Maybe if you get another nail tech this place would be good but Ivonne does not know how to shape nails. All my nails have different shapes some look sharper than others. She cut into my nail bed and said several times she didnt as im showing her what she did. I didnt even want her to work on that nail any longer because she looked like she would have drilled all the way down to my skin. My first experience here was not a pleasant one. Read Less

they charge too much for the quality given.. not good. Ann worked on my nails..not a good job. she's not the friendly one of the bunch. TV screen is always off. (why have a TV that you NEVER turn on?) you cant hear the radio music. a boring place to be. Pedi-chairs dont work well for massage and water is always cold on feet. Read Less

I've been here a few times already, for pedicure and for eye brow threading and I've been really satisfied with the services. The staff is professional and friendly and the salon is very clean. I LOVE them. Nathan does my nails & Ms. Helen does my pedi. However, all of their technicians do an excellent job. If you need your hair, eyebrows, & makeup done, guess what? They also provide those services.In addition, their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend them. Very disappointing. The only positive was that I was able to walk-in without an appointment, but the fact that the place wasn't busy should have been a sign. The nail tech was the least friendly I've ever had in all my years of getting pedicures. She carelessly filed my one nail down to skin. In looking at my nails afterwards, 2 of the ten aren't completely painted and on 2, you can still see the pink polish I came in wearing. Had a mani and pedi booked for two people. They were on time and efficient. The place has a nice aesthetic to it and was virtually dust free. My pedi chair was lacking an arm rest and all the other chairs were filled. My beau had a functioning chair and arm rest and was fine. I had previously done my hands and decided only on the pedicure. The pedicure was awesome, evenly polished toes with clean even lines. Cuticles were clipped, nipped and tucked. Great job just a few more attention to details need to be addressed within the store itself and the experience would be superb! This is a fantastic nail spa. The staff and techs are very hospitable and remember just about everyone by name. They fully understand and speak English, which is always a plus at nail salons and especially in Miami. They carry the newest of colors and trends for gel manis (I really love the DND line of polish) and they have enough staff to accommodate walk-ins in a timely manner, although I would recommend making appointments once you've found a tech you like. They don't all work on the same days so you want to make sure they're available before coming in. I go to Beth for my gel manis and Ann for my gel pedis, though I'm sure they're both good for either. Beth rounds my nails out rather than squaring them and I've found that they don't chip and last much longer by doing it that way. I don't have to go but once every two weeks thanks to her. As for Ann, I tend to chip my big toenail and it could easily be cut too deeply during a pedi but she is careful and attentive so I've never left with any cuts, which I can't say about other salons I've been to. The cleanliness is top notch and the equipment is sterile. They'll unwrap new tools with each use and client, so it's good to know they're not reusing. Finally, the prices are more reasonable than most Miami-area salons so you'll save anywhere between $5-$10 on average on most services compared to the majority of places in Dade that are in good areas. Newly renovated! The atmosphere is great. Over the summer the space got a little facelift. There are new massage chairs that feel amazing while getting a pedicure. They've made the place look contemporary and modern while giving off a warm vibe.   I've been coming to see Jenny for a few years now. She's the best at french mani/pedi's. Its not what it used to be. My biggest complaint, when I want to add the tip to my credit card, they told me cash only. This business do not care about their employees.  Other establishments give their employees the tip the same day, regardless the client added to their credit card. I try to stop in  whenever I am in the area. I have had consistently good service with my manicures and pedicures. The utensils are very clean and sterilized. They open the package for you each time. The polish colors are fully stocked, are of a large variety, and include the latest trends.Today Betty did a fabulous job on my mani/ pedi and was very personable as well.The prices are also excellent.
