I went for the first time today & I got a full set. The guy that did them was super rude(guessing he is the owner) I asked him twice if he could narrow them more because they were super wide! he said it'll look better at the end and that he will fix it. At the end he said thats how my nails are(I've gotten full sets before my nails aren't wide at all) i was there with my coworkers and I asked him if he could fix this because I did not like them he said "You tell me you want wide" i told him no! I hate wide I've never gotten them wide if anything I like them coffin style. He started yelling at me in front of all my coworkers and some other clients In there. He didn't fix them and kept talking a lot of bad things . DONT GO HERE IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I've never had a horrible experience. Read Less

Kevin also did a great job on my acrylic nails. He thins them perfectly and also files them underneath so they're not thick like other acrylic nails I've had. When he applies the acrylic on the of the nail he meshes it up so well to the cuticle, when it grows out you don't feel any lumps. I could probably just paint the myself! I used to go to all sorts of different nail salons depending on where I was located when I spontaneously wanted a mani or pedi. However, I now only go to this one. They seriously do not only their job, but a wonderful one. You don't need to have a favorite because they all do the best work. Not to sound weird but when I get a pedi I want it to be a true pedi and they will make sure your feet are at their prime and when you get an eyebrow waxing, it's professionally done and they take their time. I also never had to wait more then 5 minutes so that's a plus!! Read Less

The first time I went was okay but today two of my friends and I went for pedicures and manicures. They rushed us trying to hurry up and get to unscheduled customers so they would make more money. My feet still feel rough because they didn't get the dead skin off..and my acrylic gels are a bit bubbly...and they didn't even push my cuticles back. My other friend was also dissatisfied. We will not be returning to "happy nails". Bottom line go as a single customer if you go and pray a lot if people don't come in after you. Read Less

first time coming in this place, was very clean and nice inside. was helped immediately (although there was no one in there at the time) and got a mani and pedi. the young lady who helped me was very sweet, attentive and understanding regarding an issue with my toenails i had. Ive been to a few places in the city and liked the atmosphere in this salon better than most. Highly recommended and prices were fair. I feel like this place deserved a review, people are always willing to complain but no one ever makes time to compliment and i enjoyed my experience so i decided to leave this.Read Less
