The polish was not neat or smooth, I had acrylic on my cuticles and she had an attitude because she gave her daughter my debit card to swipe and I told her I will go swipe it and sign myself.Never returning. Anna I here is the best. Don't I repeat DO NOT LET THE MALE tech do your nails. He left globs of acrylic under my nails ignored it when he couldn't remove it. I think he's the owner. He thined my nails ruin them. I tried to show him what I wanted and he just said yea, yeah with out looking at what I was showing him. That experience was the first time getting my nails done there. Worst nail experience ever. The nail tech I had was nice but my nails came out uneven! A couple of nails were longer on one hand than the other and they all looked funny. When I went back to get them fixed all of the ladies had an attitude like it was it my fault! They just filed my acrylics even smaller than I wanted so that defeated the whole purpose of getting acrylics, and the lady kept asking me sarcastically if my nails were better! She fake laughed and then rolled her eyes when I said yes! Then she just shut off the fan and moved me to another drying station for no apparent reason! These people have no respect like I am paying you, I chose to go to your establishment, the least you could do is be respectful! There are not a lot of good reviews on here so clearly they're doing something wrong!! Never again will I go back to this place! Read Less

If you're looking for someone to trust with your eyebrows go to Nancy, although the wait is usually long I'd say it's pretty worth it. If the wait is too much your best bet is to go in the morning but if you're looking to do your nails you're better off going somewhere else. The customer service is trash. The lady who's usually at the front desk shoved me out the way to get something off of the desk without a single word. Read Less

When I first enter this nail salon they showed me nothing but love. They took good care of me be going to them since. My whole family go to they and as my friends. I never liked getting my lashes done until I met Nancy now I love them and how she hook up my eyebrows too.And now I only get gel nails they last longer thanks to Evelyn. I'll keep recommending this salon to everyone I know. Read Less

This salon is horrible. I was in so much pain the entire time the guy was doing my finger nails. I told him it hurt and he just shrugged it off and said "yeah yeah". My fingernails were bleeding and he just painted right over my blood! My blood is now in their pink #3 nail polish bottle and the topcoat bottle! I was disgusted, who knows who else's blood is in there! Now my finger is infected and I want my money back! Do not go to this salon. Please, for the sake of your fingers DO NOT GO HERE! Read Less
