Don't ask for Coco! She rushed through the whole job. Granted it is Valentines Day, there were a lot of people on staff and no one waiting in the lobby. Maybe she had an appointment? I bought for the first time the massage pedicure 40$ plus 5$ for callus removal. The massage Coco gave me was the same as a regular pedicure, nothing special.. maybe she used an oil or something but the worst foot massage due to the length and effort. Next time I will just get the standard. My manicure was awful. As a bartender (person who also works for tips) I constantly have my hands in water everyday and get manicures mainly to remove the dead skin around my cuticles and nail beds. Coco did a very poor job on one hand and then even worse on the other. I had to ask to do a better job on the right hand when I really wanted them both done over. Who wants to pay for a manicure and leave looking crusty? I usually dry my nails in the gel dryer twice at times but she only wanted my hands in there once! I had to ask to get a third coat not bc the color wasn't dark enough but bc the color wasn't spread evenly!!! Ughh, I just don't understand? I wish she would've taken more pride herself to make my nails look nice. I left with Coco taking my payment at the front which was $70 for a mani/pedi. I think this is a very good price and I usually tip 20$ on this but I only left 10$. Coco spoke excellent English yet made absolutely no conversation with me about anything and it was an easy day to say anything! It's a holiday! SHE DID NOT EVEN SAY GOODBYE, THANK YOU FOR COMING, HAVE A NICE DAY, NOTHING! I signed the slip said thank you and she took the slip and turned her back. She did however talk to multiple coworkers as we were walking to the register. I guess all he other manicurists at Creative have done such a great job on me that my standards were higher. When I walked to my car, in the natural light, I noticed nail paint all over my skin on my hands and my feet. Most likely bc Coco did not clean my hands properly. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a pedicure so I expected a wait. What I appreciate is that they said it would about 15 minutes and it was exactly that. There is a nail salon on every corner and their competitor at the other end of the strip gets you into a chair quickly but then you could be waiting for 30-45 minutes for actual service. When I called they told me they could seat me right away if I came within minutes, which wasn't an issues since I was turning into the parking lot.  I asked how much it'd be for a fill for acrylic with gel on top and they said $35, after I got there they had me sit for about 10-15 minutes and I finally got seated. When the guy looked at my nails he asked if I wanted the same thing, I said yes, because the last person who did my nails(though at a different salon), did ombré for $30. I figured it shouldn't be much more. I didn't even ask for anything more. He asked if it was my first time there and I said yes. I did have one nail broken. When I got up to the counter to pay, the girl quoted me$46.. he apparently charged me for $38 for the ombré, $5 for my broken nail and additional for the coffin shape. This wasn't a brand new full set. All my nails are my own, except the finger that broke, and to think the charged me $46 for something I had done elsewhere for much less, and at several other locations for cheaper disturbs me. They didn't do a bad job but if you charge that much for nails, you better make sure it's flawless. Outside of feeling ripped off I guess the nails aren't horrible but this is what I get for going to a different place. The funny thing is I had just walked out of another place right before this just because I thought I could've gotten a better job else where and they were only charging $33. This is a lesson learned. Was very excited to try out this place as it had a higher rating than many other nail salons. Myself and 3 friends made reservations that morning and arrived 15 minutes early. After waiting a good while only 3 of the 4 were able to be taken back for pedicures. I volunteered to wait hoping I would start a few minutes after my friends, 45 minutes later I still was waiting on my pedicure. My friends were almost done and I declined to have my pedicure. First off, made an appointment head of time for 4 girls, even said "we don't all four have to sit together." We showed up about 15 minutes before our appointment but still didn't get seated until 25 minutes after our appointment time. Oh, and by 12:45, 45 minutes after our appointment time, they hadn't even gotten started on one of the girls. She ended up just skipping out so that we didn't miss our lunch reservations. I enjoyed my experience at this salon. The environment is great (music, friendly staff,  clean). My tech, Chris, took his time to complete my fill in and even reshaped a nail that was placed on crookedly by another salon. I loved the polish and the care he took in applying.  My only complaint is that after I left, at least 1 tiny bubble appeared on each nail. Been going to creative nails for 3 years now. I love just about everyone inside, they all do a great job. Take there time. Pedicures are longer than average. I get SNS on nails and always last me at-least 3 weeks or longer. If your looking for a new spot, check this out. They play great music and very relaxing atmosphere! Reasonable pricing. I don't get it. I must have gotten the wrong person, she was very aggressive and I couldn't understand what she was saying. This place has high reviews but I did not have the experience they must have had. Basically I just paid to have my legs washed and my polished changed, it was 21 mins from start to finish, 5 mins of trying to force my flip flops on while my feet are still sticky from lotion rather than trying to wipe it off first bc that would be too difficult . If you want anything more than that you have to pay for another level up pedicure. The place I normally go is 20 miles one way from my house, I was hoping to find something closer. This was my first time here, found the business on Yelp based on great reviews. I usually get a gel polish manicure because the last two times I tried SNS I wasn't very impressed (done at another salon), it was either too thick or too thin which caused it to chip. Gel polish manicures usually don't last past a week with me either-I work in healthcare and constantly have to wash my hands. This time I thought I'd try the SNS with Lucy! I've been going to this nail salon for a while now and I never leave disappointed. I've gotten my nails done by basically everyone in the salon at one point in time and everyone does such a great job. Aria, Diana, Win, and Mia are my favorites. The staff that works here will actually talk to you and get to know you which is so welcoming. This salon can be very busy during mid-day especially leading up to the weekend. If you're trying to get in Friday-Sunday you should make an appointment. They offer a huge selection on SNS nail colors that last for about 2-3weeks. Let me start off by saying, I love this salon because it's super cozy, has dim lighting, good music, free wifi (password: pinkandwhite), and the interior is very relaxing. The environment of a salon is a huge factor for me when picking out a place to spend my pay check! I want to feel comfortable and relaxed. I am so happy with my manicure by Sean! I asked for a "SNS manicure with tips." They don't charge extra for tips, which I was excited about. Most places charge $5 more for tip add ons. Sean was super accommodating and listened to exactly what I wanted. I like getting tips (the fake nails) because I bite my nails and I hate my natural shape. Although I like tips, I always want them to be very short and natural looking. A lot of the time technicians will try to talk you out of it or comment on you asking them to keep filing because it's "too short," but he did everything I asked without question. He spoke excellent English and explained exactly what SNS was (organic natural gel filled with vitamins for your nails) (100x better for you then normal gel and only $5 more!!) I have been to this nail salon twice now and I have nothing but good things to say about it! I get a regular pedicure and gel manicure and both are great quality and last long. The employees are very nice and accommodating. Both times I've been, I was in a rush and had limited time. Both times they were very understanding and got me in and out in time! Was more impressed with the decor and choices of gel colors than the demon that did my nails. It's too bad (for me and her) I can't remember her name. She burned me several times with that damn drill- to the point I took my hand from her and demanded she use an emery board. I have since then removed my bear claws (what part of I need them to look as natural as possible could she not possibly get thru her thick skull)- I have never had such issues with my nails. Great experience!!! We came in with no appointment and they saw us right away. We got the message pedicure and powder gel manicure. My nails haven't looked this good in a long time, I'm so pleased with how they came out. The nail tech who was helping me was very friendly and made the experience even nicer. It was definitely not a great experience. I received a pedicure and manicure. The technician was pleasant; however, she was rushing and smeared my toes and nails several times during the painting process. While I was receiving my manicure, she didn't know how to shape my nails. I had to take the filer and so it myself. Also, I guess they do not use cuticle oil for manicures. She insisted that they only use that for other nail services ( i.e., acrylic, gel). Cuticles were not done properly. She didn't tell me to wash my hands after filing and buffing to remove the residue. Afterwards she applied the nail polish. My cuticles looked awful. I advise get to remove the nail polish since she kept on smearing my nails with her hands. They ended up charging me for a portion of the manicure, which I thought was poor service. What really surprised me was that they were aware this was my first time at their salon. They obviously did not care about keeping me as as a client. I honestly recommend Wilshire nails in Metrowest. You have to make an appointment but it's well worth it. Their perfectionist when it comes to nail art and service. Read Less

I walked in at 645. They said they were closed. But still had the open sign lit. So im wasting time in the area it's is now 30'minutes later and it is still lit. If your closed you should turn off your light and who closes at 7 in the south and in a vacation town. Very disappointed in the walk in experience. They asked from the get go how can I help you. If you are looking for artistic work , this place is it. I have had people that can paint ( not airbrush) but OMG they can do the stuff you see in the nail magazines. And I loved the fact that they had conversation with each other and spoke only English, like some salons that spoke there native tongue around others that didn't understand which in my opinion that is very , very rude in any language.
