Tried this place for the first time today after reading all the reviews.... I will not be going back. The good, they saw me quickly and the lady doing my nails was gentle. The bad, she did not cut them down as I asked, one hand has a matte finish, one has a shiny finish. My nails were also sticky when I left, I did the gel polish as I have been doing for years. The gel is also thicker towards the tops of my nails making the shape look odd. I’m very disappointed and am now stuck with this for a few weeks until I change it. The other day I went to get my eyebrows waxed. An employee named Lily did them for me. During the waxing she was extremely rough on my skin and face but I didn’t d say anything thinking it’s not that big of a deal. Once I got into my car and saw my eyebrows in natural lighting, I saw that the right one was slightly higher than the left one. I went back into the salon and showed the manager and asked nicely if there is a way to fix it. The employee named Lily got in my face screaming and yelling at me saying I knew it was going to be like this. ( she never said anything to me about it) She continue to keep screaming at me and now has her finger in my face acting like she was going to put her hands on me. I told the workers to get her out of my face and do something about her! I have never seen anything like this before and I was scared! I HAVE been coming to this salon over 2 years! I don’t even live in the area, I have always come out of my way to get my nails done etc.. Maybe things would have ended up better if the manager handled things correctly. My new go to place. I just had my nails done there today, 2nd visit & Ann is consistently wonderful. Ann does an amazing job with pedicures too. I'm a busy mom, wife & hairstylists...so I know how important time & quality work is. Ann is quick but delivers fantastic work. The manager is very friendly & accommodating. I have been coming to Aladdin for close to a year now . Everyone is very nice and professional, but I have found myself attached to Ann . She not only makes me feel very welcome but also relaxed. After weeks of treating myself to gel polish my nails grew into beautiful long nails. They were perfect for my brothers wedding!  I came in to remove my French manicure( that was done in Texas) and get a natural gel color.  I picked out of there samples but was told no bc it wasn't the correct gel!  I walked out with short thick painted nails! I told her no to short nails she shrugged her shoulders! At that point I guess I had to cut them all off! The gel heater kept burning me she said keep hand in! When asked if I liked I said no that they were thick and there was bubbles she proceeded to the register! My time and $28 lost!  I won't return. Read Less

Brilliant!!!! I have had the same acyrilics for over, 9 months I had to have them removed tonight due to a hospital admission next week... Because of the professional care I have had over the last 9 months my own nails were in a fantastic condition (I've bit my nails all my life) I have now lovely conditioned nails and once out of hospital I will be straight back for tips and a brilliant gel polish... Today I was booked in for a soak off and a new set of acrylics. As usual the service I received was excellent. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment but was seated immediately. Within 60 minutes my old acrylics had been removed, a new set of gorgeous white tips had been applied and my nails had been finished with 2 coats of top coat. The service I receive from the team at Hollywood Nails is fantastic. I have had acrylic nail extensions for over 20 years. Since moving to Northern Ireland, I have been a regular client at Hollywood Nails for over 5 years. Thanks to the excellent service and standard of work I would not consider going anywhere else. This was only my second time there and i thought i had been charged wrong as i was charged £35 for infills and a repair. A full set cost me £32 the week before so i thought it may have been wrong so i looked at the prices on the fb page and it didnt add up so i rang up to ask only to get blunt cheekiness down the phone. Yep, No answers and cut me off and told me like it was as if this person had a problem. Horrendous experience. Felt like I was on a conveyor belt. Little if not no conversation out of the girls and one even filed my nails while looking out of the window the whole time?. The girls clearly knew their stuff and my nails are lovely however I was looking forward to trying here all week and left completely disappointed. Will never be back.Read Less

Horrible experience here. I came in for a gel mani/ pedi. The place was dirty and the staff did not care about the comfort of their customers. The water in the pedicure bath was so hot that I burned my foot so badly I left with blisters. The pedicure turned out okay though. The gel manicure was the worst part. They filed my nails unevenly and made them all different lengths and shapes. My cuticles bled in 3 different places. They did not take care to wipe the excess gel polish off of my finger tips so I was in excruciating pain while drying my nails in the UV lamp. The polish is not evenly applied and the edges are jagged. The whole service was so slow I was there for 2 hours. There are so many other quality nail salons on this road there is no reason to ever bring your business here. Read Less

The staff is always very friendly and welcoming at A Nail Care. They accept walk ins, but I usually call first to see how busy they are. Sometimes on busier days (Saturdays and Sundays) I've had to wait 30 minutes or come back later. I've had all kinds of different services done here: shellac/gel manicures, regular manicures, pedicures, waxing... But I always come back for the pedicures. They have a list of at least 4 different pedicures to choose from, all with different price points. My favorite is the River Rock. This pedicure lasts about 50 minutes and includes a hot stone foot and leg message. Read Less

I'm only giving this business 1 star because you can't give it anything lower. I will never go here again. Over priced and nail technician took a 40% tip for herself when I asked to use cash and a card as payment. The pedicure itself was extremely mediocre and the polish had visible bubbles and was not completely painted. Terrible custom service and very rude. Don't go here. Read Less

Overall I had a good experience, especially considering that the price was only $30 for a manicure and pedicure. I tripped and fell on this spa after calling around to several other places to check and compare prices. I was on my way to another shop and noticed this one. We were greeted and seated in the massage chair right away.  There was no wait. The folks were friendly and the foot scrub felt great. I don't get this done often so I didn't really know what to look out for.  After all was done and I got home, I realized that they didn't do that good of a job. Some of my nails were left with sharp edges and I still had some dry areas on my feet.  I would still recommend the shop but I suggest inspecting the work before you go and making them fix anything you're not completely satisfied with.
