I came in Thursday July 28 to make an appointment with Kim or Lana as advised by a girlfriend of mine. I specifically asked to be served by Kim or Lana. I ended up making an appointment with Lana. I came back earlier than the appointed time & was then served by a random Chinese lady while Lana walked around delegating. This lady started my pedicure and long story short....did the most terrible job I've ever had done. She half assed the entire thing and did not soak properly or use the pumice stone to scrub the calluses off of my feet. She even tried to skip my entire left foot claiming it was because I was ticklish.
Kim took care of my nails and did a decent job after I told her I didn't like how she shaped them the first time. After I paid I told Kim the tip was for her & not the other lady, she asked why and I told her that she didn't even scrub my feet. Lana came over and asked and I told her & she did nothing to make sure I was satisfied or offer to return my money or offer for me to return and have it done properly.
Bottom line, this is the worst nail place I've ever been to with the worst prices.
UNPROFESSIONAL & LAZY NAIL TECHNICIANS. This is not their craft. They do it because they don't know anything else.
LANA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANY GUESTS. THEY DIDN'T EVEN USE ANY SOAKING PRODUCTS FOR FEET...JUST HOT WATER. I SHOULD'VE LEFT IMMEDIATELY.
The one star is because Kim at least acted like she cared and made sure I was satisfied.
This place needs to be out of business soon. Overpriced with terrible service.

My wife went to this nail salon today and had a horrible experience. Her nails were done by a gentleman there and they look like a child painted them. She also said he was rude and impatient. She had been there many times before, but won't be returning. The prices are not worth the quality. She will find another nail salon.

Since I was right next door at Sally's & needed a pedi, I thought I'd give this place a try. My nail tech who had sholder length hair & wore glasses was extremely gentle & thorough. I experienced no discomfort & she removed all my extra skin. Nails are shaped & polished nicely also. I will definitely be back!

I won't be going back. I asked for a gel manicure and only got a gel paint. She put lotion in the palm of my hand and had me rub it in myself... And the final product was gloopy and uneven.

I was in need of a pedi desperately but I don't live on this side of town. Yelp help end me find Lana's and I am so happy with the service I received I definitely would return if I find myself on the west side again. The facility is clean and the tools my tech used were sterilized (wrapped in autoclave sleeve). The product they use is high quality compared to other nail salons I've visited. Great find and thanks Yelp!!

I was traveling down Colonial and wanted to get my nails done. I saw Lana's Nails and dropped by. There were a couple of customers inside getting their feet done, but no one was getting their nails done. I sat down and decided on the white tip nails since they were nicer. She seemed to take her time, and my nails came out beautiful! Before leaving I asked her name and she was Lana! I absolutely love my nails. They are super super nice! I may need to make a trip back out to this location to get a fill. Love!

She didn't speak she just said we are all booked up... I asked if she had anything for later.. She stated ya come back at 6... Now it's a Monday and maybe 2 senior citizens are socking their feet... No one else in the shop... I'm starting to feel its color of my skin.... Smh

I've been coming to this nail salon on/ off since 2003. Back then the interior was cluttered and a little too bright. Now that they've renovated, it looks a lot better. Nice dim lighting, comfortable massage chairs, and a more open, tidy looking salon. Over the past few months, I've had only a handful few pedicures. For the most part, they were quite enjoyable. I actually had my Achilles area massaged- no one does that anymore?! Recently, I had a manicure. That wasn't so enjoyable. There was a MAJOR language barrier- having to explain over and over that wish for my nails to be cut down with only a little nail left was truly annoying!! Also it's no fun when the technician cuts a cuticle. However, my nails turned out prettier than I expected.

The correct address is 10580 West Colonial Drive.I discovered this little shop while shopping at the Sally Beauty Supply next door. I have since had a couple mani-pedi sessions here. The have the deluxe massage chairs with foot basins that will have you reclined blissfully while your hooves are meticulously cared for.There are is home to a couple nail salon/spas and this one is among the nicest ones should you be looking for an alternative. Walk-in business is welcome and there is usually a technician available. This plaza is set back from the road and trees that have grown to obscure the storefront aren't doing any favors for drive by or walk up business. Their neighbors in this plaza are the Mattress Factory, Game Stop, Sally Beauty Supply, and Radio Shack. The smaller plaza is part of the grander Super Walmart plaza.

I came in Thursday July 28 to make an appointment with Kim or Lana as advised by a girlfriend of mine. I specifically asked to be served by Kim or Lana. I ended up making an appointment with Lana. I came back earlier than the appointed time & was then served by a random Chinese lady while Lana walked around delegating. Since I was right next door at Sally's & needed a pedi, I thought I'd give this place a try. My nail tech who had sholder length hair & wore glasses was extremely gentle & thorough. Yelp help end me find Lana's and I am so happy with the service I received I definitely would return if I find myself on the west side again. I was traveling down Colonial and wanted to get my nails done. I saw Lana's Nails and dropped by. There were a couple of customers inside getting their feet done, but no one was getting their nails done. I sat down and decided on the white tip nails since they were nicer. She seemed to take her time, and my nails came out beautiful! Before leaving I asked her name and she was Lana! I absolutely love my nails. They are super super nice! I may need to make a trip back out to this location to get a fill. Love!
