. Just left it there. As I was looking at my nail polish I noticed it was a piss poor job.. Whoever the man was needs his cosmetology license revoked because he was rude, aggressive, and plain old bad at painting nails!!! This place is HORRIBLE. While I understand it is in a mall, that does not excuse the horrible manicure I got, not to mention the environment.I went to get a gel manicure, and was sat at the manicure tables. Next to the nail area is the hair salon area. The hair stylist that was working, was working on a client, while talking to two other employees who were sitting there. The conversation was vulgar and loud. The three women were having a discussion about breastfeeding and how their daughters 'sucked them dry', they discussed the size of their boobs and nipples, post breastfeeding. I could not get over this and how disgusting it was. This is a public place of business, there is a time and a place to discuss those kinds of things, and a salon is not it. Onto my actual manicure. He used an electric file to remove my gel, didn't soak them at all, by the time he was done there were flames shooting off of my nails, it was so hot. He filed my nails down, didn't use a buffer or anything, just a regular old nail file. Asked me to wash my hands, and I realized every nail was a different length. I had to ask the man to ensure all of my nails were the same length, I thought that was common sense. He then applies my gel polish and used such little material that my nails are softer now than they were before I had new gel applied. My edges are sharp, some are unrounded, and crooked. Not to mention my skin is nicked in many places from the file.I usually go to a place in San Marco and pay less than I did at this crappy mall salon in Orange Park. NEVER AGAIN!!!!The lady that did my nails definitely rushed and it showed in my nails. Not to mention she was so busy texting and answering her phone back to back WHILE doing my nails. Like really? So unprofessional. Also, with that being said, when she put my nails to dry she ended up making my nail hit the top of the counter and it scrapped my nail polish off and when I told her, she had a complete attitude and was so aggressive with my hand and only applying ONE coat of the nail polish, where I had to end up fixing myself. She also walked out on her job where the male manager had to look for her cause she was no where to be found for me to pay her. Read some bad reviews but not sure why. The staff are super friendly. They don't push extras on you. Don't blink when you come In at 8pm looking for deluxe spa pedicure that takes 90 min.  Nice interior dimmer lights than many which is soothing. Get the $50 herbal deluxe pedicure it's worth it. Many massages with different herbal solutions. Nice to kids too. Brought my 77YO mom and she liked it as did my 14 year old boys who got pedi and parrafin treatment. My gift certificate from Christmas '12 was accepted at full value. That's pretty awesome-- both that it took me so long to use it and that they accepted it. Anyway, I walk up to the place (it's in a mall) and they weren't busy so I was able to get started right away. The certificate was for a gift package, but they couldn't tell me what was in the package, just choose what I want up to the amount it was for. Eh, fine.I had a pretty expensive pedi-- the Nu-Pedicure? It was my first pedi, believe it or not, and so I splurged for the extra. Not entirely sure what the extra was, but I wasn't really particularly impressed. Water was boiling hot! (Mind you, I take scorching hot showers, so when I say boiling, I mean that literally. Had to ask for them to add some cooler water.) The lady let the water overflow by accident. No biggie, but kinda speaks well seeing as it happened because she was so focused on my pedi. I don't know what I should have expected, but I didn't really see a difference between what I got and what another customer got. She massaged my calves ok and used some awesome lotion for it. She painted them perfectly. I hoped for a little convo seeing as I couldn't get to my phone. lolMy eyebrows are absolutely perfect. Trimmed and waxed and even. REally can't ask for better than that. Was hoping to get them threaded, but they don't  do that there, I guess.My nails (gel set) looked fantastic, but the edged near the nail bed are already coming up. Started coming up the same afternoon I got them. I dont do a lot of strenuous crap. I wasn't even really putting stress on my nails, not much anyway.
