Had me sold at hello, have been going here over 3 years off and on and my last 2 visits have been anything but quality. I told them My feet were still a little rough and owner insisted that my heels needed clipped!! Never needed it before and definitely don't need it now. And still polish left around my nail. I wasn't going to argue, I will go home and touch up my own feet with oil and nail polish remover. I'm a cancer 4 pt and this was a birthday gift that I looked foward to and sadly I disliked! I went in for a normal/basic pedicure and it was only 20 minutes long and she didn't rub my feet or legs at all and they charged me $30 for it!!! I was very disappointed and I will never get a pedicure there again. Read Less

My Mom and I have traveled near and far (as far away as South Tampa) to find a salon where we could get manicures and pedicures at a reasonable price, high quality and with people who know what the meaning of customer service is all about.  We found it at Legacy Nails and have been there ever since.  2 years now as customers as they do not disappoint.  Personally, I think Elena is the best of the best, but have had my fingers and toes done by many of the team and they are ALL good at what they do! Outrageous pricing. $95 for their basic mani/pedi with gel polish and French tips. No acrylic involved. No one mentioned how much they charged for French tips!!!!! I was ready to spend the usual $70-80. I wanted to really like this place... but the appearance was just sort of eh, things were pretty sloppy (pedicure carts). They did my toes and hands at the same time...... I hardly got the manicure because the very inexperienced tech (who truly was a sweet girl. I just don't ...think she is quite ready to be doing nails that are this expensive) doing my hands was grabbing things from a nail station and bringing it over to the pedicure chair. She seemed a bit frazzled, which I would have been too. The only part of a "manicure" I received was nail filing and lotion put on my hands. No massage, nail cleaning, etc. unfortunately. I would have rather my toes not have been delayed 20 mins in the middle of my $60 pedicure and then I could have had a seat at a station and had the hands done properly. anyways, somehow they managed to keep me there over TWO hours to do this. Not that my nails are bad- they're nice. But, $95 is absolutely ABSURD and I def recommend asking these people prices if you decide to go. Don't make the mistake I did. As- in the end it is my fault for not asking. I've just never ever been charged so much or seen a regular salon charge this much!!!! And... ok. The most messed up part was this- a client came in. The guy manning the front desk took her back to a chair. A tech had come from the back escorted a gentleman to the front to pay and he left. They started gossiping about this elderly gentlemen and the services he had done!!!!!! Loudly enough for people to hear. It was so unprofessional. Decent salon.... English speaking nail techs are always a plus. My nails came out nice, like any other salon. Got the OPI gel on toes and hands, French manicured (which I understand is extra. However I didn't realize how much extra until the end) Got the $30 pedi and a mani... I somehow ended with a total of $95! No fake nails. Just the gel polish and their most simple services they offer and I spent over a $100 after tip. Like I said, nails are nice but are no better than any salon where I spend around $70-$75 for the same service. Was excited to go again until I got to the counter to pay. And I also don't mind paying for excellent services- however I just don't feel what I had done stood out in any way. Absolutely horrible service.whwn I came in yesterday morning around 9am I asked for a full set with gel polish over and a pedi I got my toes done with no problem but when they sat me in the chair to start my nails they started to do a regular manicure I stopped her and said I wanted a full set she then was very rude to me almost yelling and told me she can't do it that she would have to have someone else do it and told me that I should have told her before she went and got everything ready I was like wow 😳 She then sat me with a young man who was new to the salon And he started to put gel on my actual nail I once again stopped him and said I want a full set once he started he was extremely rough cutting into my skin with the filing tools and he did not seem to know how to even do acrylic nails he was getting the acrylic all over my skin not getting it off and was not putting it all over the nails so there was still exposed nail. My final straw was Once he cut me and almost ripped my nail off from trying to file them shorter with the tool I stopped him and told the lady in charge that I wanted to pay for what I had already done and go somewhere else to finish them. She was very loud and rude with me and told me to sit and they would try to fix them. I allowed another young lady to try and fix what the previous guy started and I still did not get what I paid for it upset me so bad that I was fighting back tears! I was a very loyal customer until now. My girlfriend and I had a great time yesterday,we both got the hawaiian pedicures ,eyebrow waxing and she got a manicure where they dip your nails in powder it took forever but worth the wait and the atmosphere was so relaxing and that wine made it perfect! I have only been going here since November, but it's wonderful!! The spa is clean, well decorated to calm the senses and relieve tension with soothing music. The staff is very sweet and courteous. When you walk in you are always greeted like you are an old friend. I have been getting the #3 IceWalker which is a refreshing soothing massage and pedicure. The hot stones and warm leg raps remove all tensions from the previous weeks. They serve sodas, water, and wine. I always ha...ve water which is refreshing as you relax there and they pamper you. Now, Tina is my mani/pedi savior!!! This lady is not only genuily sweet but she knows you after one visit. She's not too intrusive but talks to you with interest. Now, her massage abilities are to die for! She has strong hands and I thing used flexology while massaging because it's the most relaxing time for me. Her attention to details is wonderful too. The rest of the staff are so nice. They all help each other out and when they are not busy they are all cleaning up, tidying the place and preparing for the next customer. I really love this place! My Mother and I have been going to this salon for almost 2 years. Top notch staff, clean and relaxing environment. We've had manicures, pedicures and the facials are to die for. I recently moved to Oldsmar and searched for a good nail salon.  So many left me dissatisfied and annoyed.  Legacy was recommended by a friend and today I finally had time to try it.  All I can say is FINALLY a nail salon that's clean affordable and doesn't use old or expired products.   The nail art is perfect and their recombination for my busy lifestyle is spot on.  So if you work hard for your money and don't want to waste it on a mani pedi that looks terrible or chips within a few days, then you gotta try Legacy.   They won't disappoint! The quality is poor.  It is a la care where everything, included exfoliating which should be included in a basic pedicure, is extra.  They will not scrub your feet unless you pay an extra $6.  I got a French mani/pedi; my mani chipped in 6 hours.  Not worth the money at all.  Will not be going back. I just moved to this area and was looking for a reasonably priced, clean and good nail salon in the area. I wasn't disappointed! The prices are reasonable (anywhere from $22-$60) for a pedicure. I got the $35 pamper and my feet felt great! They took their time -- she even worked on my ingrown toenail (a lot of people don't unless you specifically ask). I will definitely go again. Read Less

This place is the BEST! Sometimes going to a nail salon can feel awkward and you can feel rushed... NOT here!! The entire staff makes you feel welcomed, valued, and spoiled - like you are their most important customer! I love that.
