I went to regal nails Saturday the 14th 2018 and had a full set done.... I paid the lady $40.00 plus a $5.00 tip. ($45.) The next day I noticed that they ran my card again for another $6.00 tip. 15 mi...
I went to regal nails Saturday the 14th 2018 and had a full set done.... I paid the lady $40.00 plus a $5.00 tip. ($45.) The next day I noticed that they ran my card again for another $6.00 tip. 15 mins after the first charge. Of course they dispute this even though my bank has all the proof. This is not acceptable. It's theft!!! I will no longer go to this business, and if anyone else goes I suggest you keep a close eye on your bank account. Or pay with cash! They are obviously committing theft crimes against patrons. If I could they would get a 0 star. The manager " Nikki" tried to argue etc. Even though i have proof. I'm going to let my bank deal with this issue. Good luck Regal nails. You may steal from others but you sure ain't gonna get away with it dealing with me!!

I have been going to Amy for 3 years. She does great gel nails as well as pedicures. I always make an appointment because she is always busy. If Amy isn't available, ask for Eric. He is also excellent...

I believe I was ripped off only had fill ins and paid over 30$ I asked why it was so much and didn't get a straight answer my nails are basic pink and white and ended up paying the same thing I would ...
I believe I was ripped off only had fill ins and paid over 30$ I asked why it was so much and didn't get a straight answer my nails are basic pink and white and ended up paying the same thing I would pay for a full set I wish I could give negative stars and will never go back

Most terrible salon experience, ever. I have never had an issue with Walmart salons until yesterday. The man who did my nails was more concerned with watching jaws on the tv behind him. I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish. I asked him 4 times to shorten them, he did not listen to me. When I got up to wash my hands before he applied the polish, I had to wait because an employee was washing cups and bowls in the sink! YUCK. My acrylics were so thick, and there was nail polish on my skin around my fingernails. Ended up going to Happy Nails & Spa in Palm Harbor to get them fixed afterwards. The woman said he had acrylic stuck my my cuticles. I highly suggest Happy Nails & Spa, everyone there is super friendly and they do an amazing job!!

Was told 15 minutes now going on 40 and they seem to be completely oblivious to how poor the customer service comes off. Be truthful about the wait time. Only reason I'm still waiting is because I'm waiting on an oil change otherwise would never go here

This place sucks. My mother and I went there for mother's day. The guy seemed like he was in such a rush that he kept cutting me. My nails on my right hand is longer then the nails on my left hand. He did a horrible job. They did a horrible job on my mom's toes too. U will not be seeing me again.

Anytime I asked a question she was super rude, I told the girl I wanted hot water 5 times and she still put cold water, they give very poor quality and are over priced..

Got my nails done yesterday shop isn't clean, the man was more into watching sports then doing my nails. The polish looks horrible and when he messed them up and I questioned him he said it was my fault and I needed to be careful. I know enough about nails that I will never go back, I actually went home and refiled them and had to fix his mess.

I got the $20 Pedi and I left there feeling like I just spent a fortune. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service, and it's not busy at all. I'm not sure why, but I will definitely be back.

I went to regal nails Saturday the 14th 2018 and had a full set done.... I paid the lady $40.00 plus a $5.00 tip. ($45.) The next day I noticed that they ran my card again for another $6.00 tip. 15 mins after the first charge. Of course they dispute this even though my bank has all the proof. This is not acceptable. Most terrible salon experience, ever. I have never had an issue with Walmart salons until yesterday. The man who did my nails was more concerned with watching jaws on the tv behind him. Got my nails done yesterday shop isn't clean, the man was more into watching sports then doing my nails. The polish looks horrible and when he messed them up and I questioned him he said it was my fault and I needed to be careful. I know enough about nails that I will never go back, I actually went home and refiled them and had to fix his mess.
