This is my 5th or 6th visit! Always seated quickly as a walk-in, and I've had nothing but wonderful service! I always get a deluxe pedicure and a gel manicure! Both my daughter and I have been going to Tiffany for about a year. She is amazing! The facility is always clean and inviting. They accommodate all of their customers to ensure they're completely satisfied. In regards to the last review who rated this salon low and was ridden with complaints, I happened to be the lucky customer who witnessed that visit. This customer was impossible to please and had the audacity to complain that over 200 colors is not suffice for her standards. When she complained and the tech politely offered to rectify her concern, this impossible customer requested a discount in lieu fixing her issue. She clearly was looking for a deal, and it was obvious this is a common practice for her. I hope those that view this review will choose to try Trinity Nail Spa and disregard this fallacious review. Today was my time there and I will never return. They barely have any bio-sea weed gel colors or other decent gel colors for that matter. They could not complete my neutral design that I have had done almost everywhere. She did not even use the pumice stone on my heels...I give a better pedicure that they do. They could not do my nail tips, because they do only acrylic and not gel, so I could only get a manicure. While half way through the manicure, the owner or manager mentions a powder gel. I said I had it before and that would be ok. Then she says, I need to make up my mind because I can't have both. First off, this is first time at your shop and what I thought you should have, you dont. Now, you expect me to know you have gel in powder format. Why did they not say anything before making me do stupid manicure. I said forget it. She was extremely rude about it. The girl doing my nails proceeded to leave polish all over the sides. When she put my shoe on, she damaged polish on big and little toe. I tried painting over them. I showed the manager and she offered 10% and she would fix. I asked for 20% and I would leave them alone. She agreed. I left zero tip. Work looks horrible. Never will return....No. colors....Not good customer service! Read Less

I went and got my nails done by Cindy. She did a great job, however she was quite annoying and kept joking about charging extra due to me having her adjust the temperature of the water at the spa. She also overcharged me by $5 in the end and when I went to give her a tip, she asked if I was tipping the other technician who had worked on my friend's feet that I was paying for. I thought that was a bit tacky, unprofessional and rude. She came off as very money hungry which is a turn off for me. My thought process is that you wait for the customer decide on tipping, not ask. Furthermore, her breath smelled really bad and I noticed she had rotten teeth in her mouth. Gave 2 stars because overall, she did a great job on my nails but was very unprofessional. Read Less

Excellent pedicure for hubby and me. We had Me and Kevin. We are new to area so every time we go for pedi we need to try a new place and we have traveled to some salons. Yesterday we found "our" place. Great job, clean, English spoken beautifully, we had a fun time and our feet were pampered and feel great. We would highly recommend. Read Less

I just had a horrible experience in this salon. The young man started the process of my pedicure, and first, the water was cold. Not a big deal, but I should have taken it as a sign. As he used a scrub on my feet and legs I noticed a sudden sharp pain in the bottom of my right foot, as if it had been sliced by glass. I wondered aloud if I might have had a small cut and asked him to stop, but he had trouble understanding me. As I tried to get him to stop, I noticed suddenly that I was developing a red bumpy rash where he had scrubbed. I've had plenty of pedicures before and never had this happen. I wanted to know what brands they were using so I could take a picture and make sure not to use it again but again he had trouble understanding me. He called over an older woman, who also didn't understand what I was saying. Finally another manicurist came over and spoke accusingly to me, saying I should have told them I had a problem before they started. WHAT?!?!? I've NEVER had this happen before! Then she said I must have shaved my legs before coming in. Embarrassingly enough, you could see the hair on my legs, I haven't shaved in far too long. I finally got her to let me look at the package the scrub came in and take a picture, but the experience was horrific, especially the rude comments the girl was making to her customer as I fled the store. One of the best experiences. This place is under new management and they are doing so well! I had a gel manicure and a pedicure today. The manicure looks fantastic and the hand massage was glorious.They do not use the thing that makes me laugh but instead something like a micro plane on the pedicures which made my feet incredibly soft! The absolute worst esthetic experience of my life.  I went in for a manicure and an eyebrow wax.  She cut my cuticle on two fingers to the point where they bled.  When it came time for my eyebrow wax, she burned my skin with the wax, and took way too much off my eyebrows.  I very clearly told her what I wanted done with my brows.  I asked her to just clean them up.  She then informed me that my brows were uneven, and she thought they needed to be thinner.  I said, no thanks please just clean them up.  Needless to say, she did what she wanted instead of what I asked for.  She waxed, tweezed and cut my brows to the point where there was practically nothing left. When I asked her why she didn't do what I asked, she said "I just wanted you to look good."  The skin over my eyes is still puffy and peeling from the wax burn.  I left there shaking, I was so angry.  I would not recommend this place at all.  Today was not my first bad experience there.
