My first time to have my pedi and manicure at this place...I am not satisfied with the service...First I noticed is that they will rush you to get sit at the recliner.They didn't even offer you drinks or anything. Second is I found out that the tools they are using is not sterile..They should use sterile tool in every customer..It's very un hygienic place..Third, She didn't clean my nails properly...she put gel polish to my nails and after that she didn't even bother her self to clean those extra polish that is around my skin...I've been to a different salon's and they always use new sterile tools to every customer and they always offer drinks to their customers. I thought I found a forever nail place. My first fill was done by Selena and it was perfect. Second fill by Tim and perfect. Third was with Selena and the it was 3 out of 10. I went in today with 3 people working. There was a group of kids that finished up and left, then 2 other women who, one was getting a fill and the other a spa pedi. I stayed and waited well over 45 minutes. I had to use the restroom while I waited. When I got into the restroom the only guy working had smoked in the only restroom there was so it wreaked of smoke. As I made my way back the other worker was sitting at her station watching TV and having a grand ole time. She had no care in the world as to there were people waiting to have their nails done. Needless to say we left and will never go back. I’m also pretty certain it’s illegal to smoke in the establishment. I could be wrong; but it’s very unprofessional to say the least! I wanted to try a new salon and decided to try this place based off reviews I've seen. When I walked in at 9am I was the only person there with two people working. I wasnt greeted right away even though there was a lady sitting by the door. When I picked my color she told me to go to the lady in the back who seemed uninterested in doing my nails as she was facetiming. She was still on face time for a while before she hung up. She didn't clean under my nails and missed some of... my cuticles. The polish job was terrible, when I asked her to do the corners which are always missed she got upset, slammed the polish down and spoke in her language to the lady up front. She did four of my fingers over and I still was happy, by this time she is putting too put polish in my nails so they are not flat and even. I told them I would not pay $15 for this service as I was not happy and will never come back. The lady in front told me she could do my nails over but I had to wait and there were four other ladies in front of me, I didn't have time for that. I paid $10 and will never return. First time going, was trying to find a good place to get my nails done. This place fail me terribly. If you want a place that will rush you into picking a color, rush you to sit down and just plain rude go there. The lady tech who did my toes was very sweet and even though she did a horrible job on my nails i did tip her. The one lady dressed super nice I'm guessing she is the owner was very rude, she did my eyebrows. Just so you see how rude, she did my eyebrows and said done when she was finished walks out of the room and turns off the light and i wasn't even off the bed just yet nor did she let me see if she did a good job or if i was satisfied with the job that was done. Hurt my friend who was getting her nails done. Usually when TWO people come in together you should let them know there would be a wait for one instead of starting one and making the other wait 40 minutes just to end up not having time to do the others. Ive been going here a long time. Extremely disappointed by my experience here today. This is litterly the second time ive had to go back to have them repainted because of bad or old polish. The color variety is extremely limited and they butcher your fingers when getting acrylics. I have cuts all over my fingers that even bled. Very unsatisfied with how much they charge. Not worth it. I am a 24- year old man and drag queen and needed to get pointed ombre acrylics on my bitten-to-the-cuticle nails. Walking in, the place is very clean and beautifully decorated. The pedicure chairs looked extremely nice and the place looked expensive (even though they weren't) I was seated in less than 3 minutes and treated very well. Tim did my nails and they came out absolutely beautifully. As a guy getting flashy nails, sometimes people can be rude and judgmental when I get my nails done, but everyone at Classy Nails made me feel very welcome. Tim was professional, efficient, and the result was one of the best manicures I've ever received. And he had no problem when I changed my mind about the colors a couple times. And I thought the cost was EXTREMELY reasonable. I will definitely be coming back here and I recommend it to anyone wanting an affordable and meticulouslsy-well-done manicure. Read Less

Excellent service and very reasonably priced. I treat myself to a pedicure about once every twelve months, but after my wonderful experience here, I may have to treat myself more often. The owners are very kind and they did a wonderful job on my toes. Everything seemed very clean and there wasn't a lot of extra noise from music and televisions. I will definitely return.Read Less

The owner is terribly rude.  I made a 9am appointment for a Monday.  She insisted that she had not spoken with anybody on Friday to make this appointment. Maybe it was somebody else, etc. etc.The salon opens at 9 AM, there was no one else there, so why could she not have the appointment? Not impressed! Read Less

The worst service ever, they made my nails hurt and bleed and get very upset whenever you tell them to stop. The first time I got my nails done they turned yellow. + When I make suggestions for color so I would like my nails to be she would get offended and said that that would be an ugly color, she said I should just go for the white tip.
