Im going to this salon only because it’s minutes from my house. But is the worst place in customer service. They used to speak on their language and for example today i only need a refill and three of them on the phone and nobody takes care of me !!!

I simply called to try to make an appointment. I was yelled at in Vietnamese or whatever TF they are followed by... "Ok, bye!" I never even got a word out! Wow! I'm in shock. This is horrible business...

This is horrible business. How do you expect ANYONE to walk into your shop after that kind of treatment just over the phone. You must all be REAL PIECES OF WORK in person! Screw you too!!!!!

I came and everyone was so disrespectfulThe lady doing my nails was on the phone the whole time AND she charged me for gel it ended up being 37 my nails hurt so bad afterwards it felt like it was burn...

They really don't deserve any stars. I went to get my nails done and the girl who was the only one that speaks English did my nails and when she took off my first set she literally ripped them off, which made my nails very weak and I was in pain. She rushed my new set and I did not like them at all. They are so thick and unnatural looking. not worth my money or time. Never will I go again or recommend this place to anyone.

I came here to get my eyebrows threaded, I waited for 15 minutes. I was told to have a seat, but was never informed about who would be threading my brows. I sat and watched the shop technician kids play in a closet?!. I'm sure that's against the health code. A lady walks up to me and says, threading?I tell her yes and she proceeds to thread my brows now I know threading is painful, but GOT DANG it hurt!!!! Once she was done she didn't even offer to show me my brows. She tapped my shoulder and walked away. I reluctantly gave for a tip l, which she seemed unappreciative about receiving.I'll never be back, lesson learned

If there were options to provide less than 1 star, I would choose this in a heart beat. The customer service at Queen Nails has depreciated over the years. The people who work there seem to only care about making money and keeping their store open. The customer service is mediocre at best and there are better salons that provide competitive pricing. This is the best nail advice you'll ever receive: Go to a nail salon that treats you with the utmost respect and values your time and money. Queen Nails DOES NOT provide that.

Horrible horrible horrible service. I walked in and was not greeted. I was asked to sit in a pedicure chair and the owner tried to make an inexperienced kid do my feet. I informed her that was not going to fly and then she had a guy do my feet. He ended up cutting me and I wouldn't stop bleeding. The owner refused to lower the fee for the pedicure. The place is practically empty on a Saturday. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place. I don't care how desperately you need a pedicure.

Shockingly amazing. For 25$ I got a wonderful manicure with designs that lasted well past my nails growing out. They don't speak English, but they are one of my favourites. My friends go there swell.

I've been coming here for approximately 15 years now and I love this place. Kim and Vee offer me the most relaxing pedicures and manicures. They can wax and thread every hair off! They are located directly in front of 163rd street mall and have plenty of parking space in the back. This Nail salon is most definitely a hidden jewel!

They really don't deserve any stars. I went to get my nails done and the girl who was the only one that speaks English did my nails and when she took off my first set she literally ripped them off, which made my nails very weak and I was in pain. She rushed my new set and I did not like them at all. They are so thick and unnatural looking. not worth my money or time. Never will I go again or recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible horrible horrible service. I walked in and was not greeted. I was asked to sit in a pedicure chair and the owner tried to make an inexperienced kid do my feet. I informed her that was not going to fly and then she had a guy do my feet. He ended up cutting me and I wouldn't stop bleeding. The owner refused to lower the fee for the pedicure.
