Horrible customer service, and you have to pay more to have the nails look more natural rather than very wide bricks. Spend a few extra dollars and go to a quality place where the people are not rude and you won't be rushed out of the seat. Read Less

this place doesn’t even deserve 0 stars it deserves negative -100 stars. They have terrible customer service and the manger was very rude and disrespectful. My friend and I decided to stop by so that she can get worked before we went shopping. My friend signed the list so that she can get her eyebrows done and we proceeded to wait until it was her turn. Now where we stood was off to the side near the entrance,right in front of the register. but we were directly within eyesight of the manager and the aesthetician who does the eyebrows. After waiting for 20 minuets for my friend to worked on, we noticed that a bunch of people kept going ahead of us, even though my friend signed in before them. Once we approached the manager to see what was going on, that’s when we realized that because we didn’t stand directly inside their establishment and sit down, the manger decided to be petty and scratch my friends name off the list of people who were waiting to get worked. Then proceed to become very rude and belligerent when we confronted him. That’s not how you run a business, and from now on my friend and I will definitely be taking our money to someplace else. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. I will never set foot in that establishment ever again, and I will make sure that everyone knows exactly how they run their business. I have been going to this nail salon for 6 years. I have never had a problem waiting because it was expected that they would have many walk-ins as they are located inside of Walmart. However, today I was completely appalled by the way I was treated. I was there at 9.45am. I placed my name on the list and requested my nail specialist Lanh (Lina ) there was one lady ahead of me so I decided to do some shopping while I waited. My nail specialist had my number so I wasn't worried about being called when she was ready. However, eventing I checked back there was another person in front of me. 2 hours later, the response I was given was they go by a list and the lady sitting in the chair while I was being told this arrived several minutes after I did. I brought that to the owners attention and was given the excuse of "we didn't have your number or thought you left" well, which one is it? Leaving and not having a number are quite different reasonings. Stella is the owner and she is great, Lina is a fantastic nail specialist but the owners husband does not speak to customers politely and also addressed me when returning in a gruff and condescending manner. As another reviewer stated, this establishment will continue to get people due to the location. However in terms of treatment, it is not the best. Read Less

I just got butchered here! I went to have my fake acrylic nails removed and the guy butchered my hands! I had asked BEFORE he began to rip them off if he was going to soak them first but he just continued. At first the nail came off smoothly but I noticed that my nail was thinner but I figured that that's what normally happens when removing acrylic nails (last time I had worn fake nails was 30+ years ago) but this guy was careless! After he finished ripping off the nails off of my right hand I told him that I didn't want a manicure anymore because he ripped my pinky nail and that it was bleeding. Idk why I allowed him to continue on my left hand but I did and that's when he butchered me. My left index finger is bleeding and throbbing. BTW NO ONE AT WALMART GAVE A FUCK INCLUDING THE COP THAT WAS THERE. I hope that whoever is reading this would never go there or anyone that they know. Look closely at the pictures I posted. The manager SAW it all and did NOTHING.  In fact he denied seeing it, even though I saw him observing. He actually pretended not to be the manager and passed me over to the lady at the counter. This is the worse place to get your nails and feet done from and it's not because some of them do a bad job. My problem with them is that they steal from customers .. I stopped coming here because every time i would go to do the same dam thing it was always a different price .. I even showed the owner (who never takes responsibility for there actions) my bank statements showing every time a different amout. so after 6 months of not going I go in today because It was an emergency and all I did was a basic mani and pedi. I paid $61 freaking dollars and guess where 40 of that alone came from THE DAM GELL POLISH!!! I told him excuse me are you charging 20 for gel on my feet and nails?? owner says yes that's our price and we gave you a discount 🤔🤔.. I snapped I couldn't believe the robbery . I buy the gel from the manufacturer that they buy it from and it only cost $10 for each polish ... how the hell are you charging double of what you buy it for??🤔🤔🤔 ... I can buy 4 of them with that.. I have had the worse experience EVER this visit my nail tech went to deep into my cuticles and my nail was bleeding luckily I was able to stop the bleeding within a hour of leaving but before I left I requested the Polish majority of which was gel but because I want a bit of contrast I selected my own personal color from my bag and she all but refused stating it won't look right ID I'm paying for the services what gives you the right to dispute me about how I prefer them to look it's rude LAST TIME PATRONIZING THIS PLACE. Horrible. I will never go back and I don't recommend anybody else go. An employee named Eric started to take the acrylic nail off of one of my big toes and he didn't do it correctly. He didn't soak my feet or nothing, he grabbed a fake nail and a clipper to try and scrape it off. He started to lift the acrylic with my real toenail and when he saw it start to bleed, he kept going. The service was disgusting and he literally didn't know what he was doing. Now I have a bleeding missing part of my nail so I can't even get them done anymore for the occasion that I wanted. I should have read the reviews before.... So I went there trying to do acrilyc, it was so bad. The nails was cut uneven, like each one have a different shape. I asked the guy if he can fix them he told me NO. I was so upset I just paid and went somewhere else. The most horrible place ever. DON'T GO THERE.Read Less
