So let me start by saying this is the worst place EVER... so I originally got my nails done ask for tips with pink and white. As I am walking out of the place, I noticed that the nails were not smooth and had bumps. I immediately call them and told them my issue. They said you can come back tomorrow and we can fix it. I go back the next day and tell them that I don’t want tips and I just want a gel manicure. They sat me with a the nail tech that did a better job. But as I am going to the register and ask for the difference of the service, the owner was saying something about the tech that did my nails and couldn’t refund me. At this point I didn’t care, I just wanted the difference back on my card or a gift certificate. They were speaking their language as the gentlemen wasn’t sure if he should give me a certificate or not. Made me feel that it was such a big deal to give me the difference. Horrible service!! They do not take their time with the pedicures rush right through IT! Overpriced I brought my six-year-old daughter to get her nails and toes painted I was charged $50!! How has no one reviewed this place yet? Even though it is across town, it is the best place to be pampered for a reasonable price. I have had manicures and waxing done. My friend has has a pedicure and all of the services have been top notch. When you go in, you are immediately asked how you can be helped. They then direct you to one of the multiple stations, and you are good to go. I have been going here two years and have always received great service. Read Less

ZERO STARS. Very poor customer service. Told me what I should get rather than what I actually wanted. Wanted simple liquid gel, medium-long, narrow nails. Got short square nails that were didnt shapes and sizes instead. I didn't care at this point. Came back less than an hr because my nails were lifting. No one took a look at the nails and Instead of fixing the nails they insisted the nails were fine. This is my second time here and I will NEVER come here again. Horrible horrible service. First they try to fit way to many people in at one time it's like a fast food restaurant ur in and out in like 15mins it felt like. Me and my daughter get there about 1230 and were out by 120. They didn't even clean her feet we asked for a pedicure for her....all she got wad polish. The polish was cute but her feet were still dirty from running around in the dirt. She got a manicure and polish she wanted her nails one color and the tip another all the guy did was take the polish and swipe up he said he knew what was best um....i got my pedicure first the lady Maya I think was her name did an excellent job on my feet. My problem came to my nails I wanted the top clear and the tip a pink color well it looked like I had toes for my nails the polish was stuck to my skin the manicure was horrible I DO NOT RECOMMEND HORRIBLE. I went in on my lunch break to have my acrylics removed and gel polish put on my nails. The lady cut my nails down really short and started taking the acrylics off by sticking a fake nail between the acrylic and my real nails. In the process, she ripped my real nail down into my skin causing my fingernail to bleed. Then she started rushing to finish because someone else (maybe an appointment) came in. She told me my nails were too short for the design I requested when I came in. This is after she cut my nails this short. This was the worst experience I've had in a nail salon. I came to luxury nail and spa for a polish change on my nails and toes. Maya did an aweful job. She rushed through my toes completing the job in about 5 min. She didn't even file my toe nails but charged me an extra $2 for "cutting them down" using the clippers. She stood up while painting my finger nails while I was sitting in the chair where I had my toes painted. I asked if we can sit down at a desk and she said "no, it's just a polish change". I asked if she could put glitter on the top of my nails since I didn't like the paint job and she said yeah. She put it on too think and it made it look worse. I asked her if I can change it back to the color without the glitter since she had only done one hand so far and she said "no, it's too late but you can buy the color at Walmart if you want to redo it yourself". When I got to the desk to pay, the nice man asked how my service was. I told him I was not happy that maya rushed through it and I didn't like the way it looked so I was going to go home to redo it myself. He offered to let me come back so someone else can paint my nails. I accepted. I offered to pay for my toes before I left and said I'll come back in an hour to get my nails redone. While I was waiting to pay, another woman (I'm assuming the manager because she didn't introduce herself) came over and said "maya did a good job, she spent time on you" I said no, she rushed through it and I am extremely dissatisfied with how it looks. She said "no it looks good" because she wasn't listening to my concerns,I said I'll pay the $25 it cost for a polish change but I will not be coming back. I also showed her the polish on the sides of my nails. She had me sit down with her personally and took it off the side of one finger, she didn't remove the paint off the skin of my other fingers but she try to fix the thick glob of glitter on my thumb nail and then told me to let it dry. After sitting there for a few min I realized why should I let it dry when I'm just going to go home to remove it...so I left an wrote this review immediately because I'm so angry with Maya's lack of talent and the customer service the other female did not show me.
