I really should be giving them zero stars. I made an appointment with them a WHOLE WEEK before my visit. Not only did I have to wait for them to keep switching me over to different techs, my nails had chips in them after the fill in. This place is VERY bipolar when it comes to customer service and nail skills. One visit is great, the next visit, you don’t know what you’re getting yourself into.🙄
Won’t be coming back!

I have been coming here for the last 3 years. Henry in particular literally slays my life every single time, he lays his acrylic so flat there is no lifting ever after 4 weeks. They have the biggest color range I have ever seen. If you are sleeping on star nails they are sleeping on your life !!!!!!!

After 2 days my nail broke it went back she told me that she can't fix that she charged me 6 dollars to fix that one nail. Especially Tammy she love to force stuff on on people even if u don't want gel she keep asking u over and over again, she just money hungry and don't care about her customer I will not be returning

They did a good job on Saturday. I got the coffin nails with gel and a pedicure. The owner did my lashes and eyebrows, which were very rushed. The top of my eye brows are not even, She used an eyebrow shaper and didn't take her time. I had to come home and trim my eyebrows and use my tweezers on whatever she missed. They had gel options, which ended up being a disaster. I wanted a light baby pink color, when I was getting my nails painted, I noticed the polish were totally different then the matching polish on my feet. I asked her to at least redo my toes and she just threw on an extra coat of a different color, that was close but definitely not a match. She still charged me full price for everything. I spent almost $100 in this salon and Star Nails will never get a red cent out of me or anyone I know. Now Today (Monday-3.20.2017) My toe nail polish is chipping, I'm very disappointed in the quality of service I got.OMG 03.21.2017 - One of the individual lashes I got fell off. I guess she only good at strips since all the women that came in while I was there got the thick strip lashes.03.23.2017 Yesterday I had to take the lashes off. I went to a salon that actually 'specializes' in lashes and waxing and they told me that the lashes that was applied was very cheap and the glue was bad. My lashes weren't even full and I paid for individual. I was told the glue should not have bothered my eyes.

This was the only place open and I really needed a pedi. Ok if you only care about your toes. They do not massage and are not that friendly. Could have spent more time to make my feet better!

I really should be giving them zero stars. I made an appointment with them a WHOLE WEEK before my visit. Not only did I have to wait for them to keep switching me over to different techs, my nails had chips in them after the fill in. This place is VERY bipolar when it comes to customer service and nail skills. One visit is great, the next visit, you don’t know what you’re getting yourself into.🙄

They have the biggest color range I have ever seen. If you are sleeping on star nails they are sleeping on your life !!!!!!!
