I am currently drying my toes and I have never felt so rushed to leave a place of business in my life ! I'm assuming this is either the owner or manager but she told the person doing my nails to move so she can paint my toes quickly, so another customer can get a pedicure. In the past 30 minutes she's done 3 times. If leaving no stars was an option I would. Also my mother has gotten her hands done here and they've completely butchered the job. A little pricey and the red nail polish stained my finger nails. I've never had that happen before. Cold water was used for my fingers to soak in for the manicure, another first. My whole nail wasn't even painted, you could see bare nails on the sides. For the pedicure, I think too many layers of paint were used. I sat for ten mins to dry then ran errands in my flip flops and went home where I put shoes and socks on and it messed up my nails, pushed the paint back and you could see sock imprints. The service here is terrible. I had experienced the worst customer service ever. A woman shouted at me and when I asked for a towel since I had forgotten it, she just threw it on the table. How impolite this woman was !!!!! I’m very disappointed, I will never come back! Read Less

The place is pretty messy. Dirt on the floor, ripped seat cushions, tables strewn with food containers. Equipment was not properly sanitized either. My tech pulled nail clippers from a drawer and wiped them off before clipping my nails, and was using a dirty file that was mostly white from lack of cleaning. She gave me attitude when I requested she cut the tips shorter. Their brochure said $30 for a full set but I was told that's incorrect and it would be $45, it's only $30 if you do acrylic and clear gel, no colors. Who does that?? Wouldn't mind paying $45 for a full set but the place wasn't nearly upscale enough, my nails are sloppy, and lack of cleaning is an issue to me. The quality truly isn't here. Wont be back. Read Less

This is perhaps the worst and laziest nail tech I've ever experienced. She called herself Trish.1.  I asked Twice about putting nail glue for a split nail-Didn't get done.  2.  Constantly talking and giggling with nail tech next to her, no wonder she couldn't remember what I had asked. Take your job and your Customer seriously!3.  Arm/hand massage was pathetic and no more than patting lotion on.  Having been a massage therapist for 16 years I politely showed her what to do to get more tips.  She looked at me with a blank stare.  Duh.  4.  I asked for Koala Berry or Flamenco and they gave me Strawberry Margherita!!  Someone who asks for a very specific color, weariing a dress and heels and professional name tag MEANS  Koala Berry or Strawberry Margherita. Gee, one is a muted pink and the otherr two(that I asked for) are a brighter pink/purple.  Double Duh.Save your money in going to management school Trish, you aren't even making it as a nail tech!  I tip well ($2 over 20%) and you can tell by my dress that I am a business professional and get my nails done every two weeks-gee, I would have thought you would be at least doing an average job, this was far below average. Went in for a soak off & to have two nails replaced & the other 8 cut "shorter". One lady chopped my nails completely off to the skin & one did it right. I didn't even notice until they began to RIP OFF the overlay on top of my nails putting me in pain because they didn't want to soak them off properly. Once I said something she sent me to another guy whom I explained my situation to & as I complained of what I didn't want or expect he gets an ATTITUDE & tells me how I should...n't be mad because I already had two broken nails, which I was fine with getting replaced just not my entire hands. Then told me to pay for my dues & leave!! All because i didn't agree with the treatment I got & complained without yelling or making a scene after he got so RUDE with me. I could've been really disrespectful but I paid for my toes & left.. but like I told him when I was seated, instead of rushing me because y'all were closing soon she simply should've told me they couldn't do my nails instead of butchering them up completely. (sigh) so I should've known better as the stars were so low. Took my Mom in for a pedicure... I asked if they offered 'spa' services no one seem to speak enough English to answer. So I left Ma to run across the street to the book store.She was done in like 20 minutes TOPS! They didn't do much of anything other than soak her hand in the dish and paint her nails... no hand or arm massage just get in and get out. Kate does an awesome job and is great with Nail Art and designs!  My pedicures here are also decent.  I was referred to Kate after seeing someone else's nails that I love.  I'm not one to venture out and try new places but she is my go to nails lady when I'm in the Palm Beach area!  I would give 4 stars on the salon overall with customer service/appearance but since Kate does such an awesome job I'll go ahead and give 5! less than impressed with service. I had made an appointment and when I walked in I stood at the front door for about five minutes unacknowledged . my nail technician was high pressure about having me do dip it nails even though I had told him I wanted gel. he did spend a good amount of time shaping and grooming my nails. when it was time to pay I stood at the front, again unacknowledged for another 5-7 minutes. they weren't even busy! just plain rude. within 24 hours my nails had already chipped. 3 days later and they are atrocious. I lived in west palm beach my entire life, new to the gardens area for about 2 years and I've finally found a relaxing nail salon that knows what there doing, has a wide selection or polish and is willing to actually do designs. So excited to finally find this place! I recommend it! Read Less
