Terrible service. The guy literally made my fingers bleed. They hurt so much, and when I told him to do it more gentle, he didn’t stop! REALLY DO NOT TECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Plus I definitely over payed...

Good place. Sometimes my nails don’t last well here and sometimes they do. If you get a good nail technician you can have a good experience but it really depends who you get.

I paid for an ultimate pedicure and was not given what l paid for. I was told that he had an appointment which is why he skipped steps.
Then ontop of that, he didn't remove all of the old polish befor...
I paid for an ultimate pedicure and was not given what l paid for. I was told that he had an appointment which is why he skipped steps.
Then ontop of that, he didn't remove all of the old polish before doing a fill in and applying new polish. It is not worth the money! I will not come back here. Totally disappointed!

Yesterday I got my nails done by a lady named Angel. I had asked for match gel nail polish and regular, which I picked the set. But realized after when I got home, the paint on my toes nails DID NOT even match the polish on my hands. Completely disappointed I paid $70 for the services and the polish did not match. This has not been the first time that this has happened to me from this location.

My first time here... at first Vincent said I will give you massage, first time here so you come back--- no prob- I got massage, wax on my feet.. but when I went to pay instead of being $55 it's $75.....

I asked why? The guy at the front said... you got the extra spa treatment and I told him I didn't ask for it. Then he said that Vincent was supposed to tell me or show me a price card, but he didn't !!!! So, I told the guy at the front... nice trick you guys play... all he did was laugh.. and I told him, I am never coming back here.. he just said sorry and took my money and laugh again... WTF? I would not recommend this place --- no way-- what the heck is wrong w people??? Ask for price first---

I am a hard person to please when it comes to my hands and feet and Jen never disappoints. All the staffs are awesome and friendly. I have recommended this place to friends and family and they have told me that their experience was awesome.

Let's just say from when they started till now it's gotten horrible. Yes, it's nice and clean. Very appealing and also give you refreshments. However, Front desk (manager/owner) was sleeping when I walked in. The staff clearly don't do things correctly or even try to genuinely correct them. They don't hire professional people or knowledgeable people. MY NAILS FELL OFF AFTER 2 days! Sucks! I WAS a loyal customer, I won't be coming back here again.

I absolutely LOVE Ruby! Very friendly! I work as a private chef on my feet 24/7 so a good pedi is everything. The Jelly Pedi is amazing. My skin felt so soft afterwards. I even had to go back and get my big toe fixed and Ruby fixed another one she noticed was smudged. Will be back CONSISTENTLY. Finally somewhere with great service in Miami.

Lily did an amazing job. Very friendly, great atmosphere. I'm recommending this place to all my friends. Very calm music and appointments are recommended to save your spot,beats waiting in line. I found my new nail place. It's also has massage rooms which is my next stop. Very private and clean.

However, Front desk (manager/owner) was sleeping when I walked in. The staff clearly don't do things correctly or even try to genuinely correct them.
