This place was lovely. Had an appointment and was taken right away when I walked in, right to my pedicure chair! Got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure! Very clean and very nice staff. Such a wonderful find. They are located off of Biscayne at party city plaza. Plenty of free parking. The salon is clean spacious and attentive. I removed one star due to the choices of colors, they are not as stocked as Venetian. I also noticed after my pedicire with Bob which was amazing btw...my nail color blue OPI chipped and peeled easily. Not sure if it was due to me wearing training shoes the next day or just the paint itself. But but but Bob is really great he is a master at cutting out painful ingrows without pain! ***ALERT ALERT I have found my new nail place ( and you should too)***I wanted to find an upgrade to the nail place I normally go to for my bday mani/pedi with full intentions of going back to the one I've been going to for a year when it came time again. Well, THATS not happening.I am in LOVE with this place. The moment you walk in, you already feel good. It even smells good. It is super clean and they saw me on time for my appointment ( highly recommended to make one) I was mostly won over at this point but sealed the deal when my tech ( I am so mad I  already forgot her name...Tia I think?) offered to do my hands first without me asking. She was awesome in all other aspects too. She took her time and not in the ugh get me TF out of here kind of way. It is a very enjoyable place to be and they do an excellent job. You can tell they all enjoy being there so in turn you do too.When I was in the pedi chair drying the (manager?) came by and asked " Was everything OK Leslie?"Its slightly more than what I was paying previously but 110% worth it. Linda and Abe are the best! They have been doing my nails for over a year now and they listen to what I want.. shape, length and color of my nails. They take the extra time to do a perfect job and my nails are stronger now! The salon is always clean and they play nice music. Parking is also very easy and convenient.I highly recommend them! Stopped by here on a Sunday without a reservation. Was turned away as they had no available appointments for the day. More than half of the work stations were empty so it's a big place with not enough employees. The person who told me they had no available time to take me that day didn't even offer to reschedule for another day. A few weeks later I decided to schedule an appointment. I requested to push it back later day of and they couldn't accommodate. This is just a difficult nail salon to go to and I think it is due to be UNDERSTAFFED. Weekends are busy because that's the only time most people can get their nails done. I never have this problem at my usual nail place which is always busy. There may be a short wait but nothing crazy like having to book a nail appointment for a Sunday one week plus in advance.Unless a nail salon is like a destination or tourist destination/famous I think a good salon should be able to accommodate walk-ins with up to an hour wait or at least same day appointments. Oh, my goodness, where to start with this place...I was looking around on Yelp to find a good nail place in my area, and this place kept popping up. I've been very interested in finding somewhere where I could get my first gel manicure, and after doing my research and seeing the reviews, I decided this was the place. I booked an appointment over the phone on Saturday for today, 05/21/17, for a 1:45 PM appointment. We got there around 1:40, and within five minutes we were at our stations getting pampered. I scheduled a regular pedicure and a Gel manicure, and my Mom got a regular pedicure. First of all, I just have to say, the interior was gorgeous and the seats were very large and comfortable. I really loved their glass foot bath, it was very mermaid-esque if that makes sense. All the tools that they use on your hands and feet are completely new, so you know they're sterile, which you don't always see at *cough**cough* other places. Anyway, my nail specialist was Zack, I believe, and he was excellent! One thing I've noticed that makes this place different from the others are the nail specialists. From my first experience here, the nail technicians were friendly, considerate, and welcoming. I hadn't had a manicure since I was 13 after being traumatized by a bad experience at another location, so this was my first time getting a manicure as well as a gel manicure. Zack took his time and didn't hurt me, or make me bleed! He also did my pedicure for me which was just as amazing. Next time I come back, I will definitely ask for him again.My Mother, on the other hand, had Van do her pedicure and she was just as incredible. My mother has also had her share of bad experiences at Nail Salons, where they've made her bleed. She also has very bad knees, but Van was on top of making sure she was comfortable during her experience. Most of the time, the nail technicians just ignore you or don't try to make conversation, but this place was the opposite, which is refreshing.Honestly, this has been one of the best Nail Salons that I have been to in Miami, and I have gone to quite a few. My daughter found this spa near her campus at FIU. We both had manicures & pedicures today. I usually only write reviews when I love or hate something.  I LOVE Pamper Me!! Ok, here's the reasons why. First, the young woman at the front desk was friendly and spoke English. Second, the spa was clean, well lit and offered a huge selection of both normal and gel polishes. I was served right at my appt time and asked if I would like a beverage. Third, but honestly it could also be first-this salon takes sanitation to the HIGHEST level!!! My nail tech brought out a brand new(disposable) package of nail files and buffers. Then she brought the metal instruments, still in the autoclave bag. If you are unaware of what an autoclave is, please Google it. It is the only true way to sterilize metal instruments.  It is the same process that hospitals and dental offices use for their metal instruments. Next, my pedicure was done in a big comfy chair and the foot bath was covered in a disposable plastic cover before the water was added, and the same tools used on my hands were used on my feet. This spa takes cross-contamination SERIOUSLY!!  If you don't think it's an issue, then just wait until you get a fungus or infection from previously used tools. I suggest you DON'T do that!I know this is long, but I need to add that the ENTIRE staff was lovely. Everyone spoke English, and every nail tech was having conversation with their client. The client next to me had obviously been a customer previously. There was such a great rapport between clients and techs. I add this because I've been to too many places where my nail tech ignored me the whole time, and worse where they ignored me and spoke in another language to the nail tech beside them. I HATE that! It is very bad customer service and well...rude! In summation, Pamper Me is my new and only nail salon!! My mani & pedi were fantastic! They offer other services that I haven't tried yet. And FINALLY (I know!) the prices are MORE than reasonable for the amazing customer service and the extreme measures they go to for cleanliness and sanitation.  Thank you to Pamper Me and to my lovely daughter for bringing me there!
