Will never visit this play again. Went with my 3 daughters needed 2 fills and a full set she stated she is the only one working and the other woman doesn't do nails. She can't take us but u doing a white woman nails so what's the difference with us waiting and knowing we have a wait. I told her I understand she is the only one however we will wait. She just kept saying people are out sick and it will take long. Im sure if another customer comes in she will do their nail. This is the worst place. My daughter and I tried Modern Nails for the first time today. We both wanted a fill. They drilled my daughters nails so much they made every cuticle bleed also drilling all the way through 2 of her nails to the fresh skin underneath. I told the lady she is not going to finish doing her nails. The other lady was going to fix them. As my daughter sits in a chair of the reporters either rubbing alcohol or nail polish on my daughters nails making her cry it hurt so bad. When I got my nails painted they didn’t even paint the entire nail. When I went to go check out they charge $17 for me and $18 for my daughter. I said really $18 to make her bleed. All they could say was sorry. I would definitely think twice about going here recommending it to anyone. Will never be back. Read Less

I went here just to get my eyebrows done, and the lady was very pushy about me getting my pedicure and manicure done as well. I agreed, but I was under the impression that she was going to take me back right away (since this was her idea). I had to wait 30 minutes between my brows and nails. I asked that she do a color change (not the full pedicure) on my feet because I was running low on time. The job was done so sloppy! You could still see my old color around the edges of my nails. I asked her to clean it up a little bit and she said "No you didn't pay for pedicure." When it go to my nails, the gel polish was all the way to my skin on a few of my fingers. I asked if this could be redone, since I knew it would peel off easier if it was off the nail. She said "No the polish is already dry." This was done 2 days ago and my nails are already chipping. I'm very unsatisfied with this place. They did not meet my expectations, especially when I only came in for a brow wax. I do not recommend. Read Less

Never again will I give this place another chance. This place looks clean but they do a horrible job at filing nails. After they filed I looked at my nails. One of my hands were perfect from another salon and the other hand was completely different. When I told them what the difference is and asked nicely, they made it worse and one hands nails were half the length of the other hand. I did not let them finish because after two attempts of trying to fix it, they messed it up even more. I paid for my services and left. Read Less

I was treated to a facial here recently with Maria. It was brilliant. The room had a lovely atmosphere and nice smell- the products felt amazing on my skin. This nail salon is located in Winter Garden Village and is clean, professional & friendly.  They do fills, pedicures, manicures, waxing and are very friendly & give great customer service.  The hours are very accommodating and prices fair. Some of our favorite nail techs are Lili, Tina & Lucy. They are terrific with kids.  Also guys don't be shy. The fellas I  have seen here were happy with their services. I came today to get a manicure and pedicure done and relax since I had a very long day and difficult day at home. From the moment I walked in I was treated gracefully and was immediately attended. First, Nina did my manicure and the work was wonderful, then a funny and kind gentleman did my pedicure and it was great. He was very detail oriented and kind to ask me each time he was going to cut or sand my dry skin, so that he wouldn't hurt me. I entered with terrible toe nails and very dry feet and came out feeling relaxed and beautiful. I have come to this location many times, but this time it excelled my expectations.It was also particularly great because they weren't to busy, so that was nice. She did a decent job on my pedicure (but see update). However, I had to tell her several times not to buff my feet, which I didn't want because I am a runner. She kept trying until I had to forcefully insist. The language barrier was probably the reason. But, no means no. On a positive note, they saw me quickly, with no appointment, and finished fast, which was what I needed. Update: nails not dry 45 min after pedicure, which screwed them up before a big trip. After buying a house just a couple miles from this place I was really hoping it could be my new go-to  salon for my nails or at least my pedicures.... Not a chance! Literally the WORST pedicure I've ever had. The girl acted like removing my gel polish was the hardest thing she'd ever done and then proceeded to scrape and scratch so viciously to get the polish off that I literally walked out in pain from how raw the skin around my toenails was! (This was NOT my first time having gel polish removed) After all that pain i'd hope at least my feet felt smooth. But no, She did nothing to smooth the skin on my heels, either. I got a full set & pedi, the results were okay. The service... not so much. I was told that there was an addt'l charge to shape my nails. I called before I went and that was not advised, so they waived the fee. I showed her a pic of the shape i wanted (almond), the shape was not done correctly so I showed the pic again and she said, she is doing it for no charge. (Does that mean she wasnt going to do a proper job?!) I filed them myself when i came home. Horrible place!! Went in today to get a pedicure and walked out without my toenails NOT painted AND my heel bleeding!!!! The jerk (guy) who did my pedicure cut me on my heel in four different places. He wasn't even paying attention! Cut me four times!!!! I had to tell him to stop and don't touch me anymore! Then they had the nerve to try and put some stuff on my heel that burned like fire! And they charged me the $20 for the pedicure even though they knew it was never completed and I was hurt in the process. Do not go here do not support them do not give them your money.
