I have never gotten such terrible service! I have gotten my nails done a lot in the past, and never this unhappy. Three of us went in, showed pictures of what we wanted and once the acrylics were one, they informed us they couldnt do what we wanted. We each paid $30 a piece. Will NEVER go back here, EVER. Got my first full set from them last week. Mike did them and was not only entertaining and friendly but thorough. They still look great and I will definitely be going back. $40 for a full set with 2 rhinestones and lots of glittery gel over my acrylic. I will gladly pay that to have quality nails. Read Less

My nails look awful. None of them are the same size. The sides of every nail have spots that weren't even painted. Almost every nail has a side that is way thicker, plus it looked like I needed a fill before I even walked out of the place. And I thought I was getting a full set for $20 as advertised, which is what was stated when the appointment was set up, but it wasn't until after the guy was almost finished that he said he only does gel which is an extra $15! I stopped by Saturday night for a relaxing treat. It was everything but relaxing. I wanted a mani and pedi and I was seated in a pedi chair with lukewarm water. The two women working were both doing pedis at the time. One woman told me after she was through with the mani she would help me. So I settled in watching law and order. After a half hour goes by, I start to sweat profusely. I asked if they could turn down the air and they said the air was broken. The other woman doing the pedi kept telling me don't worry the other lady is almost finished. Mind you she was doing the most meticulous pedi for the other woman. Going super slow so she wouldn't have to help me if she was finished first. Finally, AND HOUR AND A HALF LATER, they both start to work on me. Just a reminder, it's 82 degrees inside and 85 outside. Profusely sweating is not an accurate description. My legs and my face. It was not fun or relaxing to say the least. They finished by 8 and that means they spent a whopping 30 minutes on my services. When I asked for a wax I was told I have nothing to wax and then when she waxed she said "wow you were right!" Nothing about this visit was relaxing or worth the money I was charged. They over charge. When they mess up your nails they recharge you. They also charge $10 for gel top coat when you can get it for $5 anywhere else. They also use cheap product so your nails fall apart. The best place I've been is nail on on 27 next to win Dixie. They do a great job and do anything to keep you happy. There's a reason why I stopped going here years ago. I see nothing's changed. Save your money because you'll just have to pay more to get them fixed. Worse nail shop ever. Decided to give 2 stars since they were so nice and really cheap but as far as nails go, pretty damn bad. Brought my aunt in, she got a manicure and it was good for her. I opted for a full set, specifically telling the technician that I like them very thin. Long story short, I ended up leaving without polish on because there was so much work to be done on my nails after the apt. The full set was so thick I looked like a 15 yr old with DIY nails. Also the acrylic and glue was stuck to all of my cuticles and hanging overy nail bed.I have been filing and trying to fix for 2 days and finally just soaked off and made an apt at a much better place. What I also witnessed was taking walk ins over apts. Two women with apts were made to wait (one for 15mins the other for close to 25) while technicians were assisting other customers. Read Less
