Quality of mani/pedi and service are horrible. I was a last guest and I asked to fix a nail after that employees started to speak very loud and laugh between each other on Vietnamese showing my nails. Then when I asked what’s going on girl who was doing my manicure told me that she doesn’t speak any English and 5 min ago she was perfectly fine talkIng to me. I find it very rude and unprofessional. I had what I thought would be a pedicure which turned out to be nothing but a polish change. He rushed and left a lot of cuticle and never used a rub abraser on my feet and never used cream, it was the worst pedicure I ever had and I will not recommend or go back . Read Less

I have been coming here for quite some time , mainly because it's the closest shop I can get to after work before it closes. Late hours are convenient. I've tried a few nails tech, some who I would come back for definitely,but others who I wouldn't even think twice. I have had a few shares were techs were obnoxious,pushy,rushy etc.and acts like they pay us to do the services.. the receptionist (older guy is rude) The younger receptionist is more understanding and welcoming. All in all there is one tech who is the main reason why i come back. KENNY does the breast pedicures. He takes him time and does quality work. On 2/18/18 I came to this location to remove my NexGen that was put on by another salon. The removal was $10 which was a decent price but when the lady came to get the money (since they were closing shortly and couldn't wait for me to walk up to the register when I was done) she asked me for $15. I figured the additional $5 was because they put clear polish on my nails. As I was leaving I confirmed that's what the extra $5 was for with the lady at the desk, she said something to the effect that regular polish was $7/$8 (something like that) and that they were only charging me $5 as if I was supposed to feel better at a discounted price for the clear polish. I didn't leave a tip. They left my nails soaking for an excessive amount of time and rushed the removal. The nail tech didn't even buffer my nails, just cut them, filed the ends a little bit and put 2 coats of clear polish on them. The polish started chipping that same night, less than 2 hours after applying it!! That's crazy!! At my old nail place, they buffed, filed, & put clear polish on for me at no additional charge. I’m not happy at all with my pedicure. Went there because it was recommended to me, since my normal place was booked up. The lady that was assigned to me was very rough. She was pulling instead of clipping with the cuticle clipper. She kept saying my regular lady at the other place had cut my nails wrong. Well she’s the one that is wrong! She did not use anything to smoothen my heals. They are all rough like I did not have a pedicure. Also no exfoliation with a salt rub or any creams were used on my feet or legs. Now that they have expanded and opened a new location (I think less than a mile away) the wait and crowded feeling are no longer! Depending on what I do, I'm usually in there for 30-60 mins. I've gone here more than a handful of times and started coming here when I was in high school. There are continuous new faces, but very many that have been working there for a while now. I almost always get a mani/pedi and my eyebrows done. I would definitely recommend (sp?) Yedi for eyebrows as she always does my mom and I and it's always on point. I've tried a bunch of manicurists and I really loved Amy! She's pretty new but her customer service and friendliness is not something you see often. She talks to you throughout your time there and remembers her clients! The area is usually very clean and even though there will always be that typically nail salon smell they do a really good job at containing it. The worst!!!! I Went in for a full set and came out like Edward scissor hands. This nail tech had my nails going in every other direction but FORWARD!!!! and when I told her, she got upset and told the tech next to her something in their language to switch and left. By this time I'm hot ( but remained human) now he comes and he's mad. Once he saw my hands he knew only one person had the right to be mad and THAT was ME!!!! He tried but only made it worst. So I give it 3 stars because Jivana has good and bad. The service was super fast! I love the nail shape the nail color options but as u can see they left hanging skin. They rush the process. I got told it was $25 but got charged $30 because I simply spoke I wanted a good shape. $5 for shaping my nails ???? Not even talons or something complicated I just didn't want bulky nails ... rip off. Also I find it slightly uncomfortable that they all use 'american' names lol. That's a personal thing though. Like I'm not racist, I'm more than comfortable calling you your real name than regarding someone you by a a fake whitewash name. But that's just me. Update: so I put the nails on, on a Wednesday, and by Sunday TWO placed nails cracked. I didn't bite, press pressure, anything crazy. I was simply wiping down a surface and I look, and it breaks. Moments later the second one cracks out of nowhere while I open the fridge and it breaks as well. Seriously there should be a way to review and give someone no stars.. The only thing they're good at is getting you in quickly i had a reference picture of the design i wanted which was just an ombre affect with 2 colors she said she could do it so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and let her do it............. Lord why?!?!? She gave me a nice shape................... and executed my desired design in a HORRIBLE way.. and i needed a new set told her i have sensitive nails to please be gentle when taking them off I made her stop to many times everything from beginning to end was TRASH!!!!! They are rude. Not the Asian nail tr hs but they have a couple latino girls and they have very nasty attitudes. It appears the owners are not keeping inventory the way they used to. Quality has declined over the past few months. I no longer go there for nail services. Read Less

I love this place, I Came back the next day to fix my toe nail that got mess up and they didn't give me any hard time, customer service a five start. I work around the area, I call them to make an appointment before I leave my office and on my lunch break they get the job done, they will take care of you right away.
