Worst place. They only post the positive feedback never the bad stuff. There is no way that no one else has not complained about this place. Both salons #1 and #2 are ghetto. Horrible customer service. very unprofessional - they treat their customers with disrespect. The guy who was doing my nails kept telling me to do french tips but i didn't want french tips so he got mad, than when he was doing my pedicure he kept telling me do get gel nails for $13.00 more. place is filthy- I saw pieces of nails on the manicure table and someones dead skin. Very unprofessional!!! I came here to receive a gel mani and pedi. I brought a friend who wanted a fill in. It wasn't busy at all. I was told to go in the back to receive my pedicure first. However, they only pointed to the direction. So I assumed that was the chair they wanted me to sit in. I patiently sat there for 10 minutes without anyone turning on the water or at least having the massage chair on while waiting. While sitting there I observed four other customers who came in after me. They were led directly to the chair by the man at the front desk who kindly had the water turned on for them. He also turned the massage chair on and helped them take off their shoes. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable because no one gave me the same treatment. I immediately got up and left. Whether you're a walk in, a scheduled appointment, or the color of your skin. I'm a business owner and a word of advice for escape nail spa--- A business should treat their customers professionally and with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've NEVER felt so uncomfortable!! An employee rudely told me to "get up out of the chair." While I was waiting for my friends fill in. The employees talk amongst their other employees and with other customers about you while you're standing there. Tacky and immature. I go to this salon every two to three weeks for pedicures, manicures and eyebrow waxing.  I've had several different technicians, all who have been courteous, professional and gentle.  I find this salon to not have the overwhelming odor of nail products as others do and their polish lasts longer.  I like the layout and pedicure chairs here as well. Worse pedi ever! Read the reviews before we went but they were one of the only spas open the day before memorial day. I thought it's worth giving them a chance, sometimes reviews can be unfair. Not the case, I read the polish peels fast? Yep 2 hours later it was peeling off. My massage chair wasn't working, part of the entire experience but the guy just kept saying idk broken??? Never offered to move me? All my chair did was hmmmm, nothing worked! Workers on their phones alot!!! When it came time to do my toes, he said he couldn't do my french???? At least after 2 others heard him they took over to do it but sadly it was as if they had never done it before??? I was still very nice but very disappointed. No apologies for the chair & the manners were rude. Never asked me if my water way ok, it was luke warm. Yes I should have spoke up but I will never recommend them to anyone!!!!! Read Less

Would never ever go back there if THEY paid ME! Polish fell off my finger nails, not chipped but literally fell off. And they'll she had the dumb remark as "because it's not gel" Hate to tell ya miss, but I've been a getting my nails done for 25 years and this NEVER happened to me.When I went back the person who did my nails was rude. My toe hurts from her cutting to my cuticle and this is not the first complaint, I've heard the same from family and friends. What a waste of time and money. Read Less

Wonderful experience! Had a mani & pedi here! The technician was awesome and so personable! He took great care on removing my in grown toe nails. The pedicure was top notch! The facility was very clean and inviting! Prices were extremely reasonable! I'm from Minnesota and visit Florida 2-4x/yr. Best nail salon in North Port! Only one I will patronize when I am in town!
