The most horrible salon I ever been to. Not only are they rude to returning guest but they don't keep appointments. She made my nail slanted and painted it messy. Then when I asked her to fix it she was rude and acted as if I was asking for too much. I hate giving bad reviews but I tired with this salon about 4 -5 times thinking it could be the person I went to or someone was having an off day. Nope this salon is horrible. I've been going to this nail salon for about 4 months now. I only do my nails with one person here and her name is Ann. She pays attention to every little detail and makes your acrylic nails look so realistic/natural looking. I love the fact that she doesn't go over board with the acrylic. Some other Nail Tec like to make your nails super thick and uneven. She doesn't do that! She leaves my nails looking flawless!! I don't let no one else do my nails but her. This nail salon is absolutely horrible. Let me start off by saying me and my friend walked in and asked if the wait was long. We were told no, and sat for about 20 mins. That is in fact a long wait. If it's over ten mins you should let the customer know that. The place was extremely dirty and had a bad odor. The nail polish selection was limited and not consisted of cheap brands unless of course you get gel. I don't use gel, I keep everything natural and always bring my own nail hardener. The instruments weren't sterilized after each patron either. FYI, we only stayed because my friends car was being fixed at pep boys and it was really cold outside so it was the easiest option. The pedicure chair was dirty and the massage was barely felt. The towel used at the end of the pedi stunk like mildew. The service in the building was terrible so I tried to connect to WiFi, I found the WiFi that said "Star Nails" and asked for the WiFi password. I was then told oh no we don't have WiFi. So I said oh that's funny I just found the WiFi that's names Star Nails, is that not this business. I was told yes but u can't use it it's for plug in only and the owner doesn't want to do it for cell phones. Ummm ok. We also had my friends kid there who wanted a bumble gum ball. After searching high and low I finally found him a quarter, well of course the machine ate the kids quarter with no gum in return. I tell him to just nicely tell the lady what happened so they can give him another quarter. She looked at him with a straight face and said it's not our machine, we don't get paid for it so I can't give u a quarter. A quarter ladies and gents... a quarter. He's 5 and it broke his heart in that moment, if I had another quarter or cash I would of let him try a different one but I didn't. I then got my mani after the pedi. Once the lady was almost done she proceeds to tell me about these two women who came in the Saturday before us that looked nice and were nice who ran out on their bill. I wasn't sure why she was telling me this at first until I realized she wouldn't be taking me by the door to dry my nails, no, she told me to stay at her station to dry. As if I would run out. Mind you my services cost a measly $30. Worst $30 I ever spent. Moral of the story this place is terrible and the owner needs to pay attention to their business because it's being run into the ground. They did a really good job on both my wife's feet and hands and On My Feet but the problem was they charged my credit card$11 /for a tip but I gave her a cash tip called back the next day and they said how could they verify that I gave her a cash tip and refused to give me my $11 back so I would recommend if you do go here use cash so you know how much they're actually getting because they will rip you off if you use a credit card when I left out of there I gave the store a five star review until I got home and my credit card was charged 11 extra dollars now here I am so please be warned and use cash..... Pam is the absolute best nail technician you will find in Worcester! I always walk out of the nail and tanning studio with a massive smile on my face which is down to my amazing new nails which last forever and also how welcoming and lovely Pam is throughout your whole experience! Unfortunately had a very bad spray tan. Barely any on my legs at all, upper body was OK except bright orange hands and elbows as she used no barrier cream first. Just felt rushed and room was tiny. Have had much better spray tans for same price elsewhere in Worcs. Read Less

Best nails in St Johns probably best in Worcester! I have really weak, flakey nails my monthly treat of a gel overlay keeps my nails strong and pretty. I love the fact that I can paint them for nights out etc and when I take polish off the gel is still good! I occasionally have the white tips for holidays or special nights out. I came here with a gift certificate for my birthday as a quick way for some pampering, a well deserved mommy break. Loved the lady who worked on me. I have my 5 month old with me, another staff member came,over and entertained him while I was finishing up. Really, it felt like a nail shop I love back in NYC.
