Not a fan. Rather make the drive to the dr. Phillips location. Receptionist is not welcoming or nice. Went as a walk in (but was not available for a massage until 3 hours later) and another day with an appointment, same experience....meh environment. However, massage and pedicure were decent. One of my favorite go to locations for a nice pedicure. They always start off with a nice shoulder/back rub and then a nice foot rub before they even start your pedicure.  Location is always very clean and staff is always nice. The dim lighting/music really helps you escape after a stressful day. Would definitely recommend this spot if you are in the area. Read Less

I don't typically post reviews. But had THE BEST pedicure with Margaret at MC Spa on Maguire. This is my favorite pedicure venue and I have never had a bad one here. But the Pedi-Flex with Margaret was so relaxing I had to share. She massaged my back and then really focused on my scalp and neck. Then she spent a lot of time on my lower legs and feet. I run so this was pure bliss. She gently scrubbed my callouses. She left me to relax while my nails dried and even rubbed some lotion on my legs before I left. I know everyone has an opinion but this was truly the best, most relaxing pedicure I've ever had. Read Less

Best place for a mani and pedi day. My favorite place to go for pedicures. They provide an amazing back massage before your pedicure and it is mich for someone who is always on their feet. I highly recommend coming here for some much needed R&R. Read Less

I have been here many times before and loved my experiences! However, yesterday I went in for a pedicure and manicure...I was very pleased with the pedicure but once she walked me over to the manicure station she seemed like she was just trying to get me done and out. My nails were trimmed very sloppy and uneven and the polish did not have enough coats and looks very unprofessional and then she put that gross oil on them that makes them look permanently dirty and not shiny. Once I got to my car and looked at my nails I was very upset that I paid for such a disappointing manicure. I could have done my nails better for free! Read Less

A spa treatment should be enjoyable from the moment you book it, until the point you walk out. While I have had great experiences at MC Spa in the past, my latest experience was less than stellar. Spending money doesn't come easily, and less when the experience isn't up to par. I called the previous day to ensure my friend and I had a slot set aside for a relaxing pedicure with accompanying massage. The phone experience began with me sitting on the counter listening to the receptionist checking people out, or ordering employees what they were doing next. When she picked the phone up to get my appt, and I ended up screaming into the phone because she claimed she couldn't hear me. I probably should have hung up at this point. I got there right around the appt time, and checked it. Very unfriendly, and wasn't even offered the menu of types of pedicures. They have a handful, ranging from basic to additional foot treatments and varying massages. Ok, so basic it was. Probably didnt need to spend the additional money anyway. As I was waiting for my friend, I was having a difficult time looking for a color, and wasn't finding what I was looking for. I had one in hand, but it wasnt what I was looking for. It didnt matter, I was shuttled into the spa room, no other options available once I was there. Ready to have some kinks worked out in the relaxing pre-pedi massage, but this time the chair massage was minimal, at best. My friend was escorted to the front for a mani after our pedis, and my person left me to relax. That was great, but no one got my still wet toes into my sandals, nor did anyone come to get me. My friend texted me when she was done, so I saddled up my feet as best I could. I paid in cash, and had to request a receipt. All the while this receptionist, which I believe is the manager/owner, was unfriendly and cold. I will think twice about returning. I have better experiences to spend my hard-earned money on. The customer is NOT always right! My mother and I witnessed an adult tantrum by Sue S. so please take her a grain of salt. She was unreasonable and the front desk person and manager was doing everything they could to make her happy. She was yelling and cursing. They never once was disrespectful or unwilling to rectify the situation. It also doesn't sound right that a company would hang up on a customer. Maybe the call dropped because of her service provider. She never gave them a chance. It was also looking like she wanted a free massage. I've never had a problem with this place. Read Less

MCSpa is the best nail salon and massage service in the Orlando area. The extensive massaging during pedicures is relaxing and thoroughly pampering. The tension and deep tissue massages last the ENTIRE hour and the massage therapists are very professional and understanding of your needs! The front desk staff are friendly, informative and very professional. My daughter and I have been going to MCSpa for a few years and we are always welcomed and remembered! MC spa has given me some really great experiences and some not so great experiences. I feel it is hit or miss with costumer service and the technical ability. However it is incredibly clean and pretty good pricing. I have to say, when I've had challenges with the way my nails have looked, the manager has had no problem comping the service and fixing them. MC Spa is always an enjoyable experience, no matter what spa experience I choose. Lately I've been getting the SNS "Gel dip" manicure. It's a gel powder where your nails are painted with a liquid and dipped into the powder. Sounds weird but the color lasts 2 full weeks, even longer than gel!
