I just want to say that I am certain this was meant to be! Last weekend I went to a different salon to get ombré which the guy was really old and shaky so it turned out horrible I asked him to do something else because it was so bad so he put glitter on it, which still looked lumpy and kinda like a 5 year old did it, so he tried a color!!! 3 times and it was still so bad that I just went home cried and soaked them off in acetone. So I turned to google reviews and found this salon Nails and beyond and there were several good reviews so I took a leap of faith and went I told the guy (Richard) I couldn't decide if I wanted pink and white or just pink so he suggested ombré and I was like omg I just went through a horrible experience with that and he proceeded with trust me I can do it really good if you don't like it you don't pay! So I said ok then let's do it.. I have never in my life of nails had someone perform such perfect precision and effort I'm still amazed with how beautiful they turned out! I returned for a second time due to amazing service. This time not so much. The first time there was for a fill in, one nail replacement and a trim. I was charged $26 and left a $5 tip. I returned a week later for a fill in expecting it to be $15. This guy insisted that it was gel powder that was applied last time and charged $25 for a fill in. I then told him that this is $10 more than expected and he told me that if I wanted cheap to go to Walmart. Then he proceeded to tell me that using two different materials on the nail will turn it yellow. Well let me tell you my nails better not turn yellow. I have been here many times before and have enjoyed it. Today however I brought a picture with a design that was not complicated and was told they could do it. After my toes were painted and the design needed to be added I was told they couldn't do the design (which tied the theme of my toes together). They told me what the could do which didn't tie my theme together and the colors didn't match the rest of my toes. My mother and I both left with paint all over our feet. I won't be coming back. A little bit of honesty prior to painting my toes would have been appreciated. I certainly would have picked something else had I known my request wasn't achievable.Read Less

The workers are snide people.   Snarky, underhanded comments are not unnoticed by your customers just Bc you think we might misconstrue them as language barrier issues.  Not ok. Also--- condescending tones toward people is not good business practice.  I'm new to the area-- and I will do my own nails before I come here again. Thanks. No thanks. My daughter and daughter in law and I went in to get 3 pedis , that was ok but then the trouble started ,   My daughter and daughter in law also got their nails done and it was horrible , they didn't do what they wanted and started almost yelling at them , then to make it worse they were cutting down the other salon we usually go to because they asked where do you normally get your nails done? And innocently they told them what a mistake I will never go back they are all rude over priced and were mean and rude to my two girls and that doesn't fly with me !!! Nails and Beyond butchered my nails!  I went in to have my old nails taken off and white tips put on. The older man who did the work I had never even seen before. He was VERY slow. I told him I wanted my nails medium short and rounded. He started in and had some nails look ok, some were more pointy than round, and some were just lopsided. I pointed out to him how he had made me bleed on one spot and his answer was no. I pointed out several times my problems with the nails and he just was not getting it right. Finally he said I was not paying so he was cutting them down (I thought perhaps to start over since I was so unhappy with them). Instead he cut them down completely and was done with me. One of my nails was so short he cut off all of my own nail underneath on one side and I discovered I was bleeding on another nail. According to the people there the owner won't be back until Nov 7th, and I am at fault and I wanted them this way. No one wants their nails that way 2 days before their wedding!
