Horrible! My nails looked better before I walked in. I have bubbles in my polish and a hair. And I have 4 bleeding cuticles. I even told the technician that it was hurting but she continued and then didn’t put on the cuticle repair liquid. Rather, she continued to spray it with acetone! Are you kidding me?! Never again! HORRIBLE. The elderly guy that did them has no idea what he was doing and was too shaky to be doing nails. I should've stopped him. Absolutely wrecked my nails. Look like a 2 year old did them they are jagged with paint everywhere. I've been getting acrylics for ten years and been to dozens of nail salons and this was the worst my nails have ever been. I've given this salon 3 chances over the last year, and last night was it for me. My first experience was awesome, which is why I went back. My second experience was mediocre, and my visit last night was one of the worst I've ever had at a nail salon. I am a nail technician myself so I understand the process with acrylic nails. I went in for a fill last night and the man I got was beyond unprofessional. He shaped the edges of my nails a little bit, but did not shorten them at all as I had asked, even when I asked again. He did not file the old acrylic down with the e-file hardly at all, and because of this my nails are already cracking and lifting a day later. He also left a very significant amount of acrylic on my cuticles, and when I asked him to smooth it out so that I wouldn't have a giant ridge in a week when they are growing out, he said 'no I'll just paint over it and it'll be fine'. And he fought me on the matter until I told him he needed to smooth it out and he was angry with me for it. He also did not buff the nails before polishing so I can see every line on the acrylic through the polish, which I had to go home and change the polish myself because he did a very sloppy, uneven job and left polish all over my skin. I also reshaped them myself at home because they were extremely uneven. This man tried to charge me almost $5 more than my last visit because my 'nails are really long and big' as he said. I was not charged extra in my precious visit for length, and I even got rhinestones put on my nails in my last visit and it was STILL cheaper than what they tried to charge me last night. The entire appointment felt rushed and I felt that the man who did my fill was just doing the bare minimum to get me in and out as quick as possible. Do not go here if you want quality work done. Do not patronize this establishment! My aunt and I came in for a polish change on our fingernails and I brought in my own bottle of polish, a new OPI color, which was used on both of us. I was told the charge would be eight dollars a piece for the polish change and this price was posted on their menu board. When I was presented with the check it was now $10 apiece. When I questioned the up charge I was told it was because we only received one service. No where on that menu was this disclosed, nor was I advised this in advance of the service. BAD BUSINESS!!! The place looks nice on the inside but don't let it fool you...the staff is unfriendly, the shape of the acrylic set I had put on was mediocre and so was the gel nail polish. The first nail of my full set came off after only ONE week of having the nails on. The regular pedicure costs $25 and there is nothing special about it, in fact I've paid less and got more elsewhere. This nail salon up-charges and you can get a better full set of nails and pedicure for less right here in Ocala. I did not have a positive experience here and will never return. Read Less

Horrible customer service. Tina is extremely rude, had a 5 pm appointment, which I had made early morning. When I walked in she didn't even remember I had an appointment and began speaking in her native language, laughing and ridiculing me in front of the other customers. I am a regular customer here because of the quality of their work ... but yesterday was the first time I witnessed some sort of racial issue. Which quite frankly, I really don't understand. The owner or whom ever this man may be in relation to the business was speaking to another client informing her that the Hispanic workers are no longer allowed to speak Spanish in the work place ... Even to their clients. It's okay for them to speak in their native language(Asian decent) but not it's not okay for the Hispanic workers to do the same? Tom, or "Tommy Bahama", gave me a fill with gel polish. I usually go to All Nail Spa, and I will never let anyone else touch my nails after seeing what Tom can do. He has given me the best shape and clean look I have ever had, I did not think it was possible to find such quality in a salon in this area. The spa itself is CLEAN, everything shines.
