Awful. My nails were filed down to nothing, and then rounded. The polish was old and left bubbles, probably because she didn't let it dry between coats. I'd rate lower if I could. My parents live in NSB and I visit frequently and one of my mom and I's favorite things to do together are get our nails done. On my first visit I tried to get a gel manicure and upon looking at their color I asked if that was the entirety of their selection to which I met a response of "just pick a color already". I left without either of my services. Today, unable to get an appointment at our normal salon we decided to give them another shot since we just wanted pedicures. We made an appointment for 3 people and even before sitting down we were asked multiple times if we wanted manicures as well, to which we declined. The technician that was working on the third person in our party recognized my mother and said "hello" to which my mother politely responded "how are you" only to be met with "oh so do you want deluxe pedicure for him?" Pointed at my boyfriend. We then were asked, again, if we wanted manicures and when we responded saying we didn't have time we were questioned "why??" Then my mom was told she was "overdue" and needed her eyebrows waxed (even though she had just gotten hers done 2 days prior) Finally, after the mediocre at best pedicure was finished we went to pay (after having to explain 5 times that we wanted to put all 3 pedicures on 1 card) and asked if we could put the tip on the card only to get the response of "oh we thought you had cash we already ran the card". The workers there are equal but very disappointed with the few nail colors selection. The Gel Nails have so many choices. I wanted to get my dad in there for a mani/pedi with me but they said no they were to busy. So my dad had to wait there for me. Stay away from this place. Came in with beautiful, healthy , long nails for a gel manicure. The person who was doing my manicure had no idea how to cut/file a nail... ended up having to cut ALL of my nails short. Asked for an eyebrow clean-up and ended up with uneven, thin awful eyebrows. I made it clear I just needed a cleanup and to NOT make them thin, she assured me "not thin, just clean"... well judge by the pics. Let's see.... The shop was very clean which is a must when finding a nail salon. I did however notice they do not use sani packs of new tools for each person, so that was a negative ( the equipment looked clean no obvious dirt ) Pedicure is $25....not too bad, but it felt a little rushed, my cuticles could have a little more work and he cut them a little to short but they still looked nice in the end.  My mom got the mani pedi, $35. Her nail guy was very pleasant and chatty.  All in all it was a good experience, they weren't too busy so we were taken care of right away. I would definitely return, but I would maybe be a little more vocal about the cuticle work. Read Less

AA Nails is one of the best salons in the area. It's clean efficient and they always will accommodate without a appointment. I was referred by a friend and she has been very satisfied for sometime. She does though get the same tech each time. I have now had 3 different people and they defiantly have there own style. Today, I wasn't as pleased she spent a lot of time but when I communicated what I didn't care for and what I did want on a mani. She seemed irritated and I didn't so much care for the results. Quality place in a non-descript strip mall.  We were visiting from out of town and had some time, so my husband and I decided to get a pedi.  Afterwards, my husband said "this is the best pedicure that I have ever had".  I agree.  My tech had excellent attention to detail and no rushing to finish. Very nice service. Visiting from out of state. I messed up my big toe putting on my shoe and they gladly fixed it!  My daughter had a pedicure and shellack on her fingernails and it was a great price.  The clinicians where all very sweet! Read Less
