This place is so far the best I've found in the area. Large space with many stations. I've only had pedicures there so I cannot speak of manicures. Make an appointment. They do get busy. I think these people just hire anyone off the street. This chick did my nails (full set gel) and her technique sucked! I'm no nail technician or anything but I've had my nails done by many great nail technicians and she was not one of them! I freaking nail started pooping of after 3 freaking days. I had a horrible experience here. The girl rushed through my pedicure and the paint job was as if my 3 year old granddaughter did it. I even had to tell the girl to put a top coat on because she was not going to. When I asked her for nail art that I had a picture for she told me it would take too long if I would rather have someone else do it. To say the least I will never go back. My 2nd visit today. I enjoyed my first visit here so I decided to try them again. I requested a powder gel polish with tips. A male technician started on my nails after waiting 25 minutes. Unlike the first visit-he was not friendly or personable. He continued a conversation with another nail tech the entire time he did my nails. I didn't even get the question of "square or round shape" but I did tell him round assuming he would never ask. His technique was very "different." On 3 different occasions, he filed my nail resulting in the polish being removed. Each time required him to stop, leave and get the powder that he put away earlier to re-apply to my nails. This made the process longer than it should have taken. In the end with all the filing then reapplying powder, top coat, filing, reapplying powder.... my nails turned out rough and cloudy as if a film covered them instead of a shiny top coat. He blamed the results on the top coat and asked me to return to repair it. After almost 2 hours of his "technique" I won't return. He also showed my nails to another tech (assuming a manager) & I still paid the full amount. Read Less

I recently moved off SR 54 and was interested in finding a back up nail place close to home for when I am unable to go to my regular spot in Citrus Park. After reading tons of Yelp reviews I settled on Nail Dior Lounge. I liked the fact that it was located in a brand new plaza, so all of the equipment would be new, as would the decor and the place would be clean. I was also excited to read that Nail Dior stays open until 7:30pm on weeknights, which is awesome for any working person. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and told to pick out my colors. I asked to get a gel manicure and a pedicure. Vicky came over and helped me find the gel colors I wanted after showing her a picture on my phone and then we went over to the pedicure chair. The chair itself was comfortable and the massage feature on the chair was nice. Vicky gave a great spa (lavender scented) pedicure and didn't rush through it. She took her time with both services and didn't have any of mistakes to clean up or have to redo any of my nails. I paid $70 plus 20% gratuity (my choice- gratuity not included in bill) and left before 7:00pm even though I had arrived close to 5:00pm. Busy. Asked to pick a color. After doing so, no one acknowledged me for 3 or 4 minutes. While choosing my color, two customers that came in after me were seated immediately. Once I was acknowledged, I was told I would have to wait. When I pointed out two customers were seated that came in after me, I was told to point them out. Wow! Nice unexpected find in Trinity:-) beautiful modern nail Salon with friendly staff who greet you upon your arrival. It opened nov 2016 and everything is brand new and clean. My hairdresser/neighbor told me about this place while I was home visiting family. Her nails looked awesome so I booked an appointment right away. The place was busy but I was able to get right in for a gel mani and regular pedi. Tran did such an awesome job with both. The went here because it was next to my Orange Theory class so I went for convenience. All I had to get was a gel manicure. I had to point out spots that weren't covered on my nails for her to fix because she was going to just paint the top coat on. It's been one week and almost all of my nails have chips on them. If I wanted my nail polish to chip off after a week I would have painted them myself and saved the money. I wasted $30 on a gel manicure and won't be returning. Read Less

Diane is absolutely the best. I come from Wesley Chapel just for her services. I always feel beautiful when I leave, I get so many compliments on my nails for the full 2-3 weeks from fill to fill they look amazing. I am very happy with this nail salon. They are very friendly and it is very clean. They even use the plastic liners for the pedicure bowl. Tammy is awesome and does a fabulous job. She's very particular. Diane took care of me once as did Lee and they were both very nice and accommodating. To reward the great job and dedication of our employees, our company arranged a visit to this place. We had an amazing experience! They were able to accommodate us all at once (20 people). Everyone at this place was nice and professional. We got offered wine, soda and water. Their massage chair were awesome and relaxing while everyone was waiting their turn for manicure and pedicure. NAIL DIOR LOUNGE IS AMAZING!! I can say so many nice things about this upscale nail salon/spa. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with the most friendly and happy staff. Diane was so sweet and made sure that I was comfortable and offered me and my daughter refreshments as we got our spa pedicures. She was very friendly and inviting and within the few minutes of talking to her I knew this was the place for me. She did a fabulous job with my pedicure that even my son was fascinated with my toes! I had been very skeptical about going back to a nail salon as I have had bad experiences in the past.This place was extremely clean and they sanitize after every customer. That is a big deal to me! Diane is the reason I will be back to this salon and I will tell everyone about Nail Dior Lounge and their amazing staff so they get repeat business.
