First of all idI like to say i never leave reviews, don't know why i just don't so when i do you know i had a perfect experience! We had Omar and When me and my mom arrived there he was as friendly as can be, great vibe and laid back, nothing less than you'd expect! The whole place is amazing, and has this feel good vibe to it, everyone is as friendly as can be! On that note i went there to get my hair just cut and styled and got so much more than that, Omar really took the time to make sure every inch of my hair was perfect, all around i felt like a superstar! My mom had a lot of work, she had a plan in mind not knowing much about it and Omar gave his professional opinion and out came life changing results, she had thick knappy like hair and when she was done she had hair like a celebrity! I called salon Wow for a consultation and they told me to come in.  I asked the owner how long the hair dresser has been at the salon and she said "so many year I do not remember.  In all fairness she has had other shop, so maybe he worked for her before.  I came in and I was waiting for the hair dresser, they offered coffee, though it was nice but nothing special.  I started to wonder in the small salon, because I like to observe  hairdressers and how they work.  Every time I got up she asked where I was going, first it was to the bathroom then to get sugar for my coffee.  I was asked to sit down several times, it made me feel like grade school.  Most shops are vibrant and lots is going on, not so with this shop.  I then had my consultation  and the hairdresser told me he had only worked there  a few months.  I got the consultation which I gave it 2 stars because I felt the hairdresser tried very hard.  Then I was given the price.  For a color cut and highlights it was $180.00.  I have very short hair and most salons in other places I live go by the length of your hair.  I walked out of there and said I know how they came up with the name, because they give you the price and you say wow.  Now I can understand the price if my hair had been long.  They have a lot to learn about running a exclusive salon. I have lived in big cities and have gone to the best.  But you get special treatment and WOW lacked that wow factor! Read Less

Sara Sosa has been cutting, styling my hair and making me feel special and beautiful for over 30 years. She has also styled my three daughters' and my son's hair. I went there yesterday, April 6, and it was the best experience I have ever had at a hair salon. I wear my hair very short and have been to many different places and they just don't meet my expectations. Not everyone knows how to cut and style short hair. MISSY cut & styled my hair and it is just magnificent! Missy also waxed and shaped my eyebrows. Missy is not only very knowledgeable, but she is so sweet and a beautiful person inside and out. She took her time and explained... everything to me from my hair to my eyebrows to my eyelashes! I met the owner, Sara and she is the leader of the pack there! Jerome is excellent!!!! He did my fiances hair today and it turned out great. He is very informative and knows exactly what hes doing. Would highly recommend to go to him if you are looking for someone who is very experienced, and takes the time to find out what it is you are wanting to accomplish.
