The manager is absolutely rude and unorganized! Expect to be prioritized based on how much you spend! It doesn't matter how long you've been waiting. If someone comes in off the street and plans to spend more money, your 20!minute wait time turns into two hours. HORRIBLE, DESPICABLE, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD! I've been coming to this salon for a year because I moved and I'm honestly fed the heck up! It's the same awful service! The wait alone makes this place a dump! And don't bother trying to politely say that you had arrived two hours ago! if i could give this place "0" stars i would. i went here once before and the gentleman who did my pedicure was very good.  spent time doing my pedicure and gave a very good massage. thus time i went in and asked for a pedicure with a nail design. the owner (rude as anything) said sure. so an older lady started my pedicure and asked if i wanted their new style for $5.00 more. since my feet were extremely dry, i said sure. it was no different than a regular pedicure except they use some kind of different product. she then started painting my toes, and i said the big toe needs to be painted white and then the design of 3 blue lines and 2 flowers in red can be done. she said okay,  painted them and then go dry. so i sat for 15 long minutes and the. they put me back in a chair for another 10 minutes.  the owner (even more rudely) said you can get either the lines or the flower's.  so i asked why not both if i am paying.  he said no, we don't do. no real explanation,  just 1 or the other.  i said take off the white,  paint it with the blue and let me get out of here. never again! I've been coming here for over five years! I've never had any issues. They've all been very pleasant. They are super clean, sterilize all their equipment and you can't beat their prices. They take pride in their own business. Remember, Regal Nails is a franchise so they're not all going to be the same. I went to another Regal Nail Salon on Sample and they were filthy! Terrible customer service and rude!!! The man who was doing my nails cut me so deep while cutting my cuticles... With blood gushing out, instead of grabbing paper towel, he grabs a towel to put over my finger. He had no problem touching my blood, which is gross and unsanitary (my blood or not). Never washed his hands either. Once the bleeding stopped, he put the base coat on, but bc the cut was so deep it burned too bad for me to keep my hand under the uv light. I then decided that I didn't want a mani and just wanted a pedi. The owner then comes over and was SUPER to me rude bc I refused to let the nail tech take off the CLEAR base coast. With that said he told me to go sit down and wait as if I were his child or some sort. Totally unacceptable!!!! No wonder why their nail shop is hiding in Walmart! Never again!!!! Read Less
