One girl did my feet and she was great and another did my hands I didn't get her name but she was one of the Asians girls, she looked young and tall. she took like 10 minutes for a full set ... barely did anything she put the acrylics and that's it.... my thumb nail was lifting and the paint was uneven ... Very relaxed environment, I also love the diversity of the employees and each one is friendly and kind. Although they can get very busy at times, the try to give each customer the time and attention they deserve. I always leave satisfied and have not had any issue with my nails afterwards. I go at least once a month and for special occasions. They do great Gel Manis and Pedis. Read Less

I always regret it when I go anywhere but this place. Prices are great! They do have a couple people that are not that good but I always go to mike or TL and they do a bomb ass job! I broke a nail so they did acrylic on one of my nails and did not even charge me extra. Know who to ask for and you will not be disappointed. Definitely recommend! Read Less

OMG!!! What an attitude!!! And those people call them self professionals? Very pour knowledge about nail service. They don't even know correct names for the procedures. Lady on the reception was very rude she was sitting at the pedicure chair behind the room divider and try to speak from there with me. What I want I said she could not here of course but she didn't want to get out from this comfortable chair. Lady who did my manicure did not speak English. Every time I had a question she gave me an attitude and refer me to somebody else for the translation. She made my fingers bleed a few times and did not sanitize it! Lady who did an acrylic and yes it's another person because their skills are very limited could not shape it. Very poor selection of colors. Never again!!! I would never recommend it to anybody! I will never go back to this place. The place is TRASH!!! I went to get a gel mani/regular pedicure. I went on a Saturday. The girl doing my feet didn't speak English so someone next to her translated for me and yet she still did the wrong thing which ended up with me paying more. But the REAL problem....their gel manicures. There is noooo way in the world my hands should look like I didn't get a manicure and I only got it done 1 week ago. My nail was chipped within 2 days, I went got it fixed and by Friday...the same nail they fixed *plus* 3 more started chipping. My hands were done 9 days ago and this is how they look!!! I took the polish on my ring finger completely off because it was lifted half way up already. I will never ever go back, not even if it's the last place left standing! Read Less

Family owned salon, very clean and enjoyable experience. Michael did a great job with my white on white French gel manicure and I'm very picky with my nails, so I wouldn't post a review unless I was totally satisfied. This is my absolute FAVORITE PLACE.everyone is really nice and talented.  Specially Cindy(the boss women) I've been going for about 3 years. Tuan is the best. I get a full set with gel polish and or sometimes I will do regular polish. My nails always look natural. My nails grow a lot so I just put acrylic on top he does a thin coat and it's perfect. Mike or Gisselle do my pedicure. Mike also does great manicures. Mike takes his time and gives makes my feet pretty-er. Anyone you go with is great. But they are my personal favorites. I'm very very picky and I'm sure they secretly hate me but they cater to all of my needs and I LOVE THAT! They also started doing new personal disposable kits for pedicure super hygienic and clean! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would - but it seems not to be an option. Shop owner Cindy is downright nasty and completely dismissive, hardly making any actual eye contact with her loyal customers. Honestly, gives off really bad vibes. And, she is reluctant and angry to accommodate to her customers' needs. The wait time is impossibly long without a prior appointment. Oh, and even if you've made an appointment well in advance - they will make you wait upwards of an hour. They don't care. As for the actual job, itself, their manicurists are fast. A little too fast. It's like a factory in there. All they want is to get you in and out as quickly as possible, with no care to detail whatsoever. And, I've seen them refill Essie bottles with polish from bigger bottles - who knows if it's even really Essie? Icing on the cake: polish doesn't last! Read Less

I have been going there for years I usually don't get picky on who takes care of me. Jenny has taken care of me plenty of times I've never had a problem till now. I was over charged for nails that I just got done yesterday and already look like I've had them for a week. I got a fill done that you could barely even tell I needed so the job required was very little. She charges me $75 on something that should have been $55. I have been going there for such a long time I'm well aware of there prices, and a great tipper I usually would tip Jenny $20 even it were a $40 work that I'd get done usually. I told her how I got a new job and another home in California, I don't know if she thinks the fact that I have money that it wouldn't bother I wouldn't notice but it really upset me that she would be that abusive with changing a price on something I've gotten done before. Not to mention that she put regular polish because the didn't have it in gel and then put a gel coat over it, which within a day has already faded and is not even glossy! NEVER going here again, all thanks to Jenny! The only thing that came out great was my pedicure who was done by someone else. Read Less
