I did the mani pedi special and asked to make sure if an hour was enough time and she said yes multiple time the pedi was amazing I loved it and she did amazing but when it came to the pedi I asked once again would she have time after putting lotion on my hands and giving me a massage it was 11 and she didn’t not start my acrylic nails I asked again and she said oh no you didn’t ask mani was to cut my nails a useless massage and paint my nails something I could do at home ! I'm giving this place 1 star because there is no other way to leave a review. Lisa is so rude and disrespectful and on more than one occasion has had something snide to say. Today takes the cake though. I bring my daughter here with me all the time and she is just 3 so she does attempt to organize the nail polish whenever we come. She has dropped a few nail polishes but has never broken anything and today she asked that I not bring her anymore.  She doesn't run up and down the salon or jump on anything yet this lady rudely and nasty as she always is to anyone and everyone that walks in tells me don't bring her here no more. Excuse me ? I won't bring her or any of my business here ever. Not to mention that you never know what you will pay because although they advertise a price they fail to mention that gel polish is additional on this price billboard, and always charge you different prices when you get to the register. If you'd like a good experience stay away from here. Because this place sucks and I only come here all the time because my son attends Kumon in this plaza! Read Less

Went after reading reviews and it was everything but. The polishes they had about 80% were all old and clumped. Seeing this they still tried to force the application on my wifes nails. They had to even stop to try to add thinner to their polish. The paint coats they apply are uneven and didnt cover the nail. Some streaking marks clearly seen. There were bubbles or particles all over her thumbnail. I dont get my nails done but im sure you paint the whole nail especially when you get acrylics and you dont leave the sides not painted. Only after hearing me speak to my wife did they make an attempt at correcting some of these mistakes. Read Less

Been here twice too many. Basic manicures: good job on the cuticles but the tips were neglected. My nail polish didn't dry before putting on the next coats, messing up the polish once I left because the undercoats were still wet. Read Less
