WORST NAIL SALON EVER, their costumer service is trash,THEY HAVE ROACHES, they only have like 3 workers that are actually working the rest are just sitting around useless. They are always polite and greet everyone who walks through the door as they are very welcoming. It's hard to find a good nail tech but I must say Haley made a very great impression my first visit about 2/3 years ago and I've been going there since. Decent nail service, but the technician's family is always running around; small children, husbands, etc. Infants scream from the waxing rooms because they're playing in them, and employees are snapping pictures and videos and playing with the kids and eating left and right. It's unprofessional.Toys and plastic cups are left everywhere. I'm not usually a stickler for stuff like this, but it really seems more like they treat the business like their house instead of their workplace. It makes me uncomfortable because I almost feel like I'm intruding on their privacy...in their house and all.Prices are a little higher than similar little local salons. The vibe under the fluorescent lights and screaming kids isn't all that great. If you want a simple but peaceful and pleasant salon experience, go to Today's in the Publix plaza across the street. This was by far the worst nail salon I've been to. The service rendered was very subpar. I came in requesting a Polish change on my toes and a gel Polish on my hands. How can you mess up something so simple? My toes looked like my 9 year old niece painted them. The gel Polish was horrible and was bubbling up and peeling before I could leave the salon. My best friend also requested a manicure with gel Polish... I don't know what they were doing wrong but every time she put her nail under the light it began to bubble up. They literally had to redo her nails several time and still did not get it right. After being the for over an hour were tired and ready to leave, we paid and the nail insisted we come back so they could fix her nails. I will never go back here. I hate wasting my money on bad work. This place doesn't even deserve a star review!! This place is by far the Worst nails salon I have EVER been to. They are rude and unprofessional. The lady that did my nails was clearly in a hurry, she had clearly messed up my nails and made them crooked, when I asked her to fix them she refused. Great service. I went to get a full set and got attended quickly. (It was pretty empty on a saturday around lunch time.) the girl who did my nails did a great job.. I barely felt her touch! When i asked for an extra she quickly let me know it would be extra (which i greatly appreciate because i hate getting hit with surprises at the end) great job. Now my sister went and got her eyebrow done the same day and asked for them not to be too thin, and got them thin and lopsided. But nail wise.. GREAT JOB Read Less

I have been going to nails ect from it opened. The girls are very friendly and will do what ever they can to accommodate clients. Even texting to remind older clients about their appointments. Not everywhere would look after clients the way they do. Read Less

Yes I'm a guy, yes I am straight, and YES I am a huge fan of a good mani-pedi. So sue me, I'm still retaining my macho card.I tripped over this location while dining at my favorite Cuban restaurant next door and I said to myself, "Hey self, what the hell, its man-pedi time". This place is clean, the employees are friendly and the price was right. I was serviced by an Asian lady who identified herself as "Susan" but I'm calling shenanigans on that legal name.Surprisingly the place was busy and this tells me they always provide quality service. I was very happy with the work done on my hooves and claws so if you are an Ocoee resident don't be afraid to give this little shop a try.Seeking a surprise for dear old ma? Candy Nails is close to my home but unfortunately there are a could of young girls working who have very bad attitudes. I have continued to go there because of the convenient location but today is the last time I will go. I wanted to buy a bottle of the nail color that I was having applied to my toes and instead of the girl giving me a brand new bottle, she snuck behind the counter, added some polish remover to the old bottle and gave it to me. Stupidly, I purchased it, because I didnt want to cause a scene, but that dishonesty, paired with the rude demeanor of the girls in the salon, will keep me away.
