RIDICULOUS! I came to this place trying to find a good nail place in my area. The first few times i came we’re alright, nothing special but I did like how well they shaped my nails. (Reason why I continued to come) the third AND LAST time i came, i chose to do a gel polish instead of an acrylic refill. So i had to pay an additional 5 dollars , which i was COMPLETELY fine with to remove the acrylic from the last time. I left happy, two days later my nails started chipping, it got so bad i had to remove the polish myself. When i took off the gel, the acrylics I PAYED TO BE REMOVED THE FIRST TIME. Were still on my nails!! i came to explain to them what happened and how i wanted my 5 dollars refunded for me having to come back when it should have been done the FIRST TIME. And the MANAGER refused to refund it. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IM BEYOND UNHAPPY AND WILL NOT BE BACK. Read Less

I originally loved this place until a day after I got my nails done they chipped went back the next day they fixed free of charge which I was like ok I could still come back here again but then 2 more nails broke later that day and at this point was frustrated because I work and cannot come to a salon every day a nail breaks and came in to get them fixed and the ladies were rude. They kept carelessly filing at my nail until they broke and said my nails were too thin to fix so I asked for them to be all removed and asked if I’d get some type of refund and they said no and so I left very unhappy and pretty much handed them 45$ for nothing. The girl that did my nails did a HORRIBLE job. I asked for a powder manicure. She used the grinder to take my original polish off, never got my cuticles. This was my first time here. I was bothered that they opened late (9:30a) but Victor greeted me as soon as I entered. I was impressed with all the good quality SNS and gel polish colors they had! I was also impressed with the overlooked details like it was very clean, bathroom was clean and had air freshener in it, soft tissue, and plastic over the seat remotes lol I got a honey sugar scrub pedicure $35 and Rose GoldSNS $40. Victor did an awesome job on both. That pedicure was everythang! He did may SNS exactly as I requested very natural . He was very meticulous but efficient. I was recommended this salon by a co-worker and have recommended this salon in the past. I started coming to this location a few months ago. I was very pleased with nails and wrote a great review until recently. I got my nails done on Saturday, full set acrylic nails gel polish and it looked fabulous as always! However, the very next day my pinkey nail started to lift. The super glue for the tip was lifting and eventually the nail broke off half way [ When I grabbed my infant from the car seat, it broke off in the middle and I scratched my baby :( ] then later in the day the paint on some nails was lifting and chipping. I can seriously peel the polish off. I get it! They are not perfect so it's okay if they fix the error for free. So today I finally got a chance to give them a call to notify them. They were able to fix the nail and paint free of charge under the condition I came in today. I have a newborn, full time job, day care until 5:30 so I do not have the time to come in to fix the nail until the weekend. I do not feel comfortable bringing my infant to the nail salon which I explained to Tina or Christina (THE OWNER). I told her I am able to come on Saturday.Unfortunately, she explained that it would be a week by then and she is unable to fix it for free. It doesn't make any sense, the nails techs always say Gel polish last weeks! Even on the box it says "LAST 21 DAYS". I am really upset because I paid for service so I expect for them to last the whole 2 weeks like it did in the past. I told her I will pay to fix the broken nail but I do not feel comfortable paying for another gel polish. It's upsetting because this never happened before and I always over tip! This was the second time I went to this place and both times, the prices I was quoted were not what was charged at check out. I was in an exceedingly good mood when i went in and tried to engage in pleasant conversation only to receive sullen personalities with no pleasantries, but they were very chatty with other. While I was there, there were two other ladies who were expressing their unhappiness with the quality of work and poor service. Not one of received an apology. When I brought up the difference in prices, I was told I was charged an additional $10 due to nail length. Trust me, my nails are not that long...in fact, they are pretty average lemgth. When I mentioned what I was quoted and my displeasure very politely - no apology - just pay the bill. I was very pleased with my first experience here overall. The service was good. I did not make an appt so I walked right in. I was able to get my pedicure right away. They actually take time and give you your money's worth. They don't pound on your feet with their fists like most people do. I also got my nails done and amy did an amazing job. On June 26, 2017 I went for the first time and my service went great. I made an appointment I didn't have to wait at all. I seen other reviews and Kelly's name is all I seen so I had an appt. with her and she did awesome on my natural nails that I decided to do for the first time because acrylic just isn't for me! Young girl I think her name was nancy she dates one of the guys working there she did a horrible job on mine and my daughters nails ,her customer service is horrible when she was doing my pedi she spent the whole time talking and texting on the phone ,so wasnt worth it but all the other staff that i have had in the past did a great job. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I JUST WENT IN WITH EYEBROWS And left with little lines for eyebrows! The lady who waxed my eyebrows didn't even speak English so she never understood when I told her to just clean it out and not to make my eyebrows thin. The people who work there didn't believe me until I showed them a picture and still refused to admit they are in the wrong. All the could offer me is to tint my eyebrows. I went there yesterday for the first time. I got a Sugar Scrub Deluxe Pedicure and a Gel Manicure. There was 1 guy working and that's who did my mani/pedi. My Pedicure turned out awful. He didn't file or buff my toe nails and they feel rough not smooth and aren't shiny at all. The polish looks like a 5 year old painted them. When he was about to start my manicure I said I changed my mind and I wanted acrylic put on instead. He said NO that it will mess up my nails then acted like he didn't speak english or understand me. When he cut down my nails he cut them way to short when my real nails were long and I stated that I wanted them to stay long just a slight trim. He didn't file them so they are a bit sharp at the edges and they look like a kid shaped them. When he put the polish on you can see the white part of my nails on the side and he wouldn't fix them. Needless to say for $60 that I paid for the mani/pedi was a huge disappointment. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon to anyone! Read Less

I have been going to Today's Nails & Spa for about a year now and Candy Nails their other location for about 9yrs... I have never had any problems.. I love all the work they have ever done for me.. They have fair prices & a very clean envoriment which means a lot to me; that is the very first thing I look for.... Since I have been going there for so long I feel like family..
